A great place to stay for a few nights in Osaka. Our only issue was with the power, when there were too many heaters or appliances on at the same time. It was an easy fix with the fuse box, but something to note for a cold Winter or hot Summer stay. Other than that, it was close to the train and all other amenities were great.

Our group of three had a wonderful 8-night stay at Hana-Hana San (花花さん)'s apartment that served as a perfect base for exploring Osaka, Kobe, Nara, & Yoshinoyama. The spacious (80m²) 2-floor unit offered 3 bedrooms (2 quiet Japanese-style), giving us ample independent space. It is conviniently located: an easy walk (<1km) reaches Yotsubashi (四つ橋線), Nankai (南海線), & Midosuji (御堂筋線) lines. Having two full supermarkets nearby (Izumiya イズミヤ, Super Tamade スーパー玉出) for grocery runs was a advantage over relying solely on smaller convenience stores. We were impressed by the thoughtful amenities, especially the varieties of quality personal care products (shampoos, lotions, even sunscreen!). A very welcoming and considerate touch. Above all, 花花さん is a wonderful host – warm, friendly, responsive, and genuinely hospitable. Her kindness truly enhanced our experience.I recommend 花花さん's apartment for a comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully equipped stay in Osaka.

Buen precio, cómodo, completo. Algo lejos de metro (15 min) y tren (20 min) Muy limpio, muchos sitios para comer en un radio de 10 minutos andando, zona tranquila.

Great place to visit all the cities around the area, the train station is very close with all you would need walking distance!

It is a good and quiet space with very good location.

とても清潔感あるお部屋で、ホストともやり取りもスムーズに対応してくださりました。ロフト上の電気が付かなかったのは残念でしたが、一階の間接照明を持ち込んで対応できました。 近所にローソンと郵便局もあり、交通の便もよかったです。 昔ながらの古民家なので、天井が全体的に低めの造りです。背が高い外国人の方にはキツイかもしれません。 部屋全体のスペースやアメニティグッズ等はとても満足させていただきました。 お風呂はシャワー室のみ。バスタブがないのは残念でしたが２家族で滞在で人数が多かった為シャワーのみが丁度良かったです。ありがとうございました。

The place was very clean and neat, and had amenities which gave us a great stay. It is situated near the train station, a supermarket and convenience stores. The hosts were very responsive, helpful and proactively. We highly recommend the place and the hosts!

学生時代の友人と久々の再会のために利用させていただきました。 2月の寒い時期、幼児や子犬もいたため室内で楽しめることを目的にこちらの宿を選択しました。 記載内容の通り、囲炉裏、岩盤浴、カラオケと室内アクティビティーが充実しており楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。リビングも木のぬくもりを感じるリラックスしたスペースでどこでもまったりと歓談することができました。 ありがとうございます！またぜひご利用させて頂きたいです。

Eu e minha família nos sentimos em casa! Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Adoramos tudo. A região também é próxima de bares e restaurantes e metro.

Very close to train station and easy to find. Everything is good as photos. We got all we need. We had great time with our furry friend during the stay.

The accommodation was great. Everything is modern and we had plenty of space. Everything was clean and the place was very quiet. The train station was close, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The hosts were also super friendly and helped us with our problems. I highly recommend the accommodation.

It was a first time to Japan for me and my family. Seven of us in the house were just nice. Host was extremely responsive and available throughout our stay. We got lost locating the house on the first day but we got the hang of it after. Beds and pillows were awesome, we had a good sleep after walking the whole day. A few convenience shops nearby were really helpful as well. Osaka is the best. Just as small feedback: hope the cleaning people will sweep the floor thoroughly as we found dust under the beds. Hope to stay there again when we visit next time. Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful house!

非常棒得体验，房子很干净，房东也很热情。隔壁就有市场，很有烟火气息，可以到超市买和牛在民宿自己烤肉，不管和牛还是刺身都很新鲜价格也跟实惠。如果冬天入住的话没有地暖所以会是一个小小得考验。

The location is lovely and private with quick access to a shopping street. Several train station were in short walking distance. The home is compact, but not small. My only complaint is the lockbox for the key is kind of busted. Might need some WD-40. But since that is my only complaint, I would say it's well worth the money.
