Beautiful place to stay and so very peaceful with a great outlook over the native bush land from the balcony with very comfy chairs and day bed, the location is fantastic with lovely cafes and wineries near by and not far from the beach all within a short distance. The styling of the home is fantastic so comfortable and we felt at home immediately when we arrived in the evening as the fire was already alight which was a lovely welcome along with the wine and tasty muffins so thank you Brenda and Paul we will return again soon. 😀

We loved this house. It is not far from the beach (a pleasant 5-10 min walk) and in a shady, bush setting. It was lovely to sit outside and watch the bird life. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed. The house was immaculate when we turned up. The master bed was really comfy. The bedrooms dark and quiet. Thanks so much for having us. We'd like to come back one day!

Mr Smiths by the sea was our home away from home while we were visiting Margaret River. So much natural lighting in the house and the backyard was to die for. Loved the outdoor shower when coming from the beach and eating our breakfast on the patio watching the morning go by. Lucy was very reliable and kept in contact with us when we had any questions. The washing machine came in handy when we needed. Loved that it’s five minutes walk from the beach and close to local cafes. We will definitely be back to spend more time in Margaret river at Mr Smiths. Thanks Lucy!

Perfect for a group of 8 people and the house was very clean and spacious. My friends and I said we will stay there again. Perfect house and perfect location.

What a lovely, comfortable and well equipped house. Love the quiet location of Gnarabup, close to beach, lovely coastal walk, cafe and pub and a short drive to Margaret River town and lots of wineries. House was perfect for a mum’s weekend away for three of us, we all got our comfy bed. And we loved the hot tub. Such a great way to relax at the end of the day.

This place has everything you could need. It’s a little sanctuary that we LOVED coming back to. The spa bath has the most beautiful view and all the little details make this place an absolute must book. Don’t miss out just book it.

Fits 13 paxs comfortably. The bathroom doors cannot be locked and there are 2 beds without door (only curtains). There is pool table, table tennis table n darts to play. The road to the house is very dark. Would be great if there is dishwasher cos the sink is a bit small. We had a great time BBQ-ing and a dip in the jacuzzi.

A stunning home with a view to match! Great location for a walk on the beach and easy access onto the main road for getting to Busselton and Margaret River surrounds. The home itself is very modern, well presented and very comfortable. It had everything you would need and was perfect for a family holiday with a large group or friends. Thank you for the stay.

We had a very peaceful stay with our newborn and two greyhounds. The dogs loved the yard and we felt right at home and enjoyed watching the birds and the stars from the porch.

Wonderful place where you can comfortably rest. Everything we need is in there, just slightly weak mobile signal but surely this place makes you feel relax due to ambience of its nature..

My kids, dogs & I really enjoyed our stay. It was exactly how the add presented it and the host was very responsive with communication. We would stay here again for sure.

What a wonderful escape! The view from the porch is amazing and watching the sunrise through the windows from the main bedroom was so wonderful. We saw many kangaroos hanging out in the yard (watch out for the poos) and it was such a great experience. Close enough to the main town centre and easy to drive in to. Will definitely be back 👍🏼

A great value holiday home for the family! We loved how close it was to the beach, being able to play tennis, relax by the pool and walk into town. We stayed with our adult kids but can see this place would be awesome for kids of all ages!

Noela’s Bush Cottage is a little slice of paradise. Such a stunning cottage surrounded by bush and local wildlife. Noela is an expectational host who goes above and beyond to accomodate your stay

You're greeted at the gate by two delightful doggos. You head down the driveway with the spectacular gardens on the left and the family home on the right. Curving around to the back of the house, away from the gardens, you park in front of a large shed. The guest house is tucked away between the shed, a huge water tank, the main house and an assortment of tanks for the rainwater and biotix waste system- excellent eco ethos throughout the property. The guest house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The windows are high and small, with an outlook to the main house/pool from the kitchen and patches of sky and tank roofs from the bedroom & living space. There is aircon to control temperature & airflow. The property is surrounded by other large, bushy, residential blocks but you won't feel isolated with the family and their home-based businesses right outside. Top 3 highlights: blue wrens, koi & doggos. Special shout out to the delicious rainwater which has ruined us for scheme water

The home was tranquil!!! And Gordon and his wife had even put stuff for breakfast in the fridge and bought fresh bread and fruit - it was so lovely! To wake up in the morning to nothing but bird sounds and the wind in the trees was just absolutely fantastic! Gordon and his wife are great hosts. Thank you

A magical spot in a beautiful part of the world. Has everything you could want and need to completely switch off.

Great location and walk to a private beach. Pool and tennis court were and added bonus. Location was great and short walk into town. Will definitely be back again.
