This is the perfect spot! Very clean and easy to get to. You can easily walk to the downtown area and the restaurant right across the road is great as well. We will definitely stay here again!

A most awesome place. The location is beautiful, the house extremely clean and comfortable, and the amenities top notch. Would definitely stay again. Host communications were first rate.

We loved being able to travel with our dogs. The backyard was beautiful we enjoyed sitting on the deck as well as letting the dogs run free in the woods in the back! She was very responsive and a great host.

The pros: The home was awesome and had plenty of room. The view was beautiful and peaceful. It was the first place we stayed that had an actual baby bed; this was a welcomed blessing. It had plenty of blankets and towels for everyone and was extremely clean. We would definately stay here again. The cons: No king size beds for the adults. Parking was a challenge and it does not have a private drive. It also needed a coffee maker for pods and we would have enjoyed more couches on the main floor with recliners verses the straight back chairs. The towels also needed some fabric softner - they were really rough (small details). Overall: Excellent home and host experience. It is well worth the rental price!

Easy check in. Hosts allowed early check-in because we arrived too early. Dog run available for use while we needed to get ready for different events. Well centered between Franklin and Sylva. Short drive to Georgia state line going South. Short ride to Waynesville going east. Follow hosts direction not to take Brendle to home. We have a 4WD Jeep and used it but would not recommend for small sedans or SUV’s/trucks. We also were able to get a delivery from Instacart for our groceries.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the wildlife and Mountain View from the large windows. We would recommend to friends or family!!

I enjoyed this place 100%. Clean space, some privacy, extremely peaceful. Matt was super proactive in letting us know of the current events that could affect our stay, such as open fire bans. so therefore we could not use the fire pit. However, We enjoyed the scenery, the hot tub, the grill and other outside adventures. I would highly recommend staying here & I would definitely book with Matt again during a different season!

Had a really nice stay at this home for our annual trip with the dogs to the mountains. The pups were in love with the open land to run and play. It was truly a cozy space with a lot to offer. We enjoyed the various activities set up around the property. Waking up to the beautiful mountain view never gets old!

Very cute and quiet little cabin. The hot tub and everything worked perfectly and the beds were comfortable! It is very private and perfect for a relaxing weekend!

Gorgeous mountain retreat is a perfect way to describe this property. I found everything in the description of this property to be true. In my opinion Karla’s description was very humble and we found the property to be much better than expected. Entire family celebrated my father’s 90th birthday, and found the house plenty spacious for all of us. With full living space on the main level and downstairs we never felt crowded.The house was immaculate and very well stocked with items that were above and beyond any other property I’ve ever stayed in right down to the firewood. Directions were easy to follow and communication was always done in a timely fashion. If you want to relax, do nothing, enjoy the views this is the place for you. If you want to be active, go hiking, play golf, tennis, etc. this is the place for you. If you want to grill out and watch football with the gang, this place is for you. So if you have a large group, and you are looking for a mountain getaway, I recommend that you stop looking and book this property NOW!!

This was honestly our best airbnb stay to date! The villa is beautiful and view is unmatched. We loved the pool and the fantastic kitchen.

We had an excellent stay at the Viking Hut! It was a little tricky to find in the dark (our fault for leaving late) so definitely use Google Maps, which was recommended by the host. The cabin was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything you need! The host proactively provided all needed information so check-in and check-out was seamless. Restaurants are somewhat limited in the area so we ended up cooking and the cabin was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, knives, etc. We would absolutely come back!!

We have loved both our stays at the Little Blue house! We stayed a few years ago and decided to come back and celebrate our anniversary by hiking the various trails, eating at the great local restaurants and then unwinding at the house. Our dogs loved exploring the grounds and creek! Karin was quick to answer our questions. We hope to come back again.

Laurie’s place was in a great location! Close to WCU but had the feel and views of a private mountain cabin! Great spaces and amenities for our family including spectacular views from the den looking over the valley and mountains in the distance. Laurie provided great directions for getting to the cabin and was very responsive to any and all questions!

First, the cleaning service: we went spur-of-the-moment, and both Melanie and her cleaning crew worked to make the impossible happen. I got to the location a few minutes before the check-in time, but the woman who was cleaning cheerfully worked with me, letting me get myself and my pup installed. The place was spotlessly clean and smelled incredible! The hosts helped me every step of the way. Google Maps had incorrect directions. I called Melanie and she answered on the first ring. Then she guided me to the actual turnoff road. And the place **is not** a cabin. It's rustic and secluded, but within 5 minutes of 'civilization', and no more than 15 minutes from downtown Murphy. And it's a spacious well-appointed house with nice grounds that our pups loved exploring, with the most peaceful view right outside the door of the wraparound porch. You can watch the small clouds meander through the valleys and mountain tops below you. Thanks, Melanie!

The location was perfect! We could walk downtown every morning and take a short drive to hike or raft. the house was pristine. The enclosed back porch was so peaceful in the evening to relax and have dinner!

Jeff's place was the perfect spot for our family trip. It was cozy with everything you could possibly need! Jeff was quick with responses and very helpful. I definitely recommend A Frame of Mind if you are looking for a relaxing house in the mountains:)

Perfect location! The tiny home looked exactly like the photos. Marsha suggested using Waze for directions and that worked perfectly. As one other review suggested, parking could be a little tight if the other tiny house is occupied. Overall - we loved our stay. House was decorated so cute. It had everything we needed and more! As the description says, there is no internet provided. It was clean and super quiet! We will be back! Thanks Marsha!
