We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

Stephanie was very responsive and accommodating. Her place was perfect for us, and we loved walking to the beach and biking the rail trail very nearby. Restaurants were plentiful and varied and the neighborhood was charming and very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Stephanie!!

We spent our anniversary at Leslie’s place and it was a beautiful! The views and location was like no other and we would book again! Leslie was very responsive and even left us some dinner when we came in late from the ferry. The restaurant staff were friendly and it was everything described in the listing. We didn’t want to leave!

Beautiful cozy space in a great location. Chick is responsive, friendly and has great local recommendations. Her guide book to the area is spot on. And if you are looking for adventure - book a trip with her kayaking co. Island Spirit Kayak. You will have a great time and will not be disappointed. Can’t wait to come back here in September.

I had a restful stay at Mark's place. It's in walking distance to the ferry along with other amenities like bike rental, supermarket, local restaurants, the Net Result, as well as the ferry terminal. It's a great option for anyone who wants to visit MV without a car as local buses are also nearby. Mark tends to his home with care. It's a distinctive place with tons of character, just like MV, which is why I've been returning to the island for 30+ years. I'll be back!

Had a great stay! Host was very welcoming and responsive. Waking distance to the beach and walking/biking close to downtown. Plenty to explore!

The Sand Flea was such a charming unit. Perfect for my husband and I. Easily walkable to town, very clean and perfect for our stay! The host Jana was simply the best.

We spent a wonderful Christmas Stroll weekend at Jennifer's place. The house was excellent for five adults and two small children. It had ample space to spread out, clean bathrooms (with plenty of hot water), and comfortable beds. It's a short walk into town for easy access to shops, grocery store, restaurants, and the ferry. We enjoyed our stay!

Margaret was a wonderful and welcoming host, we were gracious to stay in her home. We had an amazing stay, the space was as described, very clean, private, and close proximity to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

We are a group of fishing buddies that have been coming to Chappy for many years and rented lots of places and Elaine’s home is far and away the best. From the awesome outside shower, beautiful bedrooms, high end kitchen and appliances everything one could want has been thought of.

We loved our stay at Adam’s beautiful farmhouse. It was the perfect location for us and the house is beautifully furnished. He is a wonderful host, the house is quintessential Nantucket and we hope to come back!

We were able to stay here for a last minute holiday with two families and really enjoyed our time. The house was spacious for 8 and yet cozy. Very "Nantucket" vibes with the decorations and extremely cozy beds. Far enough out of town to be relaxed, but very close to everything at the same time. Would definitely recommend for groups to stay.

Absolutely everything about this day was perfect. We could not have asked for more in the accommodations, the bedding, the cleanliness, the location, or the communication with Katie.

Had a very nice time at Jills over Thanksgiving. The home was really nice especially the upstairs Master Suite, which was very large and nicely decorated. Jill has all the amenities you will ever need, and a very nice and well stocked kitchen. It was around a 10 minute walk to town, restaurants and a very nice walk at that. Heathers condo was great and so close to ocean / beach. Would love to stay again during the summer to enjoy all it has to offer.

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend on the Cape! The condo was bright, clean and looked exactly like what the pictures showed. The view of the water/proximity to the beach was amazing, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to see and do around town. Would definitely recommend!

Marshall is a great host and made our stay in Nantucket a wonderful time. He was very helpful in recommending local companies to rent baby supplies from (e.g., stroller, pack n play), which made traveling much easier and less stressful! The condo is in a great location on Orange Street, about a 10 minute walk to Main Street and downtown Nantucket. The bedrooms were both downstairs and the living room and kitchen were upstairs - this is great for traveling with kids because we weren’t constantly worried about waking up our daughter. Overall, a great stay and we will definitely try to rent this place again for our next Nantucket trip.

Patrick’s place was absolutely perfect! We made great use of the kitchen with no problem whatsoever. We really appreciated the nearby trail to get some fresh air and enjoyed being close to a grocery store for cooking meals. Highly recommend this place if you want a quiet laidback place to rest and refit!

Our second visit. We love the place. Quiet but close to great beaches and the Popponesset Marketplace is 2 minutes walk away, with fish restaurants and small stores with necessities (including wine and beer!). A highlight of this visit was sitting on the patio in the morning and 3 times seeing an osprey dive to the pond and catch a fish.
