Ivanas place is stunning. We stayed there last year and they actually had it redone since. Every room - the bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area were immaculate and clean. The whole place has a wonderful vibe. We love everything about this airbnb and plan to continue coming here!

Loved staying in this house! It's a very charming older house with incredible vibes, just an easy jaunt to Jetties. We will absolutely be trying to stay here in the future.

We are repeat guests and have only the finest things to say about The Poor House. That the house has survived intact in every essential way for over 2 centuries is a testament to the great care and respect the Poor family have for the old Nantucket ways, and their understanding of how to sensibly and discretely integrate the pleasures of modern comforts. The place is beautifully laid out, with the family room/kitchen at the heart and the older part of the house offering privacy and quiet. The location is in a quiet part of town, just minutes walk to Main Street. David Poor, the host, is highly responsive and congenial. He made sure my family's experience was superlative in every way, and we hope to come back soon.

Our stay at 260 Madaket Road was perfect. The house was walking distance to the shuttle to town. Short distance from the beach and the beautiful Nantucket sunsets. Michael was very responsive with our questions and was a great host. Would look to stay again next summer.

Possibly the best Airbnb we have stayed at so far! The house was a perfect way to celebrate our Thanksgiving—it was perfectly equipped for a full holiday experience! Brendan was so accommodating and easy to communicate with—responding quickly and making the whole experience lovely! We hope to make this a family tradition every Thanksgiving!

Home was so cozy, beds comfy, in a great location to travel by foot, bike or car. The yard is very peaceful with some little animal friends that amused our youngest. All the things for the beach included was perfect for our family. The kitchen lacks nothing if you want to eat meals in. Perfect for our family! We tend to visit places once but if we ever returned to Nantucket, we would stay here again! I don’t know if we just picked the right restaurants on the right days but the seafood was incredible everywhere!

This is a beautiful apartment; the bathroom is spectacular; the rooms are large; furniture is beautiful; the people are friendly; I highly recommend this place and will be returning next year

This Mid-Island Mermaid basement apartment Air BnB exceeded our expectations. The descriptions on Air BnB were accurate. We were visiting my sister on Nantucket who lives about a mile away, but she doesn't have room for guests. We are a retired couple with two late-twenty-year-old sons. It was our first time on Nantucket for a longer stay. The size of the apartment is just right for four adults. It could possibly accommodate two more adults or a few small children sleeping on couches. The spaciousness of the apartment is a plus because he of us could have some privacy. The owner Charles communicated frequently and effectively prior to our arrival. All his instructions were clear. The weather was blustery, so locating the apartment was a slight challenge because it is in the back of the house. We had a minor access issue on the second evening when the access code to the door didn't work, but Charles was very responsive at 9PM. He sent a neighbor over to let us in. Recommend this place.

Great price! We stayed for the weekend and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Comfy beds and loved the outdoor patio space and shower! Would come back!

Brand new home. The inside was just beautiful and worked out great for us to stay one night while our client was purchasing a home on the island. I will say it's a little tricky to find. You have to turn down a little driveway that crosses the bike path.

Great location for seeing the island. Cozy place, but all you need because there is so much to do out of the house. Thanks for a great stay!
