호스트는 체크인 시 여러 가지 사항에 대해 아주 자세하게 설명을 해주었습니다. 또한 요구사항에 대해 친절하고 적극적으로 응답하였습니다. 숙소는 매우 넓어서 3인이 이용하기에 아주 넉넉했고, 1층에는 조식 레스토랑이 있어 아침식사를 해결하기에 좋았습니다. 아주 좋은 숙소입니다.

I had a great week staying in this cute and cozy flat in Taichung. It was clean, comfortable and felt homely right away. The bed was comfy, the Internet worked well and having a washer on the balcony and a drinking water fountain on the ground floor was super convenient. At first, the shower setup seemed a bit unusual to me, but it worked perfectly fine, no water left the bathroom and it was usually dry by the time I got back from exploring. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the MRT, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was friendly and very responsive. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely book again!

I was looking for a place in Taichung to stay for a few weeks and Rick's place was a great location for my needs. It's located fairly close to some of the large department stores with a good amount of restaurants in the vicinity. The biggest surprise with the rental unit was a giant punching bag hanging from the ceiling between the entrance of the two rooms but it didn't bother me much since it provided me a bit of extra workout at home. I would consider staying here again during my next trip back to Taichung due to the safe neighborhood and convenient shopping nearby.

Had about 5-week stay in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment, the host and hostess are both very responsive and accommodating. Interiors are clean, contemporary, and visually relaxing not overly decorated. It is a great place for a family to stay and feels like home. Most of all, the location is excellent where shops for everyday needs and public transportations are both within walking distance. Highly recommended and would definitely coming back.

房東人非常親切，推薦很多台中的好吃餐廳 房源位置方便，地處市中心，走10分鐘左右即有捷運站可以直接轉高鐵 很喜歡房源的大客廳及工作空間，讓朋友聚會非常愉快，大電視也讓我們共享了美好的Movie night 三間獨立房間讓我們聚會的同時也能保有隱私，兩間衛浴也提供了方便性 房東非常貼心，備有延長線及簡單的杯具供我們使用，由於女生多，吹風機一台稍嫌不足，但分散洗澡還不會太受影響 唯一美中不足就是因為地段關係，房間在晚上還是會聽到一些車聲 但整體是個美好的住宿體驗，下次台中遊也會想選擇這裡

Location is a top priority, and it perfectly meets our needs. The flexibility with check-in times is an added bonus. Additionally, the cleanliness, room amenities, and facilities are all up to standard. Highly recommended for small groups seeking a cozy and clean place to stay while visiting Taichung!

位置方便、臨時住宿一宿非常方便，房間很大，資訊明確

房東的房源比想像中大很多！裡面非常的感淨，住起來很舒適，check-in也寫得很清楚，且可以帶寵物對我們來說很方便溫馨，謝謝！

Def the best place to find around Taichung Train Station. Lots of worth-visiting places in walkable distance but not be bothered by the traffic noise. There's Shampoo, Soap, Towel, and even detergent. And everything is clean and tidy. One thing, the bed is very shaky but tolerable for one-night stay. Would definitely stay at the place again while visiting Taichung City.

David's place is lovely, and he is a responsive, helpful, and friendly host. Tons of dining options within a short walk. The beautiful Calligraphy Greenway is also very close by. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a long stay. We work remotely, and the internet connection was solid and without issue. The kitchen setup is good for cooking if you need to (mostly you won't because there are so many options around). Neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is super chill and cute. I'll recommend it to my sisters when they come to visit.

三房很適合家庭旅遊或者有小朋友的家庭，附停車位非常方便，有智慧電視、一次性毛巾、牙刷，非常方便，但床躺起來比較硬一點，但整體性價比還是推推

Stephan was so friendly and considerate. He even gave us a lot of snacks even though we only sleept zhere for one night. The bed also very comfortable and huge.

非常棒的一次渡假住宿體驗， 房源內有所有涵蓋日常生活的設備， 主臥浴缸泡澡非常舒適， 廚房工具齊全， 房源中還有洗衣機可以使用。 周圍也有很多地方可以走， 離勤美綠園道只需步行10多分鐘， 旁邊也有大量小餐館或餐廳， 可以用步行就完成很多事情， 是會讓人想要再一次拜訪的房源。

方便入住，可惜附近停車位不好找。 客廳很漂亮😍只是需要帶筆電才能看電視有些可惜。 冰箱有準備沙士及啤酒供我們使用，原本入住想去逛一中街但實在太累沒有出門，浪費了這個好地點😂 整體來說很不錯～ 我們很臨時找住宿能夠找到這邊感到很開心！

在高級的大樓裡，安全也安靜！房間很乾淨舒服，還有免治馬桶！

Very comfortable space for 2 at the central of Taichung! Place came with galaxy lights which was v cool! nice touch. Place was well kept and clean. Easy access for guests with auto locks on all doors. Fuss free experience!
