Location is a top priority, and it perfectly meets our needs. The flexibility with check-in times is an added bonus. Additionally, the cleanliness, room amenities, and facilities are all up to standard. Highly recommended for small groups seeking a cozy and clean place to stay while visiting Taichung!

Nice conformation place with a great view! LaLa was very responsive to any questions that we had. I highly recommend this place.

Had about 5-week stay in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment, the host and hostess are both very responsive and accommodating. Interiors are clean, contemporary, and visually relaxing not overly decorated. It is a great place for a family to stay and feels like home. Most of all, the location is excellent where shops for everyday needs and public transportations are both within walking distance. Highly recommended and would definitely coming back.

호스트는 체크인 시 여러 가지 사항에 대해 아주 자세하게 설명을 해주었습니다. 또한 요구사항에 대해 친절하고 적극적으로 응답하였습니다. 숙소는 매우 넓어서 3인이 이용하기에 아주 넉넉했고, 1층에는 조식 레스토랑이 있어 아침식사를 해결하기에 좋았습니다. 아주 좋은 숙소입니다.

A comfortable place in a relatively quiet area, above a cafe, in Taichung. It would have been nice if there was a small table and chairs, in one of the two rooms, instead of cushions for sitting on the floor. Host was responsive.

I was looking for a place in Taichung to stay for a few weeks and Rick's place was a great location for my needs. It's located fairly close to some of the large department stores with a good amount of restaurants in the vicinity. The biggest surprise with the rental unit was a giant punching bag hanging from the ceiling between the entrance of the two rooms but it didn't bother me much since it provided me a bit of extra workout at home. I would consider staying here again during my next trip back to Taichung due to the safe neighborhood and convenient shopping nearby.

房東人非常親切，推薦很多台中的好吃餐廳 房源位置方便，地處市中心，走10分鐘左右即有捷運站可以直接轉高鐵 很喜歡房源的大客廳及工作空間，讓朋友聚會非常愉快，大電視也讓我們共享了美好的Movie night 三間獨立房間讓我們聚會的同時也能保有隱私，兩間衛浴也提供了方便性 房東非常貼心，備有延長線及簡單的杯具供我們使用，由於女生多，吹風機一台稍嫌不足，但分散洗澡還不會太受影響 唯一美中不足就是因為地段關係，房間在晚上還是會聽到一些車聲 但整體是個美好的住宿體驗，下次台中遊也會想選擇這裡

Really thoughtful amenities that make the living space really homey and useful; toothbrush holder, cups for rinsing, a bathroom door mat, hand soaps at both the sinks, the snacks and coffee. The space is clean and the selection of shows provided was great while chilling at night. All in all a great experience.
