Scott's place was perfect for our small family's ski trip! It was exactly as pictured, had everything we needed for our stay, and was so close to Sunday River (~10 minutes) and right down the road from restaurants in Bethel Village. We would love to stay again on our next ski trip!

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our group of ten family members that were in the area to celebrate a wedding for the weekend. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and we were so impressed with their hospitality!! So many nice touches and such a spacious, comfortable home - no detail overlooked. Enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return.

My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

Kathleens space was the PERFECT spot. Super close to everything, very walkable/bikeable. Kathleen was quick to respond when I had questions, and had fantastic suggestions. The neighborhood was very cute. Kitchen was VERY well stocked, and while we didn't need much in that area (so many good resturaunts) it's great to know that if we needed to cook we would have everything we needed. Super clean, especially the bathroom! loved it, and we will be back!

Clean and comfortable

Great house for large family. Lots of games and entertainment inside, and plenty of outdoor activities for both kids and adults. The covered hot tub was a big hit as well! Julie provides a great house manual with all of the necessary info, as well as recommendations and tips for local restaurants, entertainment, etc. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This home was so charming. Once we were inside, we felt right at home - everything was so wisely laid out, clean, and fit my family of 4 plus 2 furry animals perfectly. The decor is beautiful! The outside had a good size yard with a runner for my dogs which was so thoughtful. The house is only 12 minutes away from Sunday River and very easy to get to. Our host was wonderful, I really appreciate her flexibility and accommodation to my several requests!! We had a blast - thank you so much!!!!

We have stayed at Katrina's house many times - and we will be back. The recent addition of a half bath on the first floor and updates to the upstairs bathroom are very very well done! The yard is great for our dogs, the kitchen has all we need and the bed comfy. Thank you!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

What a great spot close to any major point of interest in the White Mountains. Minutes from downtown N. Conway, shopping, ski areas and hiking. Alyssa is a great host! Super friendly and responsive. We felt right at home. Highly recommend, but not on the weeks we want to rent! 😂

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

Very beautiful place. Loved the privacy. Jon was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Our pup loved it too. House was clean and had everything we needed. Plan on booking again this summer.

Perfect for our group of 4, plenty of space. Much bigger than I thought after viewing the pictures. Everything was clean and worked great. We took full advantage of the kitchen and there were plenty of cook and eat ware. Quick 4 minute drive to Attitash, close enough to go home for lunch. Loved that we were able to bring our dog too! Check in and check out were super easy. We will certainly be back next Winter for our Attitash weekend. Highly recommend staying with Lory for your North Conway, Attitash, Storyland, or Wildcat vacation. Thank you Lory!

We enjoyed our stay. the condo and the development are older and in need of some tlc. It's been a tough winter! We had no problem with the heat. in fact, we are older and like it warm. The fireplace provides incredible heat output!! There were spots here and there, likely from being well used. However, the condo was very clean, and it was just normal water and tear. The condo had loads of thoughtful touches. bathroom amenities and charming extras. Due to some weather we spent more time indoors than we had planned, but enjoyed the condo so much, we didn't even mind. Just a heads up, the stairs from the front door to the second floor are steep and if you have any issue with stairs, you may want to discuss with host. Also, the spiral staircase to the loft area would pose the same challenge. Again, we are older and my husband has mobility issues. If you don't have these challenges, you are really going to enjoy the private area in the loft. The views from every window are lovely.

Cabin is absolutely beautiful, very clean, welcoming, and beds are comfortable. Highly recommended, and we’ll be back for sure! Thanks for being awesome!

House was as listed, great location in a beautiful area. Plenty of amenities and host was helpful and responsive leading up to and during my stay.

This was our second stay and we are planning to make it an annual event. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy and well stocked. I loved cooking in the kitchen surrounded by my family. The fireplace is amazing and the location is perfect. We ski Canmore and Bretton Woods and down town North Conway is filled with great bars and restaurants and 10 minutes from the house. Perfect spot.

Diann's home was perfect for our "Polar Express" weekend in North Conway. We had two grown children and two grandchildren with us and the house was perfect. Loved the bedroom set-ups, dining areas, game room. Everything was clean and ready for us. The games were great for the kids and we had some snow overnight and enjoyed making "tiny" snowmen in the yard. Perfect combination of lovely decor and furnishings that were comfortable and well-built for little people. Highly recommend this location and this specific home for a winter retreat! Loved the Polar Express (recreating a trip we took 25 years ago) and an afternoon at Nestlenook Farm where we enjoyed horse-drawn sleigh magic! Thanks, Diann.

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

Jan’s place was exceptionally clean and well suited for our family ski trip. Everything was thoughtfully decorated and equipped for a stay of our group of 4. She even went the extra mile to communicate with me when I misplaced an item to coordinate with the cleaner and get back to me. Would definitely stay again!

Spectacular stay, truly a dream come true. We love Maine and this cabin makes you feel like you’re secluded in the woods while also being extremely accessible to so many activities and Freeport Portland, and surrounding towns. The hot tub is amazing and the cabin is really special. We are looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you for being so dog friendly as well, our pups loved their break from the city life even more than we did. The guidebook was also extremely helpful. You wont be disappointed, amazing hosts thank you!

Host was great and friendly. Beautiful neighborhood. Apt was very clean and comfortable. Many extras like Keurig, coffee, tea hot chocolate and water bottles. Cozy extra blankets, fans and fireplace. Bathroom was clean and had liquid soaps, shampoo etc. Not a full kitchen, but all you need. Would definitely stay again.
