El lugar es muy limpio, impecable como en las fotos, disfrute 4 días con mi familia, estuvimos muy cómodos, existe la posibilidad de contratar a Blanquita para cocinar y limpiar el lugar y la recomiendo al 100% valió la pena, cocina excelente y tiene una hermosa actitud, lo que sí vale la pena tomar en cuenta es que el valor del hospedaje depende de cuántas personas se hospedan si volvería y lo recomiendo mucho

We had a great time at Elena’s place - she and her whole family were so hospitable and kind. The dogs are the sweetest animals ever and she was so flexible with our large group.

Hospedaje muy recomendado! Está en un ambiente y ubicación ideal para descansar y distraerse, tiene todas las comodidades necesarias y además varias opciones de entretenimiento para compartir con familia y amigos! La comunicación con el host fue muy buena, siempre atento.

Great landscaping. Well furnished but nothing so fancy you’re afraid your kids will destroy it. Super responsive and friendly family lives on site to assist with anything needed. Only con is address is sent at last minute before typically boarding a late night flight so there is not time to do any google mapping. Property is located on down a dark dirt alley - never a great feeling being anywhere and having your taxi go down a narrow dirt road at 1am and not knowing beforehand. The instructions pdf for the property should have a picture or a disclaimer - don’t worry the narrow ally road is in deed the correct way. Over all great property and if I was with a group in the Quito area would totally stay again!

Great place to stay in Tena! Maria communicated super well - in English and Spanish and checked in often to make sure everything was great. This is one of the nicer places I’ve seen in 3 years of traveling in Ecuador. And would definitely stay here again! There is AC and hot water (which is hard to find in Tena) as well as an oven, microwave and all other appliances - including a coffee maker! She even left me a bit of coffee and sugar which I really appreciated. Comfortable bed and pillows also! The apartment is very secure and in a perfect location in the Malecon - the Main Street for food, drinks and music in Tena right on the river. Maria is very nice and helpful as well! I arrived without data on my phone and we managed to find each other because she waited outside for me. Thank you for the great hospitality and great stay in Tena, Maria!

Depar moderno, hermosa vista, administración amigable, ideal para ir en familia, el propio condominio brinda muchas opciones para disfrutar sin salir, fácil entrar y salir, lugares para comer cerca muy buenos, el departamento es hermoso muy comodo y abrigado, lo recomiendo.

Excelente estadía, sin duda alguna regresaríamos a hospedarnos

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, insbesondere die Terrasse war ein Traum. Iris war eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer für uns da mit tollen Tipps. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

I’ve never felt so comfortable at an Airbnb! Camila, our Airbnb host, from the beginning of our 3 month stay said she’d help us in anyway we needed and she was amazing! In fact, we are now friends! She lives on the property which made it very easy to get a hold of her! And her dog, Inca, was so friendly- greeting us in the mornings and throughout the day. The location was perfect. We walked to Tumbaco daily and cabs and Ubers were easy to find. Good restaurants were right next to the apartment and Super maxi , the grocery store and a mall was a two block walk. Everywhere you looked the Andes mountains were there as well. I highly recommend Inca Haus!

Claudia’s place was absolutely amazing! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was impressive, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Claudia was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and made sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Great location on our way to the Amazon. Everything was as described. We struggled with the dryer and were unable to get it to dry our clothes which was a great frustration as we chose the place for its location outside of Quito and the washer/dryer. Great restaurants, store, and pharmacy right underneath the condo and very convenient.

This place was great. The apartment is beautiful and very well located. Communication with Tattiana was very smooth. I would highly recommend this airbnb.

Todo acerca del lugar es ideal. Cerca al redondel jumandí y el parque lineal pero tranquilo, privado, y se escuchan los pájaros cantando en las mañanas. Se mantiene fresco de día aún en días calurosos. Tienen dos perros grandes adentro de una cerca para guardar el lugar y solo ladran hasta conocerte, siempre es bueno saber que están ahí vigilando. Andrea es una anfitriona muy atenta a cualquier necesidad y se siente en casa al momento de llegar. De verdad es un lugar perfecto para poder disfrutar tu tiempo en Tena.
