Pura Vida - Great host and location. Walkable to the beach and several restaurants. Calm oasis in the back yard, where we could see Tucans, howler monkeys and an array of birds! Host is very responsive and we also appreciated having air conditioning as well as a washer / dryer. Uvita is a great place to visit with a ton of fun activities, and having the small pool onsite was really nice to escape the hot midday sun. The full kitchen is also a bonus. Modern, easy - with good WiFi and a good host. The howler moneys did wake us up in the morning, but that was actually pretty cool alarm clock - although they sounded like a sick dog!!! We stayed at 3 places, all of which said you’d see moneys, never saw any and we saw them all from the comfort of the shaded porch here.

The house is beautiful and very nice, an absolute pleasure. It was a bit far away from Jacó, which is what I was going for since I wanted the opportunity to view wildlife. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, which is walkable if you are fit. Uber costs about $7.00 to downtown. The host was nice and reasonable. However, I did have to request directions the morning of check-in, instead of receiving them automatically. And I received a message after 4:00 pm (check-in time) available for early check-in. It would have been nice to know we could check-in early because we took the bus to downtown Jacó with our backpacks and had to walk around and go to dinner with our stuff instead of being able to drop it off at the house first. The host also recommended that we go to a nearby river and pack a picnic because the river is beautiful. But it was only a dry riverbed. This made me think that the host isn't local and doesn't know the area. Also the stove did not work, so we could not cook.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and location!! Beds were super comfy, furniture and decor stunning, location amazing and pool overlooking the ocean was unbelievable! All recommendations by our host were great! Highly recommend the restaurant Citrus (which is 5 mins away). Loved the location. Highly recommend!!!

Nous avons séjourner qu’une nuit car nous etions en transition. Le logement est ok pour le prix demandé. Mais disons que je ne passerais pas des vacances a cet endroit mais cest super pour couper la route entre deux destinations. Lilliam est tres gentille et repond tres rapidement. Eight of us stayed at Casa de Luna 3/22/25 for five days. We were ALL happy with the home we stayed in, its surroundings, so quiet. It seems the only sounds heard were from the wildlife. Lots of wildlife that we wouldn’t typically see in our home state of Florida. The house is stunning! I had Literal Tears come to my eyes when I walked in. We suggest hiring Chef Manuel that the mgmt company recommends. Oh my gosh, this young man has the whole world to conquer. He’s starting with Costa Rica. First time any of us hired a personal chef. Do it! You don’t hear airplanes, or cars at this home. We do recommend the affordable private air charter from San Jose to Quepos. Along with asking the mgmt company to set up transportation for you, anywhere. All of us decided we would definitely return to Costa Rica and use OSA prop mgmt. The people are happy, the country is nothing just gorgeous, and we have so much more to see in CR. I’m telling ya, Book this place. We had an amazing time!

Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure an amazing stay. The crew is incredibly kind and always ready to assist with a smile. The villas are stunning, with breathtaking views that make you feel at peace. The accommodation is impeccable, and the food is out of this world—fresh, healthy, and absolutely delicious. The location is perfect, perched on top of a mountain with easy access to the nearby town and countless outdoor activities just minutes away. I can’t wait to come back and spend a few more relaxing days in this magical place. Highly recommend!

I had a great 2.5 week stay here! The house is in a very quiet area. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach and a few restaurants and grocery store right near the beach. The wifi worked perfectly for remote work. Luis and Ana were responsive for any problems that arose. Kitchen was well stocked with great amenities. The ac wasn’t very strong and I had to be in the house quite a bit during the day for working, but it was perfect for the morning and evening temperatures.

This was my second stay in Gustavo's place. Gustavo is an amazing host, and one of the best hosts that I've experienced on Airbnb. He is very responsive, and provides many toiletries that other places did not provide. The apartment is big, clean and has an amazing view. The apartment is in a good location and has many things that are walkable. I would definitely stay in Gustavo's place again.

Really enjoyed staying at Evas place! Her and her dad were very hospitable and helpful with sending local recommendations. Really beautiful view as well, monkeys and parrots were climbing on the trees outside.

Ian's hotel is the perfect little spot in Dominical. Great location great pool great rooms. Great crowd. Ian himself is a cool guy and has fun plans to expand the place. Really looking forward to staying again sometime.

Awesome place, stunning views with excellent service. Quick drive down the hill to the best beach. Road is steep but not entirely impossible with 2WD; excellent internet. Nice airy cabins with no need for AC. Will definitely return, thank you!!!

Ruth und Andreas ist mit ihrer Finca Chiribita ein perfekter Mix gelungen: drei Bungalows in reduziertem Schwarz-Weiß- Design stehen in gekonnt gebändigter Natur. Schon beim Aufwachen schaut man durch die Fensterfront auf das Tal mit seinem üppigen Grün. Auf der Terrasse kann man Stunden nur mit Schauen verbringen. Ruth beantwortet zugewandt alle Fragen, Andreas entpuppt sich als Spitzenbäcker: jeden Morgen gibt es auf der Terrasse ihres Wohnhauses ein köstliches Frühstück mit frischem, selbst gemachten Brot und vielen Früchten. Auch wer ohne Auto unterwegs ist, kommt per Uber von dort schnell ins Orosi-Tal oder nach Cartago.

The place is amazing, is a resort next to the beach with a private road to it. The staff is GREAT, the common areas are awesome, and is relatively close to the things you can do in Manuel Antonio, I would say that if you are looking for a nature retreat PLEASE BOOK THIS HOTEL, is surrounded by beautiful fauna and the views are just great. Only thing is that the host doesn't respond or give indications to get to the place I guided myself thanks to a comment that said the name "Shana by the beach" you can just google it and the gps will take you there.

We stayed two nights at Beso del Viento and enjoyed every minute of it. Everything is spotlessly clean, the rooms are nicely decorated and the pool and garden area are very pretty. We saw a lot of wild life in the garden as well (a monkey, lots of iguanas, birds and aras flying over it). The house is only a few steps away from a beautiful beach which also was a lot less crowded than the surrounding beaches. The included breakfast was very good as well and Bernard and his wife made us feel welcomed. Highly recommended!

This place is a great find and an amazing location for the park, we loved seeing the wildlife in the garden and relaxing by the pool too. The staff were really friendly and helpful with parking and the bags. The breakfast was delicious and generous. Overall, this was great value and I would recommend.

A great place to stay, conveniently located in Escazu. Clean, quiet at night and if you like pupusas, you’re in luck! The owners are from El Salvador so pupusas are included with breakfast! 5 stars!

Recomiendo este lugar es exactamente igual que en las fotos, es bastante cerca de todo lo necesario, al frente está la playa, el desayuno es bastante bueno, los trabajadores son muy atentos, pasamos un buen rato y vamos a volver !!
