We had an amazing time at the villa! Super clean, all amenities needed were there, and more!! Tish and her team on the ground in Sri Lanka were so helpful. Travel to the beach available at anytime with the help of the villa phone that calls a Tuktuk to any location. Rasi and the staff were super helpful and helped out with everything we requested. Tish was super responsive from the time of booking and helped with transfers and recommendations for activities on what to do when we were there. Amazing family memories made from start to finish.

We loved staying here, what a gem of an airbnb. The sea was our favourite, we love choppy waves and the beach is a great place for walks and so accessible. Anura was so helpful, and the host always there to help. Would love to come back xx

Wir waren 10 Tage bei Sudath in der Red Parrot Beach Villa. Für uns und unsere beiden Töchter 10 und 12 Jahre Jung, waren es Traumhaft schöne Ferien. Sudat ist sehr hilfsbereit, alles um das wir ihn gebeten haben, hat immer super funktioniert von Taxi oder TucTuc bestellen bis zu WLAN wieder zum laufen bringen. Die beiden Hausdamen Niluka und Chamali machen auch einen super Job, das Frühstück das sie immer frisch für uns zubereitet haben war immer sehr gut. Das Abendessen war immer sehr fein, die beiden Kochen absolut frisch und sehr, sehr lecker, wir hatten keinen Grund zum Auswärts essen zu gehen, auch die auswahl war wirklich abwechslungsreich. Sie haben immer für Ordnung ums Haus geschaut und mit unseren Mädels immer gelacht, so zwei liebe ind herzliche Frauen. Wir durften auch noch miterleben als kleine Schiltkröten schlüpften und diese dann ins Wasser begleiten, war echt ein higligth. Es war rundum ein absolut erholsamer und wunderschöner Ort. Wir können dies zu 100% empfehlen.

We stayed for a week as a family of four and really enjoyed it. The location is great—right on the beach and just a short walk or tuk tuk ride to restaurants and shops. The kids were well entertained with both the pool and the beach. The surf directly in front of the villa can be a bit rough (classic beach break), but there are plenty of safer snorkeling spots and good surf not far away. We appreciated the quiet and peaceful setting. The villa manager and team were helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

One of our favorite accommodations during our Sri Lanka trip. A lovely family and a beautiful, new little house right in front of the beach. We originally planned to stay somewhere else, but there were issues with that booking, so we booked this apartment and arrived just 5 minutes later. Even though it was a holiday and we arrived spontaneously, we were warmly welcomed, and a homemade breakfast was also organized for us. We would definitely come back again. Thank you, and we hope to see you again!

This place is absolutely amazing! The space is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cabana on the beach where the turtles swim. The terrace and bathroom are both very spacious. For the beach days, there’s a garden for guests only with sunbeds and a shower. The whole family is very friendly and the food is delicious. You can rent snorkels, which was great. Would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful room and location, slight walk from main beach but therefore very peaceful. Sadeepa went above and beyond to accommodate us while we were there. Thank you 😊
