What an absolutely fantastic property! The home was perfect for our party of eight adults for a 50th birthday. Woodstock is the most adorable town with tons of fun things to do. You must get the stuffed bagels from moonrise. We couldn’t have expected a better experience with the house, the amenities, and The kitchen was very well appointed. I would absolutely come back here again and probably will.

We spent a wonderful, snow-filled weekend in the woods at this property and loved every minute of it. This home is spacious, homey, and secluded in a beautiful corner of the Catskills. Fantastic for kids and dogs, as advertised. We would absolutely return!

Everything was well-maintained, and we truly appreciated the attention to hygiene and tidiness. 2. Amenities & Supplies: The house was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the small details, like fresh towels and toiletries, made a difference. 3. Design & Atmosphere: The decor was stylish and thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and cozy ambiance. The artwork and decorative elements added a unique charm to the space. 4. Comfort: The furniture was comfortable, and the beds provided a great night’s sleep. The overall setup made us feel at home. 5. Our family of six adults enjoyed a quiet & relaxing weekend. We were greeted by a thoughtful welcome card and gift of s’mores ingredients/bottle of wine. The place includes all the comforts of home. The hosts put a good deal of effort into ensuring their guests have all the necessary items for a relaxing getaway. From shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms to firewood to hot tub towels to coffee machines and much more. Everything seems to be considered for guest comfort. The home is a mix of old & new which includes some very lovely furniture pieces. The large living room couch is comfy. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need for a family meal. The grounds are magnificent! We appreciated the ponds/dock, covered and open porches, fire pits, hot tub, and fabulous view. We stayed at the house most of the time. Communication with the hosts was excellent! Truly a home away from home. We hope to return. If you seek tranquility with a side of things to do, this is the place for you.

I rent a property one to two times per year with my family and friends. This home is by far one of the best ones that we’ve stayed in The description was on point. The house was very clean and off the beaten path. We were 15 minutes away from Shawnee Mountain. The Jacuzzi was also very clean. I never go in the Jacuzzi in any of the houses rent however, I did go in this one and it was spectacular. Thank you, Magdalena!

Our group of 16 had an amazing stay at The Modern Retro Ranch! The house was spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The open layout made it perfect for a large group, with plenty of seating and comfortable beds. The outdoor hot tub was a highlight, and we loved using the fire pit and grill. The WiFi was strong, and the host was responsive and accommodating. Everything was well-stocked and thoughtfully designed. We’d definitely stay here again!

Ruth’s place was perfect for our short getaway to take the kids to learn to ski. Plenty of space and clean. Easy to get to. Would come back next year for some more ski lessons!

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

Beautiful cabin, particularly liked the huge windows to watch the sunset and hawks swooping by, the wood-burning stove and the hot tub! Anna was very helpful when the power very briefly went off. Lots of towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. Had a great stay!

Nice little getaway during the cold season. The hot tub was excellent and about 100 degrees so perfect even with the cold temperature. It was still possible to put together a meal with the propane grill and warm things up in the microwave or store them away in the fridge. The heat was excellent in the space. Seems like it would be a great place to stay in the summer as well!

We had a wonderful weekend at Susanna’s place. The property is beautiful and the house was spotless with perfect Mountain views. Just a quick 6 minute drive to downtown Woodstock. The house is extremely well stocked also. We will definitely be back!

Another wonderful stay at Marcela’s place for my family. We always feel right at home each time we visit and have a great time with all of the fun amenities. For adults, teens, and pets, we all love coming back to Marcela’s.

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

My friends and I came for 3 nights and I have no complaints about anything at all. The place was clean, there were games to keep us entertained, and David always replied quickly to any question we had. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for everything.

Excellent stay for a small group - we only stayed for a weekend, but would be a perfect spot for a weeklong trip as well.

We loved this cute studio cabin at the end of a quiet lane in the woods. The host was accommodating and left a welcome basket with tea & muffins for our arrival. The whole unit was clean and well maintained with basic equipment for cooking. We enjoyed sitting on the veranda watching the wildlife. Convenient location for Woodstock for coffee and food, & Ashokan reservoir for walking and cycling. There were a few potholes on the access road to the property which deer use to drink from (☺️). We loved that the cabin was bug free and did not have any trace of bug spray! (We get very bad reactions to that stuff). Thank you for hosting & being respive. Recommend for a weekend 👍🏼

Host was extremely kind and quick to respond. Very clear details and instructions. She also recommended local places, sent us events going on during our stay, and told us their favorite things to do in the community which was great and helped us decide what to prioritize during our weekend trip! The lake was stunning and we saw tons of wildlife! We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better host! Thank you for letting us stay!!

We had a great stay. The pool and basement were very fun spaces. The hosts were responsive and gave lots of great info.

A gem in the Pocono mountains! Skippers place is perfect for a small group of travelers (and dogs!). It’s quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. There were plenty of fresh towels, seating spaces, and a fully stocked kitchen that was ready to go for our meals. However, if we wanted to go to town to eat, Skipper provided plenty of recommendations. The hot tub & wood burning fireplace was perfect for our long winter weekend getaway. The home is pristinely clean, washer & dryer available, dishwasher, and giant refrigerator. We couldn’t have selected a better option for our group! The beds were also extremely comfortable and perfect for us. Thank you very much for your hospitality! PS: Skipper is a great host and worked out an early arrival for us too!

Our family loved staying at Elyse's home! The big kids had a blast playing the games in the basement while the grown-ups enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Elyse went out of her way to ensure the driveway and walkways were salted as there was a lot of ice. She was a wonderful host and we would definitely return!

A Great Experience overall! This cozy cabin is in a nice neighborhood, excellent for walking. You couldn't ask for a nicer host. Jessica is wonderful to work with!

We had a wonderful stay. Nicholas and Marci were helpful, responsive, and flexible. The place is adorable, and there are all sorts of small, thoughtful amenities which make one feel at home. The area is so peaceful and quiet and the house is incredibly cozy. We had a terrific time from start to finish!

Great weekend get away

My husband and I spent our wedding night and the first part of our honeymoon at Julius’s tiny home, and we could NOT have made a better decision! It was such a beautiful and peaceful experience. It is close many local restaurants and places that we hold dear such as “Heaven’s Embrace” by Eternal Flame of Hope Ministires. The direct river assess provided breathtaking views both day and night, and my husband even caught a glimpse of a bald eagle catching a fish! The home itself was adorable and just the right size for the two of us! We loved spending time outside by the fire while listening to the river. Julius was so very kind and informative throughout our entire experience! We truly can not recommend his tiny home enough, or any of his other properties which I hear are just as beautiful as well! The only “issue” that I believe has been noted before is that the water smells at times; however, it wasn’t a huge problem for us, and would definitely NOT stop us from booking again! ?
