My stay at Jackie's was fantastic! He keeps a very nice home and he made everything seamless, from corresponding, to the helpful and instructional welcome packet. And most importantly he's a really genial person. Any time I'm ever in Nashville, Jackie will be who I reach out to first.

Perfect location for getting out and staying in.

We were in town for a procedure at Vanderbilt and this was the perfect location for it. Easily walkable to a number of great restaurants. The place was clean and exactly as advertised.

I'm so happy I found this listing for our recent trip to Nashville. A friend and I both celebrated birthdays in the last few weeks, and were in town for a concert and to enjoy the weekend. While I don't think the instructions to parking could be written any better, it is still a little confusing and Erin was great about being responsive and guiding us to where we needed to go. Both her and her daughter were super friendly, and the listing was exactly as described. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, getting picked up by uber/lyft is a breeze, and my friend was at the corner coffee shop every day of our visit. Would definitely stay again or recommend.

Check in and check out was very easy. Not a lot in the room so bringing your own games, movies, things to do etc. would be good.

I’m reminded why the best airbnbs are the way to see a city - great value luxury to come home to .. comfortable beds, clever convenient charging plugs nearby, without crawling under beds and a serene vibe to catch up with family and friends in PJs . Spotless, well laid out apartment with all the conveniences, including an electric kettle for us tea drinkers! Communication was top notch and on tap whenever we needed it! Pictures of the apartment were very accurate! Will be back!

Very nice place. 15 min to downtown Nashville. Host supplied everything needed. Very responsive to inquiries.

My dad and I had a great time staying at Cliff’s in downtown Nashville. It was walkable distance to Broadway and just a great location overall for getting to all the great restaurants/bars in town. We really enjoyed the balcony and two tv’s. Cliff was very responsive and helpful with check-in instructions and informing us of the rules and guidelines of the stay at the Burnham. I would definitely stay here again!

Apartment worked out great and was close to where I needed to be for a work event. Place is extremely quiet, comfortable and clean.

The host was very responsive and adaptable to our needs. I would 100% use his Airbnb again.

Great East Nashville location. Easy to navigate throughout the city. Great unit, perfect for 2 people. New construction in an established neighborhood. I recommend exploring East Nashville for a completely different experience from Broadway.

The location of this condo made walking to The Gultch and Broadway convenient. We were provided with a list of places to see and things to do by our host. The modern organic decor, gave the space a comfortable vibe. We would definitely stay here again. The city lights at night out the balcony windows/door were amazing. Also staying in a secured building was awesome ! I highly recommend staying here!

We had a gret trip. Location can't be beat. We had consistent and easy communication with the owners. There were minor isses, which we communicated, and they were addressed as soon as possible. Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay and it was well-described. Samantha communicated all that we needed to know. The house is in a great location, close to dozens of good restaurants, cafes and lounges. Very peaceful with a wonderful backyard. Be sure to note that there is no oven other than the microwave and there are limited 3-prong electrical outlets. None of that affected our stay but it may be important for others. We'd definitely stay there again.

The home far exceeded our expectations. We had a weekend getaway to explore Nashville - 4 couples. The home was spacious and beautifully decorated (the best one I've seen...jaw dropping beautiful and Nashville theme decorated)...it really set the tone for a great weekend. The rooftop was the perfect place to relax and have some fun. We enjoyed the games and the view. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. The bathrooms were great and it was nice to all have our own 'private' one to use since the shared ones had 2 doors and one could be locked. The vanity inside the closet was a nice touch and convenient when getting ready. The kitchen was well-equipped. We spent a good amount of time in the pub on the lower level. Karaoke was a blast. The little extra amenities like k-cups, soap/shampoo, q-tips, etc. was appreciated. They literally thought of everything and made it feel like home! 100% would book again next time we're in Nashville. 10+ rating.

It was a nice place to stay near Nashville. The hottub and deck were nice. There were a lot of wasps swarming the hottub (it’s out in nature so that happens) but other than that it was great.

What can be said about this place.. it is beautiful and spacious... the bedrooms where clean and spacious... the deck patio space was beautiful. Quiet area and neighborhood that is under regentrification and is close to everything from Hattie Bs, to FISK, to TSU, to Broadway, everything felt it was 10 to 15 minutes away. We really enjoy the stay and the city of Nashville. Thanks Chris for a great week...
