Loved our stay here! It was an amazing location, so walkable and cool neighborhood with lots going on. The hosts were amazing and so responsive, and really worked with me on checkin and checkout to accommodate our flight arrival and departure time. The beds are super comfy and the house felt like a home away from home. Would recommend highly and would come back!

Nice and close to downtown, beautiful historic cottage with a lovely garden path! Would love to come when it's not storm season to see the flowers in bloom. Clawfoot bathtub was really nice to soak in. Didn't make it to the hot tub bc we got back so late but our visit was great! Thank you so much!

I was surprised when originally it said check in time was 5:00 PM couple days prior to checking in. I did reach out and he responded right away that nobody was there day before and we could check in anytime after 1:30 which was a huge relief. I had not seen a check in time when I booked. Everything about the place was as described and perfect. Note: there are no lights on the dock for night fishing. Matt at no time said there were and when I asked him if there was a place to turn on lights he actually said we could run into town purchase something and he would reimburse us. I thought that was going above and beyond. Fishing was great. It was a very nice place. I did pay more than I usually do after fees and taxes more than I usually do per night. After our stay I would be tempted to pay the money to stay there in the future. Matt is a great host.

We had a great time at the cottage - loved the hot tub, watching movies on the projector screen, and fresh eggs in the morning! Nice, peaceful reprieve after a day downtown. Host was very responsive!

My family and I had a fantastic stay. Shelby was very responsive. The place was just perfect for our family and super cute. We were close to the things that we wanted to do in Nashville. If we go to Nashville again we would definitely make this our choice.

We loved staying at this cozy garage apartment! The apartment itself was very cute and well organized. It had everything we needed to cook and have a satisfactory stay. The neighborhood was quiet with a few restaurants within walking distance. It was nice to have a space to park right near the door to the apartment. Tracey was very kind and responsive to our needs, and even accommodated an early check in. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle, but be just a short drive away from downtown. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

We loved our stay at Veronica’s cottage! The moment you drive up, you are greeted by the beautiful curb appeal. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and was so cozy! Veronica was great in communicating from booking to check out. Great host! Would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the Rose Cottage was perfect and cozy like staying at your Grandma’s house! Everything was close by within walking distance and Susan was very quick to respond anytime we needed anything. There’s also a smaller property in the back that is also super cute if a smaller space is needed. I would definitely stay here again !

The property looked like the pictures. It was supplied with many more amenities than other Airbnb properties. Almost anything we could want was already supplied. They even had a pet station with supplies. We had a little hitch getting into the property, but were contacted immediately and it was promptly fixed. The property was beautiful, with lots of wildlife. The downstairs hvac system was very inconsistent, but we were able to make it work. The check-out instructions were very reasonable compared to other properties. Don & Dora supplied a very in-depth guidebook for the area. If we weren’t visiting locals already, it would have been very useful. Over-all, it was a very enjoyable trip in a very comfortable house.

The cottage was as described. In a very quiet neighborhood. It was a great place to have a dog with the park across the street. David was very easy to community with. If I need to make this trip again. I would stay here again.

Our family came together in Gallatin where other family live for thanksgiving. The cottage was huge and we all had plenty of room to do our own thing plus our dog LOVED the huge backyard — she had freedom to run and play. The kitchen is well stocked with even some Pyrex casserole dishes for my holiday dishes! House has such a calm and cool vibe. Master bedroom and bath is a spa setting. Our stay was very good and we will be back again for sure!

We had an amazing stay over New Years! The house was so cozy and inviting. Adorable neighborhood - easy walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown Franklin. We’ll be back soon!

Pam, thank you for such a wonderful stay. We loved your sweet, rustic cottage! I really appreciated all the vintage decor. It was just what we wanted-private & peaceful. We were touring downtown nashville, so this was the perfect place to stay outside of the city, away from all the craziness!

This was our second stay here and we will keep coming back. The bed is comfortable, it's clean, lots of thoughtful touches. Kim is super kind and communicative. 10/10 no notes.

This place is fantastic! Really nice little house in the woods, very clean, well decorated, and homey with lots of amenities. We will definitely be staying here again next tome we’re in the Nashville area.

We had a great trip and stay at this Airbnb! Host was very responsive and communicative. The home was clean. My only feedback is there was a lack of seating for 4 people comfortably in the living room area and it could have used another chair. The bedrooms lacked furniture as well. All suitcases and belongings had to be placed on the floor as there was nowhere to put them. Lastly, although it was located on a beautiful lot, it definitely was not walkable to town as it was a bit far and the roads were not equipped with a safe area to walk.

Great location! far enough away from the nightlife of Broadway but a cheap Uber to get there if you wanted! The apartment was perfect for a party of 4. It was so clean, cute, and cozy! Only small complaint is there is no where to hang up towels after using them. A few hooks in the bathroom wall would be an easy fix! Overall we loved our stay here.

Had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Hiking trails were really close by, we did lots of hiking. We would’ve loved to go canoeing but it was off season, however there’s several places to rent canoes and kayaks close by. Took 30 min or less to Nashville, easy drive back and forth. Recommend stopping for groceries before getting into town, only place really close by is a Dollar General about 5 miles away. Although I was able to get everything we needed from the DG. Super clean, kitchen had everything I needed. Beds were comfortable, a little on the softer side for those who might want a firm bed. Highly highly recommend for a peaceful, relaxing, nature filled place to stay!
