I brought a large group to this home for a one night stay and the house was incredible. Lots of beds for a large group. The home was beautiful inside and out and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

The place was better then we expected. If you are looking to stay somewhere with a large group with more then enough room, this is the place. Very simple, not overcrowded, comfortable, and clean. Jill and Mike were great hosts! They provided us some check in options as we arrived very early and it really made a huge difference for us and how we went about our first day in Nashville. If I am to plan a trip in the future, I would absolutely see if this home is available and stay there again. Thanks for the hospitality!

We spent the Christmas holiday in Nashville with family. The location was perfect and convenient for everything we wanted to do; explore downtown, restaurants and shopping! The home was spacious , clean and comfortable! Ethen was quick to respond to questions. We had a great stay and will recommend to friends and family!

We stayed at the Record Room for my Daughter’s 21st Birthday. There was 12 of us and there was room for all of us. The beauty bar not only freed up the bathrooms, but was a great place to gather to get ready. Broadway was a quick walk and the location was amazing. The full kitchen was great to have breakfast in the condo when we wanted. We would highly recommend staying at the Record Room during your visit to Nashville!

Great place, exactly as described. Convenient to the Gulch and Broadway. Celebrated my daughter's birthday, 12 of us slept comfortably. Would definitely rent again.

We had a great stay with our group Of 6. Plenty of room for all of us. Very clean beautiful home. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

Cal & Stephanie are the consummate hosts. They pay attention to detail and are very responsive to any question/concern you might have. The accommodations were as described and perfect for our 4 couples that came to Nashville. The house was clean and orderly. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a full meal. The location was quiet and safe and we were just a few minutes from downtown and all of the action. I would stay here every time we come to Nashville if it's available. Just a great place to stay and great hosts!

Alyssa was great with communication and clear on instructions. Our dog loved the backyard! Great location easy to get downtown and plenty to do in east Nashville!

Stayed here for two weeks, and there are no complaints. Place was clean and safe defiantly worth it!

Alexis was responsive and the home was perfect. The only issue was some mold in the master shower (not a large amount). No other complaints and would go again!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family and I just enough space for all of us to be comfortable together, but not on top of each other. Highly recommend this place to any families of seven.

This is probably one of the best Airbnb homes I have stayed in. It was a very nice home, functional, and had tons to do with my family. The game room was amazing and we had a blast. The house was very clean, which made the stay comfortable. It was a safe area, which made me at ease. Very close to downtown and less than 20 minutes to other parts of the city we visited. The only thing I did not like (and this is me being very picky) is the upstairs living area not having comfortable seating with an easy view of the tv. However, the little kids didn’t mind playing on the floor with their show playing in the background. We spent most of the time downstairs anyway and it was great. The karaoke was so much fun, even my 2 yr old performed! Next time we visit Nashville, we will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

I would definitely stay at this place again. We had a group of 10, mostly women, staying for my daughters 21st birthday. I chose this place because it was near Percy Priest Lake, which is very beautiful, and I wanted something to do besides going on the Nashville strip. We visited the waterpark, which was great, and we were going to rent a pontoon, but it rained the next day. The bedrooms are very spacious, and has lots of closet space. There are a lot of nice touches in the rooms like lighted full length mirrors, and hampers. The enclosed screen porch was definitely a nice quiet place for my devotion time and coffee in the morning. This place was like home, because we had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with. We will see you next time we visit Nashville!

Absolutely wonderful host, quick responses when needed. The home was Absolutely perfect. Very large, uncluttered and beautifully decorated. Pool area was very nice, hot tub was very clean and all aspects of the home were wonderful. Large rooms, comfy bedding and gorgeous views. Will definitely recommend to others and stay again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay for our big family. We had 13 of of us staying there and it did not feel crowded at all. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and places to spread out. The grounds were incredible- lots of outdoor space for the kids to play. They loved the playground and outdoor games they provided! Would recommend to any families with kids. We had an amazing stay! This house is absolutely adorable and was stocked with all the essentials, making it feel so welcoming and comfortable. The outdoor area was a highlight—there’s a pool, hot tub, tons of games, and even a pool house/tiki bar! It had everything we could possibly need to have a great time. The house itself was spacious and fit our group perfectly. We loved the house, the area, and the overall experience, and we’d definitely love to book again when it’s a bit warmer to fully enjoy the pool. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to Nashville and this was a good introduction. I was roadtripping with my husband and kids ages 17-6 (the kids love the hideaway beds). Great hosts and great location! The location is right off the expressway and nestled in a historical neighborhood full of industry jewels. I couldn’t believe it when I looked out my window to see ASCAP as my neighbor (if you know, you know), as well as Sony, Warner and many other notables. It was really cool. We had breakfast at a nearby diner, established in 1939, the kind with a real soda fountain! The food and staff was amazing! The hostess had her hair styled like Dolly Parton and all, what a treat!

We stayed here for our wedding night. Beautiful place with plenty of room. The backyard view of the valley is amazing, and peaceful at night. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was just a short drive to downtown and beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A great stay!
