The apartment was peaceful and clean, and the location is ideal for those who want everything within close reach. Security was thorough, conducting all necessary checks upon entry to the compound. Wessam consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything meets expectations, which is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend both the accommodation and the exceptional service provided by Wessam.

We loved staying at Hussein’s place. Although it was a tad far from Zamalek it was easy and affordable to Uber. Hussein is an amazing host. Anything we needed we just had to ask and he was quick to respond even when we had to check in very late at night. We had a great time.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Maadi - after living in Maadi for 4 years then returning for holiday I can definitely say this is the best place to stay. Having a pool and restaurant on site is great and really hard to get in Maadi

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appartement est parfait et la vue sur les pyramides est à couper le souffle. L’ambiance du quartier nous à beaucoup plu, très vivant, de plus tout les commerces se trouvent à proximité et sont accessible à pied : superette, tabac, banque, pharmacie, street food etc… Nous avons été accueillis tôt le matin par le chauffeur Ahmed et Shérif qui sont deux personnes très gentils et attentionnés. Nous avons beaucoup aimé discuter et passer du temps avec eux. Vous pouvez compter sur eux pour passer un agréable séjour ! Le propriétaire a été disponible à tout heure également pour répondre a nos questions et nous organiser des excursions. Merci à lui également ! Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir !

شكرا لكل العاملين في برايم رزدنس و اخص بالشكر الاستاذ مصطفي كانو متعاونين جدا و محترفين في التعامل مع الضيوف يشعرونك بانك صاحب المسكن ويلبون جميع طلباتك فورا حتى وان كانت طلباتك صعبة يفعلون بما في وسعهم لجعل اقامتك مريحة . الموقع ممتاز داخل الحي وقريب جدا من مول و مسجد و حديقة الاثاث عصري و تصميم المسكن مريح جدا ويتفوق على تصاميم فنادق ٥ نجوم الوصول سهل جدا فهو يعتبر مكان مشهور داخل الحي لا يوجد اي عيوب و انصح الجميع بالاقامة في رزدنس برايم التجمع

Mohamed est respectueux et parle un peu français, il est venu me cherché dans la nuit à mon arrivée, il est courtois et professionnel, il m'a même commandé mon repas pour livraison, son équipe est très très bien ausdi . merci !

I stayed in a four bedrooms duplex. It has a great spaces. The ground floor consists of two connected living rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. All bedrooms upstairs. Really enjoyed my stay. Recommended for big groups. All pictures reflect reality.

2nd time in Egypt and 2nd time with support’s listings Very professional, always responsive and available, tidy and clean as always. Mr. Ahmed and Miss. Ayah were very helpful, understanding and they’re always there to make your stay more comfortable.

المكان كان نظيف وفيه جميع الأغراض الي يحتاجها الشخص قريب من المجمعات. محمد كان متعاون جدا وسريع في التجاوب. العيب الوحيد كان في دورة المياة ريحة كريهة للغرفة الماستر و ازعاج السيارات من الصباح الباكر. شكرا محمد

Ahmed's place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! Ahmed and ismail were very accommodating and helpful letting me drop my bags off early. Would definitely stay here again!

Big shout outs to Me Ahmed and Ledia for making my stay so easy and convenient. Their place is cool and me and my friends really enjoyed having dinner at the roof top with the beautiful view. I wish I could have more days but will definitely consider of going back and staying to their place soon when I go back to Egypt. Worth the penny. Thank you!

I just came back from a vacation i spent in Egypt and I stayed at this nice place for almost a week. My stay experience at this place was lovely. Clean, quiet, secure, and equipped with anything you might need . Location is amazing, close to lots of shopping and entertainment areas. On top of that, it is just a few minutes away from the airport. Special thanks to Youssef (the host) and his family, they live next door and were always available whenever I needed anything . Looking forward to visiting Cairo and staying again at Youssef's apartment!
