Nassau County : locations de vacances avec toilettes PMR

We really enjoyed our stay at this riverside home. A few things to be aware of (I notified owner, so hopefully will add) there was no hairdryer, broom, or measuring cups. There was plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and other necessities we didn’t have to purchase. Walmart delivers groceries here. Score. The backyard was really muddy during our stay. We had to keep a towel by the back door to wipe feet off on when going to the dock. We caught lots of shrimp and crab off of the dock which was awesome! The grill was nice to have. We didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit. The living areas and kitchen were very spacious and accommodating. Great location. Plenty of parking. Palms restaurant down the road is good. Beds are in need of updating. Strong sulfur water which unfortunately is common in FL. Hope this helps.

Very quiet neighborhood, clean and cute house

Stay was wonderful. Great place, Very nice place. and well kept. Only negative was, I have stayed at many Airbnb's and I thought Cleaning fee was beyond excessive in price$240. To top it off they have a long list of items to help the cleaners with before you check out. Not a fan of that, You cant get my money and then my help cleaning. Didnt make sense to me but it was my fault for not paying better attention to it before I booked. I would not have booked if I would have paid better attention to the cleaning fee price.

This was a perfect place to stay, it was so beautiful and clean! Perfect location and close to everything. Eric was also very helpful and responsive!

The house was wonderful, clean and a nice space to stay in. The owners were easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions. Definitely would use them again!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—perfect for both walking and driving to the beach. It had a welcoming, happy vibe and was just right for our family with young kids. We loved how convenient everything was, and it truly made for a stress-free and enjoyable trip. One thing to note—we did hear some noise from the upstairs unit, so I’d recommend bringing a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Great communications, preparation and advice. Enjoyed our stay on Amelia Island and being within Omni property & on the beach were ideal and secure. Large, clean condo had all we needed, and convenient for beach walks. Highly recommended for a couple.

Overall great experience. Place was a block and a half from the beach and only a 10 minute drive to the downtown. Far away from everything to be peaceful and close enough to all the activities. Place was comfortable and had everything we needed. Was exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island.
