Great location. The balcony overlooking the beach was our favorite thing. Would definitely come back.

The house was in a perfect location and exactly what we wanted. We had no issues during our stay and I know if we had, Mary would’ve addressed it immediately. She was an incredible host and I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 recommendation if you want a relaxing, stress free stay literally right on the beach!

The condo was as advertised. Very comfortable. Plenty of dishes. Glasses and cooking pots. Perfect location. There is a hose to rinse off beach sand, making it easier to keep the condo clean. We loved being able to bring our dog. We had a wonderful time and hope to book again for next year! Thank you.

Fantastic host. Everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation was available, from beach chairs to a cooler. The place was perfect and spotless. There is construction on the street in front of the house but since we were there for a weekend it wasn’t a big deal. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The condo is perfect. The view is amazing and it’s quiet even when a full building. Laura was a great communicator and answered any questions quickly.

This was our second time back! Jennifer is an amazing host - super responsive, friendly and she shared some fun events going on the weekend we were there. Plus the house is super cute inside, very clean and close to restaurants and the beach. We can’t wait to visit again!!

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Very mice stay. Townhome right on the beach. Everything was as described. Owner was very responsive with check in instructions. The property was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, with everything we needed for our stay.

Great unit, very spacious, looks just like the pictures. Loved the easy access to the beach and quiet location. Hosts were super responsive and easy to work with ( including last minute rebooking because of the Oct hurricane). Would definitely recommend.

William is an excellent host and was very responsive to our questions before and after the rental. This condo was directly on the beach with great views and a private porch. The beds and bedding were the most comfortable we've had the pleasure of using during an airbnb stay. He provided every item necessary for use in the kitchen. He doesn't skimp on towels, we had more than enough for use in the condo as well as the beach. Very easy access to entering the condo and the beach with our own marked parking space. Our only negative was after a few days the condo directly above us was rented with two small dogs that barked alot. We could hear them at night through our ceiling. The remainder of the stay was very pleasant. Also want to note that in the original listing description it states the shared outdoor pool is heated. It was not : ( I would recommend to others staying here for a nice beach getaway! Thank you William, as we enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location, comfortable, clean, great view from porch. Condo was just as described, had everything we needed. this is our 2nd time staying at this condo and will definitely stay here on our next Amelia trip. Thanks Christa

This home was wonderful, clean and had those extras that made you feel at home. Beds were very comfortable, soft towels. Our stay was so peaceful,comfortable and enjoyable. The chairs on the private patio were so comfortable and we spent many hours gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves. The best part was waking up and making a fresh cup of coffee and heading out to the porch to see the stars and watch Venus rise up over the ocean followed by a gorgeous sunrise. We can’t wait to stay here again in the future!!

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. A great beach retreat for our family! The home was clean, check-in and check-out were seamless, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Our host was friendly, easy to communicate with, and the views were absolutely perfect.

Great house with ideal location. Beach access right across the street. The bikes were a huge bonus and so fun to have to get around town. Host was very friendly and responsive to the questions we had. Cant wait to come back!

This is a great beach rental! Nice but comfortable and right across from the beach! Well stocked - even had beach chairs which one of our friends forgot. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and a beach store. And it was less than a mile from Publix. I highly recommend this for your next beach stay!

Great location, ease getting in and around the area. Lots to do and see. The home is well maintained, and the host is a great communicator.

We returned to Katie’s Lighthouse this year and loved it as much as we did on our first trip. The house sits right on the beach with perfect views of the ocean from the front deck. We loved walks on the beach and visits to the downtown area with great restaurants and shops. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed, and our host was helpful and responsive. A wonderful visit!

Ashley's beach house is absolutely perfect!!! Its beautiful inside and the deck looking out to the ocean wonderful. Its huge! We slept like babies. She has the most comfortable mattress and pillows. We loved the cozy couch as well. There are plenty of towels. The shower in the primary bath is huge and in the second bath the is a great soaking tub/shower combo. Kitchen has everything you need. The location is close to everything. And being right on the beach means everything to us. We were there 10 days and found 280 sharks teeth!!! We can't wait to come back next year! Thanks Ashley!

The home was just right for us. We had an issue with the keyless entry but Abby assisted us promptly. The home is in the best neighborhood and nicely close to the beach. We will most certainly return again.

We can’t say enough good things about our this place. It has everything! We are a family of 4 and were incredibly comfortable the whole time. Not only is the unit well stocked and perfect, the location is incredible. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. And you can walk to several restaurants. The unit has bikes, beach towels, chairs, and pretty much everything you need for a stay at the beach. The hosts are just fantastic people and we really appreciate them. Can’t wait to come back!
