We had a wonderful, relaxing time in Jacksonville Beach with dear friends. The home was immaculate and well stocked for a month-long stay. We appreciated having a crock pot so we could go out during the day, but return to a completed dinner. We felt welcomed and well cared for with ideas for a variety of restaurants and activities! Our grandchildren loved the bunk beds!

From arrival to departure we enjoyed the properties amenities. The home was clean and smelled nice upon arrival. The hot tub was our favorite part. We enjoyed the hours spent fishing off the dock. The living area was very nice. Cooking in the kitchen and sitting in the living room watching tv was nice and peaceful. The host was very good at responding to questions and concerns and even checked with us about certain things they were going to do that may collide with our plans on the property. We enjoyed the property so much we had wished we reserved one extra night. Paul was a great host and I highly recommend a stay at his place for new couples and couples that want to rekindle the flame of their relationship.

Great Backyard for the kids or just hanging out. Awesome kitchen which is important to us because we all love to cook! Brian was an awesome host. He responded quickly.

Great House and very comfortable! Everything you need is there. Lovely private fenced big backyard with a nice firepit, grill and just a wonderful outdoor area. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The beds are sleep able but the master mattress could use an update/replacement, but I slept in it and was fine for the weekend. Just a great home and fit us 5 guest perfectly. Would book again.

The cabin was very peaceful even though you are just a stones throw from shopping and restaurants. Mary and Freddy were very proactive and helpful in their check in instructions as well as making sure we had everything we needed and they even made sure our check in went smoothly. The place was clean and everything was labeled and had clear instructions on how to leave it. I also appreciate that they had a little scrap book and pamphlets of things to do in the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose. A great stay with fantastic hosts!

We spent a few days for our annual family cousins trip. We had a great time sitting by the pool watching the kids play. We took advantage of making homemade pizza in the outdoor pizza oven as well as s'mores around the fire pit. Kids greatly enjoyed the game room and playing basketball. While the moms enjoyed sitting outside in the screened in patio/pool space painting.

Great spot to stay in Jacksonville without paying beach home prices. Cozy, comfortable home. Would recommend and will definitely look into staying here again if we are ever in the area!

Erica’s place is such a gem! It was easy to find, self check-in was a breeze, and everything was so clean! The thoughtful extra touches were super welcoming, too: some snacks and a couple bottles of water were already there when I got in. I was here for a work trip a week ago, and the large desk was perfect for my needs. I enjoyed my stay so much, I’m already booked to stay here again for my work trip next week.

I did run into a few hiccups in the beginning of my stay, but they were quick to resolve my issues once they were aware and everything was great once we ironed out a few things! So I’d love to stay here again. And The host seem like good and kind people… I’d recommend to my friends as well.

Me and my son came down so he could visit his godfamily for the first time. Location was great, about 25-30 minutes from Jacksonville beach, plenty of restaurants nearby. Plenty of space and well suited for family stay. Definitely recommend and will be staying again when next in the area.

I loved Jacksonville beach and the home is a quick bike ride to the beach and great coffee shops and restaurants. Ralph and Corey were friendly hosts.
