As a couple we travel often and this has been the most comfortable and accommodating stay that we’ve encountered. From the hospitality to the sleeping space, EVERYTHING was perfect. Stacey and Don are the sweetest. Upon our arrival they also gave us a quick tour of the surrounding area ☺️ We have made friends/family in such a short time frame and will always stay at this residence when we return to the island. Our stay at Alexis property rental was fantastic. The entire apartment was very clean and welcoming. Alexis was very responsive and eager to listen to any concerns we had. Downtown area is about 25 mins from the air bnb. Alexis also suggested transportation incase we needed help. She also sent Things to do in the area incase you needed guidance. The pool area was a plus for relaxing and a quick dip to cool off. grills and firepit was available. solar lights as well. We will be booking again for future reference. Thank you Alexis

Had a blast at Kathy place! The home was better than described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed+. The location was perfect, close to food, beach, casino and anything you may need or want to do. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Kathy was an excellent host—super responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. They provided a ton of local recommendations and even went the extra mile. Tons of activities right there. The days we opted to stay in we had lots of things to do. From board games to pool. There were darts, video games, karaoke and MORE. There’s an outline of things to know in every room. Fridge had lots of beverages to get us started. Toothbrush and toothpaste. Early check-in, or flexible check-out. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting The Bahamas. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Bahamas! Max and his family were fab hosts, very helpful and knowledgable about the island! Nothing was ever a problem. They were very helpful at reccommending places to go and places that can be accessed for free. They also made us feel at home and nothing was ever a big ask. The room was big, spacious and clean. The aircon was needed as was hot! They reccommended the Bahamar Sky bar, atlantis to walk around and see, we swam with turtles, sharks and saw some shipwrecks. Guided us in the direction of some of the beaches to include cable beach and cabbage beach. I would definitely book a hire car, this is one thing we werent aware of prior to arrival but Max sorted it out for us straight away on the first day no problem!

Marquin’s rental home was very beautiful, cozy, and clean it’s so more beautiful in person. My time spent there was so relaxing nice and cold you had the option to adjust the central air and enjoy. I would rent his home one million times over I did not wanted to leave. Thank you for being an amazing host Marquin!

three families fit perfectly in the house! walked to breakfast every morning and had transport easily arranged daily for dinner and excursions. beautiful house and pool! plenty of space and bathrooms!

We had a great week with a family of 10. The house is huge with ample room to spread out and not feel cramped. The actual grounds are also very private with huge vegetation surrounding the lot. The pool was clean. The few issues we had (one AC unit malfunctioned but they sent a repairman the same day)were resolved the same day by the owner who is very responsive. The kitchen is large but could use a few more pots and pans if we are nitpicking. The neighborhood felt safe to walk. Overall we loved our stay, it allowed us to visit the bahamas on our own with our rental car and spend an unforgettable week bonding. Cable beach and love beach are 30 minutes away, water is crystal clear and turquoise. I would skip montague beach which we went to first. Not very clean. The common areas in the house offer something no resort can, which is time for cousins and family to all be together comfortably, whereas a resort would have every family in their own small rooms. Highly recommend!

Water's Edge was everything I hoped for & More. We woke up every morning to see the sunrise on the back porch next to the gorgeous water. The best part about the house is all of the wonderful people connected to the rental. We used all of Mark's recommendations and they are the one's who really made the trip special. Miss Monique took such good care of us and even went above and beyond to ensure our adventures weren't affected by traffic. She even rearranged out trip with Capt Carl and called for us! Capt Carl's team showed us so many islands, corals, turtle, piggys. The best was Chef Everton, we felt so fancy.....getting served breakfast and then coming back for lunch at our leisure. The French Toast was on point. We used every part of the house. Puzzles & coloring at the high top table, evening beverages in the front yard, dancing in the pool, adventuring out to the sea via our private gate, relaxing in our bedrooms. I can see bring my whole family here again one day.
