Brought our family of 4 here for spring break adventure and wow! This house had everything and more. Gorgeous views from every window, comfy beds, awesome sound system, fully stocked kitchen and they even provided some snacks and beverages in the fridge. Great location to explore the area and keep you outta the cruise dock chaos. Def recommend renting a car to explore the area and I highly recommend you go to Jaws beach You won’t be disappointed, it is stunning and way less crowded than Cable beach. They have a lot of water toys and a washer/dryer too. We will miss drinking our morning coffee outside with the views.

We stayed here for my girlfriends 40th birthday. We absolutely loved the space and ocean views. We spent most of our time hanging by the pool and down by the private beach. Madison was incredibly communicative and dropped things off throughout our stay that we needed. We loved walking for coffee in the morning to Bon Vivants! We would definitely book again! The only thing to be cautious of is getting out onto the main road in your rental car, it can be scary during busy times (use the mirrors across the road and you will be fine!) Thanks for the amazing stay!

We had a fabulous stay this past weekend. the property definetly exceeded expectation. the host was helpful and responsive. The home smelt amazing. i would definetly recommend this home to family and friends.

We had a family trip for spring break in March. The accommodations were comfortable, and clean. There were multiple beach towels available in each shower had shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The condo sits in a beautiful spot on the most gorgeous beach. A couple steps right down to the most gorgeous blue water. Loretta also provided 2 standup paddle boards and some flotation devices for the most ultimate relaxing experience. The swimming pool was also great at the facility. I highly recommend this condo and also Barbara, the property manager was exceptional. The area felt very safe in a gated residential community. There are multiple restaurants and even a grocery store you could walk to. I can’t say enough good things about our recent stay!! Thank you!!

TL/DR:Awesome place. Not convenient to anything but that is exactly the point. Highly recommend Chef Everton Smith - book well in advance Pro: chill, quiet, clean, safe, relaxing, private, no nightclubs/late night bars, no yelling or screaming, beach front, good kitchen, purified water tap, good water pressure, ample hot water, good internet speed, satellite tv, host arranged transportation to and from airport Cons: all bedrooms on upper floors, no black out curtains in any bedroom, bed rooms are stuffy with A/C so must open doors to hallways, bathrooms stay damp, no bug screens - can’t keep outside doors open w/o having flies, narrow stairs with only partial rails, nearby restaurant just above average, everything in the Bahamas is pricy, limited activities, expensive clubhouse/pool pass must be purchased for a 3 day minimum and for all occupants (even those that can not utilize the pool), 45-60 min from the airport and 30 min to town by taxi.

Fantastic place - the house is clean and has all amenities. It is super secure as well. Sybrena is a terrific host and connected us locally to get a rental car as well, during one of the busiest times of the year. All in all, could not have asked for a better local guide.

We had a wonderful 9-day stay at this amazing house in Nassau. It’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with easy access and parking. We rented a car and had no trouble exploring the area. Any questions we had were quickly and kindly addressed. On our first day, we had a bit of trouble accessing the house, but it was resolved promptly. Thank you for everything!

Cannot say enough about Michelle and this location!!!! We had a scary event happen at another place we were staying at and had to leave. Michelle was very quick to respond and was very supportive ensuring a quick and early check in for us. The location and surroundings are absolutely stunning and look exactly like in the photos. My family felt safe at this location especially in a gated community with friendly neighbors. Michelle was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She and the owner were generous to add any items needed to make our stay more enjoyable. The fact that you can literally just walk out the back steps right into the ocean is a bonus!! We snorkelled around the area and saw so many neat fish and coral. At night we would just walk outside along the rocks after the tide went out to see the live shells. Truly an amazing place and host - highly recommended and we will definitely only book with Michelle the next time we come to Bahamas!!

My host was very friendly and accomodating. The place was clean, spacoius and nice. I especially liked the furniture and the Airfryer kmllll. My host was also very informative, responsive and understanding which i truly appreciated. I would recommended to anyone. I had a great stay overall even though it was short. Will definitely book in the future. :)

Joelise place was a last minute booking “Gem” I can’t express how my family and I felt after having such a wonderful host and place at the last minute. I’m grateful! Very clean, peaceful and comfortable. Will definitely return!

The condo was perfect for a work trip! Completely exceed our expectations. Host was great!!!!!!

This place was everything you could ask for. From the spacious rooms to the privacy due to the location, it was perfect. It’s a bit farther from the downtown area but if you’re looking to explore the city and have an authentic Bahamian experience, this is the place to go. RaDon was also very responsive with any requests or questions I had throughout our stay. Will definitely be back!

The location directly on the beach, the private cove, and the large back deck providing both shaded and unshaded space were absolutely incredible. You don't have to leave the back patio, and I rarely did. The beauty of this place is even if you want to stay inside, you get to enjoy those incredible views. They honestly could charge 5x the nightly rate if they updated the place, base don the location alone. The living space is very large and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked in mostly mornings. I had a couple questions during my stay, and summer responded immediately to them via the Air Bnb app. If I ever return here, I will 100% want to stay here.

Leslie’s place is in a perfect location! Beautiful beach with not many people around yet close to the airport We highly recommend her place and all her ideas. Her neighbor is wonderful! Thank you for a great vacation!

My family and I had a beautiful time in Shawna’s and Jonathan’s place. It was as described and the place was super clean. We were not that disturbed by the neighbours dogs. Our kids loved the garden in the back and the patio was the perfect place to relax. The hosts gave us some pointers on supermarkets and local restaurants ( poop deck is a must ). I think car rental would be best for this location. Again we had a great time and we hope to come back one day !

It was great! The house was beautiful, super clean and everything needed to make it a fantastic stay! The owners were super proactive also. One night there was a bad storm and they came right away and put the generator on so we would continue to be comfortable. Thank you, Dionne and Alphaeus!!! We hope to stay again soon!!!

Since we were landing on Xmas Day, couldn’t get a rental car until the next day, and weren’t sure whether any restaurants would be open nearby, Faynell graciously volunteered to hit the supermarket on our behalf before we arrived. What more do you need to know about her hospitality? House is nice, neighborhood quiet but about a 5-15 minute drive from most of what you’d want to do. You will want a rental car!

One of the best places to stay and one of the best host, honestly, Ifelt like I new Arlington he treated us like we were family. I will definitely go back and book more days in this wonderful beautiful place with beautiful views. Always there when we needed him. Most definitely recommend this place and I also recommend renting his vehicles to get around.

Ramesh a été d’une aide fantastique quand nous avons appris que le van que nous avions réservé à l’aéroport n’était pas disponible, probablement à cause surbooking. Nous en avons informé Ramesh qui a mis tout en œuvre pour nous trouver des voitures disponibles dès le lendemain. Il a sauvé nos déplacements et nous avons pu apprécier cette belle île. Ramesh a toujours été d ‘une écoute et aide prodigieuse. Il est toujours très disponible et répond très vite. Nous remercions aussi son cousin Omar qui a bien aidé . La maison de Ramesh est très bien située dans un endroit calme , avec un Quality market a 10 min à pied. Et l’accès à Cable beach est tres facile, 15 min à pied. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement de cet hôte extraordinaire.

Gary was extremely responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay, everything was clean and comfortable! Private and within walking distance to a local beach and the bus stop but also easy enough to walk to downtown if you are into a good walk (2 miles) - we have adult and teen children so this was a fun way to connect and the weather was perfect.
