Nassau : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

We just had the most wonderful stay at Vernette's place. My family and I wanted somewhere to unwind and relax for a couple of weeks. We wanted a very peaceful experience that was still within reach of beaches and restaurants. Vernette's place provided all that and more. It's definitely more beautiful than the pictures. The house is designed in the most vibrant, joyful blue, with all the outside finishings in a darker, complimentary blue. There's a lot of love and care gone into its conception. The pool was heaven for my kids, and the large, enclosed yard provided them with hours of roaming, lizard-hunting freedom. They just loved it. The kitchen, grill, etc is also really well equipped if you like to cook. We rented a little car so we could just move around the island at our own pace, and nothing was more than thirty/forty minutes away. Even the far side of Nassau, Jaws Beach, etc, was accessible. And I really liked the neighborhood! The people are so friendly and kind. We'll be back

Thank you for a fantastic stay. This was our first trip to the Bahamas and staying at your wonderful house made it a great holiday that we will never forget. We loved the upstairs living space, eating warm bananas from your trees and chatting with your fantastic neighbours next-door. The location was fantastic (car is a must). We discovered beautiful coves, sweeping white beaches and felt like we had found the hidden gems that most people staying in resorts will never experience. You were a very responsive host and your local knowledge was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back :)

We had a fantastic stay at Penny’s property! It is a gem of a place and we couldn’t have been more pleased with all the comforts of the house, stunning ocean views and proximity to beaches. If you’re lucky to come across this place don’t hesitate to book. Thank you Penny for being an amazing host, your kindness and recommendations made the experience top notch!

What can I say?? This place is stunning! Beautiful ocean view from the master balcony (where I stayed most mornings drinking coffee and reading a book while the family slept in). All four bedrooms had their own private bath and were pristine! All of my questions via the airbnb app were answered almost immediately by the hosts. We were a family of 5 including kids 11, 13, and 15 so they were all excited to have their own (very spacious) room. All the beds were extremely comfortable and decor was beautiful. Outdoor space was expansive as well. The back had a nice pool and grilling area (where we grilled some burgers a few times). The front of the house had 3 separate outdoor areas with ample seating at each one. We rented a car so transportation wasn’t an issue. There was a grocery store about a mile away (bring bags to carry your groceries). The house is located on the far east side of the island and in a very peaceful and safe neighborhood. FIVE stars and would stay again!

Nadia's place was perfect for our family of 4. Comfortable space, well stocked supplies for cooking in the kitchen (and thanks for the arrival snacks!), a nice back deck to eat on (with chairs and fold up table), and easy access to Love beach and the pool. Thankful for the provided beach mats and umbrella, we utilized them at the other beaches nearby (Jaws, Adelaide) and made good use of our rental car, hitting many further parts of the island (Downtown, Paradise Island, etc). It was always nice to come back to the quiet west end at the end of the day. The hosts are impeccable - communicative & easy to converse with, willing to provide recommendations (which we enjoyed!), flexible in our check out time due to a later flight, and when we had one issue with internet, they provided a work around immediately. This is a great spot.

My 14 friends and I had a great time here at the house! The ocean and pool were beautiful, nice big kitchen and living room, and enough beds/bedrooms for us all to have a great space!! I would recommend renting a car as there is not much to do around the house so we took the bus or a taxi every time we wanted to go into town, which was fine but we did wish there was more in walking distance. Fany and Lou were fantastic hosts, always responded, brought us more water and propane, and let us have a late checkout. The house has so many pool/ beach supplies and the kitchen was fully stocked with serving wear for us to cook meals! Thanks again for a trip we will remember!

What can I say about my amazing experience at Alvan’s air bnb?!?! We got married in the Bahamas and chose Alvan’s air bnb for our family to stay before and after the wedding. Initially we were only booked to stay for 4 days, but once we checked in we knew immediately that we’d want to stay there longer and ended up extending our stay for another 3 days. The house is immaculate. The photos do it absolutely no justice. The ceilings are high, luxurious finishes throughout even down to the beautiful crown molding. Tons of space in the living area. The kitchen has a massive beautiful island that makes the space feel grand. Fully stocked kitchen equipped for family style cooking. Beautiful sparkling swimming pool that is cleaned constantly. The sunrises at the front of the house providing for a beautiful sunrise to admire with coffee on the walkout balcony every morning. Alvan was an amazing host! Super responsive and accommodating. Worth every single penny!

My family had an amazing stay. The house is exactly as it is described. We had a private chef and spent a relaxing weekend. Staff is very accommodating and accessible. We were able to take a quick walk to the beach but spent one full day in our private pool. Starbucks, supermarket, wine shop and even Domino's Pizza are all in walking distance. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the kitchen utensils, flatware and cutlery.

I really enjoyed unwinding in the garden after busy days exploring Nassau. The wifi was strong. I found walking along Bay Street to get to and from the apartment more enjoyable than Shirley St. Would stay here again.

This host was AMAZING! When we landed the rental car place had gone home for the day despite having a reservation and this host helped us out by setting us up with a rental car at a great price! They answered all our questions and were very kind while we stayed here :) the place was absolutely stunning and accommodating. It was great distance away from touristy things and still had its own private beach area down the road.

Fantastische Unterkunft! Unser Highlight war der private Strand und Terrasse. Super schön um zu entspannen und die Sonne zu genießen. Wenn man etwas unternehmen möchte kommt man schnell und einfach mit dem Bus in die Stadt. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich Wendy’s und ein Supermarkt also ist man auf jeden Fall versorgt! Das Zimmer ist nicht riesig aber perfekt für zwei. Die Unterkunft wird von den Bildern perfekt beschrieben und auch Victoria ist super lieb! Bei jeder Frage war sie sofort hilfsbereit und hat uns auch Unternehmungen vorgeschlagen. Nach unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich zum Familien Essen eingeladen. Alles in allem super Unterkunft und auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen! Wir waren sehr froh etwas abgelegener zu wohnen und nicht in dem Touristen Trubel zu sein.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sandra and Philip Kemp’s beautiful Airbnb in the Bahamas, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, their exceptional hospitality made us feel right at home. They promptly responded to all our messages and went above and beyond. The house itself is a paradise. very clean and tastefully decorated, it offers breathtaking ocean views that can be enjoyed from the spacious living areas. The private pool was a highlight, providing a serene spot to relax and soak in the tropical ambiance. Every minute spent there was pure bliss. On our last night, Sandra and Philip graciously allowed us to host a small barbecue with a few friends. Not every host would feel comfortable with such a request, but they trusted us, adding a personal touch to our stay. Sandra and Philip’s dedication to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment is evident in every detail. Their warmth and respectfulness made our trip truly special.

Anthony was a great host, very responsive and easy to reach if we had questions. The place was beautiful and clean. The check in and out process was quick and easy and the pace was situated in a prime spot a walk away from Arawak cay, restaurants, and stores. I would definitely recommend a stay at Anthony’s if you’re ever in Nassau.

Séjour parfait à Nassau ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’endroit était impeccable, très propre et bien entretenu, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir à l’aise dès notre arrivée. L’hébergement correspondait exactement à la description, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Le quartier était calme et sécuritaire, parfait pour se reposer après une journée d’exploration. L’emplacement était moins idéal, loin des commodités et des plages. L’hôte était réactif et attentionné, rendant notre expérience encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Terese was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We were forced to make a change in our plans and she was immediately understanding and accommodating. A wonderful experience overall.

This was definitely a home away from home, especially if you love to cook and save money while vacationing this house had everything you needed . It was quiet and secluded. I really enjoyed the touches like the candles. Having a two patios in the back area of patio in the front the main beach cabin beach was just a few blocks away. PI was real nice. I’ll definitely will stay there again.

Beautiful high-end condo. Nice heated pool and small private beach. Condo was very clean, nicely decorated and included all items we needed. Our host got us a taxi from the airport after I put in a very late request and it was truly appreciated. There is a bus stop just outside the condo that will take you downtown as needed for $1.50. We'd return.

We had a fantastic time with our family of 5 (three teens) and Tineka was a phenomenal host. The home is well stocked with everything you need and walking distance to grocery stores, Baha Mar, multiple restaurants and much more. This was a fantastic place to stay!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation hat sehr gut funktioniert und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

This was our first trip to Nassau and I was so happy with the condo! It has a perfect little private porch area, was quiet and safe and just steps to a beautiful beach that was never crowded. There are vendors with jet skies, tubes and parasailing right out on the beach but also plenty of space for safe swimming. Only 10 minute walk to many restaurants, highly recommend Anthonys, and basic supply stores. There is actually a full grocery market that had just opened and was working to get stocked called Soloman's Fresh Market. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

If I were to tell you that I looked at EVERY AirBnB on New Providence… you may think I was exaggerating… I would not be… We took so much time and consideration choosing what would be the best match for our needs, and this was perfection. The condo was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Heather and her team went above and beyond to ensure that our accommodation and stay on the island went smoothly. We loved the location. Downtown is a short drive that typically took about 15 minutes, a short walk to the public access of Cable Beach, and you can be to Jaws Beach in about 20 minutes. The unit is right next to the pool, making peaceful mornings and evenings. We also took advantage of the outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off at the end of a beach day to ensure we brought in as little sand as possible. The one draw back, if you are a sucker for a sunrise/sunset, then Cable Beach area in general may not be for you. Being in the middle of the north facing island, it was hard to catch either.

I would definitely recommend that people stay here. The townhouse was clean, modern, private. Supermarket and restaurants right across the street. Public transportation very accessible. Area is very quiet. Dominic was very responsive, very helpful. Gave me recommendations on getting around the island and best places for sightseeing. Would love to return.
