Beautiful home with tons of space! It’s on a lovely little cove on Lake St John with lots of birds. The dock is perfect and extremely well maintained. The kids loved running around the property and making s’mores in the fire pit. It’s such a perfect spot to unwind. Gorgeous large master bedroom and bathroom. Lots of beds for kids. It had every modern convenience city family could want in a setting that would thrill even the most rustic sportsman.

This place was beautiful. Nice owner. Great view. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Mill Worker’s House. The home is clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The location is excellent as you can walk to many nearby attractions such as The Stanton House, the Under the Hill area, Natchez Bluff, and the local restaurants. The fenced in backyard was great for our little pups. We really enjoyed everything about the home and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice quiet stay in a safe, walkable area of town.

Sheila was a responsive and great host. She had all the amenities that we needed to help ease our stay. The location was in a quite neighborhood and close to a Walmart. Would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was beautiful! We walked in and the peaceful charm just welcomed us in. It is perfect for two couples. Each bedroom has a large comfortable bed and en suite bath. Donna has provided everything you might need. There is an abundance of towels and linens. The kitchen was well stocked and having a laundry with soap provided was wonderful! The cottage sits on a very quiet corner in a safe neighborhood. So many restaurants within a half mile. We really recommend The Little Easy (great breakfast). There are so many beautiful homes nearby too. It was a perfect first time visit to Natchez. We highly recommend staying here!!!

My son and I stayed here while on a hunting trip. Very clean, peaceful, and private place to stay off the grid, but still close to restaurants and amenities. Chris made us feel welcome, and was very helpful with any questions we had. I highly recommend The Natchez Retreat to anyone needing a place to stay close to Natchez. Top notch atmosphere, with a top notch host in Chris. We will definitely be back!

5B was a perfect space for my small getaway! I just needed a wide open space with a comfy bed and this place provided just that. I loved the kitchen! Also a huge storm rolled through last night and I felt 100% safe here and not once did I lose electricity. I will return!

The house was very nice with a well stocked kitchen which included complementary snacks along with bottle water and juice in the refrigerator! Very close to downtown which was perfect as we were there to attend the Natchez Balloon Festival. There was street noise as it is next to a main highway. Back yard is nice, has plenty of seating and is fenced for privacy. Norma was super responsive to any questions and even stayed on the phone with me upon check in to make sure we had no problems with the locks.

This was a fabulous place to stay! It is a beautiful little home with just the right touches of modern conveniences and antique furnishings. I discovered a new, fascinating decoration until the morning we left. There is a lovely park right across the road with a fountain, a statue, stately live oaks, and twinkling lights at night. The house was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom and they thought of everything you might need during your stay. They even provided candy, a nice bottle of wine that was pre-chilled, and cushy bathrobes for the private hot tub.
