Josh’s place is perfect for a small family. The place is welcoming and beautiful. The beach is soooo close. We loved sitting on the front porch every morning. As a host, Josh quickly answered all questions and was extremely accommodating. We would definitely there again.

We had a wonderful stay in San Diego. The hosts were lovely and so responsive. We had the chance to meet the host briefly and they were so personable and kind. Definitely would recommend this as a place to stay. Very convenient location

I loved this cottage, it’s location, and our experience. The exterior: private, behind a wooden fence steps away from the sidewalk, with the cutest succulent garden with some tasteful décor. The interior: meticulously curated vintage and retro-style pieces, always something to look at, I appreciate that it wasn’t an IKEA bulk order but a lot of love and care and personality. And it’s SO clean and doesn’t feel cluttered at all! I loved the round yellow bathroom tile, the kitchen sink, the leather chair and ottoman in the living room. So many gems all around. Katrina was a gem herself!!! My toddler got sick (yuck) in bed the first night, and K came to our rescue the next morning with new linens, completely kindhearted and understanding. Related- the free laundry was a godsend to have with a kid, and to simply not have to pack a ton! And the beach gear, stocked supplies in the cabinets, they thought of everything! ❤️

Easy access, quiet space, thoughtful touches. The 30 bus is a great inexpensive way to visit up and down the beach communities. I’d happily return.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was very nice, clean,private and the location is centrally located and close to all that San Diego as to offer. We loved the outside kitchen and the patio with the jacuzzi is a place to relax and escape. The only down side is the noise busy street but the double fences, gates and the plants helps shelf you. We will definitely choose this place again if we come back to S Diego! Thank you so much Ricardo!!!

Amazing location! The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and the view of the ocean is spectacular. The beds and couches were comfortable. You can hear the waves crashing because you are so close to the beach. We enjoyed going to sleep to the sound of the waves and going for walks along the water in the mornings. The location was just 15-20 away from every sight we wanted to visit in the San Diego area. We appreciated that there were beach towels, beach chairs and a football to borrow. The laundry machines are down the hall, not in the apartment, if that matters to you. We had no trouble using them.

I have stayed at this property twice now and both times it has been a great experience. Full kitchen and fridge for cooking meals which is great. Just the right amount of space to be cozy yet comfortable. Quiet most of the time and you can find parking most of the time. Later evenings can be challenging (weekends mostly) but I was able to find nearby parking within about 15 minutes. Host was very responsive with a small hiccup, but it was acknowledged and resolves quickly. They also looked up some great Pool Hall references for me which was super helpful and we had a blast playing pool one evening. I would (and will) be staying here in the future. Top notch host and property.

Loved the stay and the location. Jessica was super responsive and helpful. We had forgot something at home and she offered to mail it to us :) Will definitely recommend for everyone's stay :)

Many thanks to Renee for being such a great host! We were extremely happy with our stay. Everything was as described, the location was perfect, and the house was quiet, clean and comfortable. Only thing to note is that the driveway is very steep! If you plan on parking on the street, make sure you are able to climb a short, sharp incline to access the home.
