Really enjoyed my stay here as a solo traveler - the place was super clean, tidy, and comfortable. And the price is really great considering that you get a whole apartment. I would definitely stay here again!

I cannot recommend Ian's apartment too highly! The apartment is beautiful and was spotless. The kitchen is very well stocked with eveything you need. The location is terrific. There is a view of the Capitol Dome from the living room. There are many excellent restaurants near by and it is very easy to get down to the museums. Ian is a very responsive host and sent clear instructions for check-in.

The condo was exactly as listed, and I especially enjoyed the coffee bar. The location was great near plenty of restaurants and a short walk to the metro. Parking was easy and convenient. Leslie was a great host, very welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay.

Great location for access to the National Mall as well as other interesting spots in DC. the neighborhood is cozy and safe, with friendly people and nice dogs everywhere. The place is clean and it's nice being in the upstairs units so you don't hear folks above you. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors during our 3 night stay.

This was our second stay at Tunji’s place and we loved it again! Super easy to walk out the door to the metro, Compass Coffee, Sweet Greens and many more fun places. There’s a great little residential neighborhood just up the street, perfect for peaceful morning runs or walks. We’re looking forward to another stay in June!

This was a beautiful place. It felt safe while inside. The showers were wonderful and there was always hot water. The beds were extremely comfortable with very firm pillows & the best covers. Hans's instructions were detailed and as long as you follow them, you won't have any problems. As I mentioned to Hans, the neighborhood is a bit scary. There are constantly sirens, people walking the streets all times of the day & night, fighting, and the excitement of having Chick-fil-A right next door wore off quickly when we realized they close at 5pm also because of the neighborhood. Obviously, this is not Hans's fault. Just a good place to stay in pairs. It's not far from the capital and the Lyfts are friendly & drive descent. Uber Eats is quick & the food was hot. No one was staying above us until the last night & you can hear footsteps with shoes on. Hans does request no shoes be worn inside. This could be why. Despite all of that, I would definitely stay here again.

매우 만족합니다! AGU 컨퍼런스에 참가하기 위해 총 3명이 함께 머물렀는데 숙소의 크기와 위치, 의사소통 모두 만족했습니다. 숙소는 조용하고 깔끔하였고 3명이 머무르기 좋았습니다. 박물관 등 관광지와는 조금 거리가 있으나 도보 15분 내에 식료품점, 지하철 등이 있어 이동하기 편리하였습니다. 처음 입실했을 때, 숙소에 부족한 점들이 일부 있었으나, 친절한 호스트들과의 원활한 의사소통으로 모두 해결할 수 있었습니다. 다음에 또 워싱턴 dc에 올 일이 생긴다면 이 숙소에 다시 묵고싶습니다! :)

District Cottage was perfect for our spring break trip to DC. The place is spotless and meticulously maintained. We found the location great to explore all of DC walking. We also had no problem fining street parking in the neighborhood. Thank you Ivan and Stephen for your hospitality.

Stayed for a last minute weekend trip, beautiful neighborhood! Very dog friendly & the hosts were lovely and gave great recommendations. Would stay here again whenever we come back to DC!

We had a fantastic experience! Our hosts Aleksa and Sophia were absolutely fantastic - responsive with any questions and also very helpful with our stay in DC with recommendations on food and transportation etc. They even helped us get a free street parking permit after it was difficult for me to get our big van in the garage. Aleksa even has his own Creperie just around the corner called “The Big Chef” and it’s absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our weeklong vacation in DC. Very easy to get to public transportation and easy to take a taxi/uber (I would recommend the “Curb” app if taking taxis - much cheaper than Uber. We would love to visit again! Thanks for a great experience!

Great place to stay for our family of six. Worked perfect

Great place with very clear check-in and parking instructions. It’s in a great area and extremely walkable to everything. We didn’t use public transportation while in town but there appeared to be several bus stops to downtown DC nearby. The sound machines in each room are great and we didn’t hear the other neighbors or any street noise which was great for our dogs. Our dogs loved the space and walking at the waterfront park. Would love to stay here again.

Christopher is a great host. He responded immediately to my messages. His place was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were the most comfortable of any AirBnB I've stayed in. We will return when we visit Washington D.C. again.

Our family of four (one five year old, one seven year old, and two parents) wanted to spend the week of February break touring Washington DC, and this was the perfect unit for us! Commuting to and from the city via public transportation was especially easy.

Very easy to communicate with the owner. Very quick responses. The accommodations were as described and very clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient--especially if you wanted to get on the train to go to many points of interest in Washington, D.C. . Very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed taking some walks in the area and going to a local nature park. Many thanks for a super stay during our Spring break!

Four of us stayed for the weekend. Plenty of room and possibility the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever booked. The pictures don’t do it justice. The deck is an added bonus. We enjoyed our coffee out there each morning. Came for a show and all the sights so we didn’t explore the neighborhood but walked to brunch after checking out and wished we had more time in Shaw. We would definitely book this place again if we get an opportunity to return. The 2 flights of stairs are the only deterrent if you are someone who has a problem climbing them.

The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything I needed, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring the area so convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself was lovely—well-maintained, comfortable, and exactly as described. It truly felt like a home away from home. A huge bonus was the host’s responsiveness. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, they were quick to reply and super helpful. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in a prime location!

This was very convenient for a quick visit to attend a conference on Capitol Hill. It's a nice little one bedroom and everything was clean and comfortable. The roof deck is very cool. Solid communication all the way through. There was very minor thing that I know won't be an issue for the next tenant, which was that the code didn't work for the game/social room on floor 7. Again, absolutely not an issue as I could have easily gone to the building management to get access if I wanted to use that facility. The Robinson/Venter team I'm sure have already addressed it. Code for the roof deck worked fine which is a true gem. Great quality grills and an amazing view of the Capitol and the Washington Monument. I'll be back next time I go to DC and look forward to checking out the rooftop pool, in season! A+

Stella and team have been outstanding hosts. This Airbnb is exactly as described and perfect for party of 4. Bed in Master bedroom very comfortable and the Divan sleeper made a good bed. Host is incredibly attentive, responds quickly and her priority is her guests comfort. We initially booked this beautiful Airbnb for 4 nights but ended up extending our stay for total of 8 days. I highly recommend getting parking. While plenty of parking on the street and surrounding condos, it fills up pretty quickly by 9 PM. Location of this condo is very close to Tyson’s Galleria. We walked to Tyson’s daily to get delicious coffee and food. It is only half a mile away or 10 minutes walk. The hospitality that Stella and team extended to us is on par with the kind of service I have experienced in Dubai. I will stay with Stella and team again and highly recommend this place.

We stayed with two adults and two kids and really enjoyed the stay at the apartment. The room is very clean and neat. The host, Oleg, is kind and responsive and tried to address our requests immediately. There is a Whole Foods and CSV in the same building complex, which enabled us to get everything we wanted. I highly recommend the apartment to those who plan to stay in the North Bethesda area.

Victoria responded our questions really fast. She also generously allowed us to delay check out for a bit because our train time was quite awkward. This place is pretty and the view is great. There’s a mall close to us and basically everything you need can be bought there.
