Natzaret, Poblats Marítims : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Zalig huisje op een heel mooie locatie, op een kwartiertje van Valencia. We genoten erg van ons verblijf. Dankjewel!

Lekker groot huis met leuke buitenruimte en veel privacy. Op loopafstand van de bossen met mooie wandelroutes, een klooster en een klein restaurant. Op 30 minuten rijden van Valencia vliegveld een stad. Perfecte locatie voor natuur en cultuur liefhebbers. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Er was geen verwarming in het huis tot onze schrik, maar er was een open haard en we kunnen al het hout gebruiken wat we nodig hadden.

Lovely, modern 4 bedroom apartment with 4 separate bathrooms. Plenty of room for a large group. Location is close to Maritim metro station and only a 10 min walk to the beach.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf! De accommodatie is ruim en straalt een echt thuisgevoel uit. De moderne keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, wat het koken erg prettig maakte. Het was heerlijk om twee badkamers tot onze beschikking te hebben, en de aanwezigheid van een droger was een fijne extra. De ruime tuin voelde als een oase midden in de stad – perfect om tot rust te komen. De begane grond was ideaal met onze kinderwagen, en voor de kinderen was er volop speelgoed en ruimte om te spelen. Daarnaast waren tram, metro, bus en een supermarkt op loopafstand, wat het extra comfortabel maakte. Kortom, een geweldige plek waar we ons meteen thuis voelden. Zeker een aanrader! De host is super en fijne communicatie en veel leuke tips voor de omgeving. We komen graag terug.

First time in Valencia and loved it. El Cabanyal is a fascinating neighbourhood and great place to locate. Espe was a very responsive and communicative host and made some top recommends for bars and restaurants. Also a brilliant little secondhand bookshop (English and Spanish) just round the corner if you're looking for a holiday read. And saw several good live bands all in strolling distance. The house was just what we were looking for, with the rooftop patio a bonus even in the dead of winter. The beach is less than 5 mins walk away, ditto the Mercadona and the local indoor food market where you can get fresh produce daily. Easy to get buses into the old city or to hire bikes and take to the many cycle lanes. One tip: we went in Jan/Feb when it can be cold early morning/evening especially, and aircon doesn't always cut it for heating, so if you're going then, take some warm clothes. Overall a fab stay and would return without hesitation: you can fall in love with this place.

Leuk appartement, fijne locatie met kinderen. Rustige wijk, maar wel de stad op 10 minuutjes fietsen. Afstand naar het strand is te lopen.

Appartamento come descritto, molto accogliente e suggestivo! Pulizia e ordine contraddistinguono la casa di Carmen. Abbiamo soggiornato con 3 bambini ed avevano un sacco di spazio per giocare e divertirsi. La posizione vicino al quartiere molto alla moda di Ruzafa è ottima per cene e aperitivi ma forse non proprio la migliore se si hanno dei bambini. Comodo il market praticamente davanti a casa. Noi ci siamo mossi sempre in autobus visto il passeggino, ed è stato molto semplice e con tempi d'attesa brevissimi. Carmen è stata un Host molto disponibile e reattiva, ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande anche prima dell'arrivo e ci ha permesso di lasciare le valige per l'ultimo giro in città prima del viaggio di ritorno. Consigliatissimo

Great apartment in a fantastic location. If anything it’s nicer in person than in the pictures! Lucie was also a great host!

Great functional apartment at a good price. Location is on a quiet street yet very close to supermarkets and easily walkable to Ruzaffa and the nice bars and eateries there. Bus stop to main square and railway station is round the corner - or you could walk it in about 20 minutes. I travelled with my teenage daughter and the location felt very safe for two women even at night. Being on the top floor with the terrace also meant it was very quiet because there are no neighbours above. The terrace is an amazing bonus and we would have used it more had it been warmer. The beds were clean and comfortable and the hot water was plentiful. The sofa in the kitchen/diner isn't the most comfortable and it wouldn't seat four but for the two of us it was fine. All round a good place to stay if you want to see Valencia but want a quiet place to retreat to.

This is a very cozy and comfortable apartment! A magnificent host! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail! And everything is done with love! It's like being at home! I would love to come back again and again! Thank you so much, dear Ambrosio!

We absolutely loved this location! I never know whether to trust pictures of views, but this apartment truly is directly overlooking the City of Arts and Sciences, making for excellent views but, more importantly, an easy walk to go explore all that the museums have to offer. Would highly recommend this location for visiting families as there is so much to explore. Sergio was always readily available to answer questions and the apartment was tidy and well kept.

The place was clean, the locations was like in the photos. Close to the downtown, 20 min on foot. The only things, the apartment was supposed to be self check in, but in reality was not. Great time in Valencia, great location and everything was beautiful.

Magnifique séjour valencais dans un appartement agréable avec terrasse sud, situé dans un quartier calme et proche du centre-ville. Merci à Susanna et Sam, très réactifs et aux petits soins.

Если вы хотите гулять по городу и увидеть достопримечательности, то этот район не совсем подходит. Остановки транспорта рядом, но это не доставляет удовольствия. А если вы хотите гулять вдоль моря и быть в тишине- это идеальный вариант. Квартира подуставшая, но вид с балкона, тишина и закрытый двор компенсируют все небольшие недостатки. Мы бы сюда вернулись с радостью!

Perfect place near the Malvarrosa beach, I was there in January, heating perfect, very hot shower water, good bed, quiet at night, nice terrace with morning sun, bus stop in front of the door, tram lines nearby, recommendable!

Gianina was an amazing host and her flat is absolutely perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - its just adorable. The balcony is always sunny and faces the water (and the boats) and there are 15 restaurants, (2) grocery stores and plenty of beach just beyond your door. We could have stayed indefinitely in this beautiful little paradise.

The rental unit is a perfectly designed with pristine kitchen/bathroom (important for us), comfortable living area/bedroom and small outdoor balcony area with table. The building itself is very well kept up, with a guard for part of the day. The underground parking spot in the building itself is a big advantage for those with cars. Obviously, the choice is to be near the beach as opposed to in the middle of the action in Valencia - but the beach has its own vibe as you walk (e.g., ran across a fun volleyball tournament). Neighborhood is quiet at night and has typical amenities nearby- restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, etc. Finally, Emma (and Christina) were terrific hosts. Many thanks!

Highly recommend Eva's apartment. It is stylish, clean and comfortable. There is also secure underground parking. Walking distance to the beach. We also walked into Valencia city which took 1.5 hours. Eva is a perfect host. Always responsive and very helpful. We would stay again if we were in the area.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Velancia. Het appartement was super .... 's morgens rustig ontwaken op het rustige zonnige terras met ons allen. Ook de rest van de woning was prima in orde. Zeker een adresje om te onthouden voor als we nog een keer terugkeren naar Valencia.

wat een fijne plek om te verblijven. alleen al het uitzicht! De twee terrassen zijn echt een plus! Verder is alles is huis aanwezig wat je nodig hebt om een fijn verblijf te hebben. de locatie is geweldig! vlakbij het strand, maar je bent ook zo in de stad. wij maakten gebruik van het openbaar vervoer, ideaal: bushalte zo ongeveer voor de deur. Wij vonden het echt een heerlijke plek om een week te verblijven!

we had a great stay. the complex and the apartment we're both very nice. easy walk to the beach. both the host and the co-host were great to work with. we hope to come back and stay longer next time.

Great place, great host, great stay. Erick went above and beyond to help me navigate around by giving me lifts, sending me bus and tram timetables, and links where to eat and drink close by. Just half hour into the main city of Valencia from the apartment. Stayed 3 nights the place on very clean. Lovely little balcony and coffee shop below. Very close to the beach around a 3 min walk if that. I would recommend if you are a light sleeper to bring ear plugs as the apartment block your staying in can be pretty noisy at times.

Très bon séjour chez Justiniano. Prestation de l appartement très bien. Appartement bien situé pour aller à la plage à pied. Residence avec parc pour enfants, piscine (en saison) et terrain de paddle. Bus très accessible pour aller au centre ville ou à l’oceanografico/musée des sciences!
