We had a wonderful stay at one of Ricardo's properties in Mexico City. Ricardo met us on site to welcome us in even though we arrived after 1am! He coordinated a car service to Teotihuacan and while we got a flat tire on the way, the driver was very kind and knowledgeable. As a family of 5, the space suited us very well and the neighbourhood was perfect. Very quiet in the evenings with little traffic on the street. There was construction going on across the street but we don't sleep in so it was never an issue. Lots to do and see in this neighbourhood and Uber's were quick to pick us up from here. Thank you for a most hospitable stay, Ricardo. Your attention to detail and warm hospitality played a huge role in making it a most memorable trip for all of us.

Casa muy bonita, grande, con un jardín enorme. Cada habitación tiene su propio baño y closet. Fue perfecta para hospedarnos cinco personas; la cocina, el baño de visitas, las salas, la fuente y el comedor son espacios de reunión muy agradables y prácticos. Amé la deliciosa ventilación porque puedes tener todas las ventanas abiertas. La arquitectura es muy alegre porque entra luz natural por todos lados. La ubicación es maravillosa en una calle de fácil acceso a Bosques, Interlomas y Santa Fe. Gabriel, el anfitrión, es muy accesible, simpático y atento. ¡Gracias por el hermoso fin de semana que disfrutamos ahí!

Second stay for me, and as wonderful as I remember it. Great location, beautiful garden, host communicates regularly and responds very quickly. I felt welcome as a guest and will return without question next time I am in Mexico City.

We love staying here! It’s such a cool & fun space and you can tell it was thoughtfully curated. Very clean too. Check in was a lil tricky with the keypad but Gina was on it and very responsive and helpful! The location is also bomb with lots of walkable bars and restaurants that were on my list to explore. Would deffs stay here again. I got a lot of inspiration from this place too. Thank you for the memories <3

Thanks again Felix and Natalia for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We stayed here for a month in October 2023 and had no hesitation in coming back for another stay (6 weeks) in December 2024 to January 2025. The house is very cozy and has ample space (for 5 people in our case) and excellent natural light. The rear patio is a lovely place to relax in. The upstairs terrace is also a great spot to chill and take in the city sounds - there is always traffic flowing along Division del Norte, but the sound is calming and never in-your-face. The kitchen and two bathrooms are modern and practical. The only thing lacking is that the dishwasher does not work - however, that was not a big issue in the grand scheme of things! The house is well located in a safe and attractive area. There's a trolleybus on Div del Norte that goes direct to the Centro Historico (but slow in peak hour traffic). Or walk to General de Anaya metro (about 15 mins). We love this house and the hosts!

Zayde's apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay in Mexico City. It accommodated our family well, the amenities in the buildings were great, and we always felt safe whether on premises or in the surrounding area. Beds were comfortable, view was great, street noise a bit loud but it is located next to a major highway. Zayde was very quick to reply to any questions and check-in was easy. The one suggestion I would offer is to replace the leather couch and dining room chairs, they are quite degraded. Overall thanks for having us, and we would definitely stay again.

This listing was very beautiful, better than the pictures. Safe neighborhood and the buildings security was extremely secure. My favorite part was the view. The host was always fast to respond and very kind . When we had an issue with the shower drain she responded right away and sent someone to fix it. I would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at Sergio’s place. He was very responsive and caring. The terrace upstairs was a very nice feature to the apartment. Wonderful view of the city. Thank you Sergio for hosting us!

This was my third time in CDMX and it was a great place to call home! Location is walkable to a ton of bars and restaurants, supermarkets, etc. in La Condesa. It is also an easy jumping point via Uber or Metro to explore other parts of the city. I went on a few outdoor runs and the proximity to so much green / park common spaces really made everything feel at home. Our hosts were always responsive to any and all questions/requests I had. I am super grateful I spent a week out here in this Airbnb!

Alfredo was always responsive, polite, and friendly. Place looked exactly like the pictures, and we always felt safe and comfortable. Check-in was a little difficult, but Alfredo was responsive and helpful. We especially enjoyed the clean bathrooms and gorgeous view from the apartment.

Our stay was wonderful. We felt right at home, the apartment is located in a very safe, central area with many wonderful restaurants, shops, and gorgeous parks. We highly recommend this stay and certainly look forward to coming back.

El apartamento de Ivan es realmente excelente para pasar una temporada larga en CDMX. Es cerca de varios puntos turísticos y es una zona con mucha actividad pero a la vez silenciosa y tranquila cuando uno está dentro del apartamento. Esperamos volver a habitar este lugar tan bonito y cómodo muy pronto en un futuro cercano.

Great space in an awesome location. The rooms were all clean and well maintained and the complex felt very safe with the 24 hr security guard that buzzes you into the building. The private rooftop was also very nice.

Buenas tardes, tuve una experiencia un tanto diferente. Me tocó que en la aplicación de Airbnb se duplicaran mi estancia con otra persona, pero entre el personal que me atendió hicieron lo posible por acomodarme en otra locación de mejor plusvalía en la cual fue agradable todo, nos atendieron mediante pudieron darnos la solución. Nos dieron un departamento nuevo, y estuvieron siempre pendientes.

Great stay, in very central location

This is a repeat stay. I always try to book with Alejandra, as I know everything will be perfect. I love the location (very close to the metro), and it is quiet and peaceful. Being a dog lover, having the dogs there is wonderful. They are basically friendly and always looking for pets and attention. Long story short, this is my go-to when I am in Mexico City!

Our stay at Fernando’s was great! It was the perfect location to walk the streets of Mexico City. There were many restaurants and markets nearby. We spent our rest day here and Fernando’s amenities made us feel comfortable and at home! We were blown away by his attention to detail. Would highly recommend and stay here again!!

We loved this little flat! Great location — felt peaceful and private but so close to amazing shops, bars, restaurants, night life. Simon was very responsive whenever we had questions or needs. The place was clean, bright, and well equipped with everything to make you feel at home for a week stay. The outdoor areas were especially lovely. Enjoyed having espresso on the roof each morning. Highly recommend!

Great apartment, excellent experience. Very close to downtown Coyoacan and pretty close to the metro line.
