The front desk could not get us a down stairs unit. But They helped us carry our things up the stairs. Great customer service!! Pool was being renovated but the hot tub was available, if there isn’t thunder storms. ☹️ We had a great time!!

Amazing house, location & amenities. This apartment was the best I have ever stayed in around the world. The basics were first class but the extras were fantastic. Excellent kitchen supplies & the little moose theme extras were so original & homely. This place was beyond perfect. Thank you. What a great stay.

The place is beautiful. The area and service was really good. I would only encourage the administration to include AC on these units. In any case, I am looking forward to comeback during winter. Great place to relax.

Ryan's place is cozy and tucked away. Very peaceful and surrounded by trees. In town and close to everything while still feeling private

Fantastic home-away-from-home for our 3 week reprieve from the torcherous valley heat! The condo was perfect for our needs, and owner was very kind and expedient responding to any questions we had. My only (slight) complaint was the noise from the busy street that the condo sits right up against as my husband and I both worked from home during this 3 week time-frame, so that was a bit off-putting during the morning and afternoon weekday rush hours; however, the weekends weren't bad at all. Overall, the home was perfect for our needs and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will absolutely be back next summer!

We enjoyed the condo as it was comfortable and just what we were looking for. Although it was just the two of us it would be ideal for a family of four or two couples.

We were passing through town and only stayed for one night but wish it could have been longer. The condo was peaceful, clean and homey. We loved the decor and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was perfect for our holiday vacation up to Pinetop. We felt right at home as soon as we stepped inside that lasted our entire stay. I hope to be able to stay again soon!

We loved Jan's condo!!! The setting was perfect....peaceful and quiet. The condo was AMAZING! Super clean and very spacious. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Jan!

This place was amazing and really had it all!! The room was so spacious and clean! The hot tub was amazing and the coffee shop made the best iced coffees! Would definitely stay here again and would love to bring our kids and do more of the amenities next time! Such an amazing place!
