The front desk could not get us a down stairs unit. But They helped us carry our things up the stairs. Great customer service!! Pool was being renovated but the hot tub was available, if there isn’t thunder storms. ☹️ We had a great time!!

We had a great stay, he responded quick. We had everything we needed. We were a mission team from out of state and got plenty of rest here!

Freddy's place is fantastic! It's got plenty of space, everything you could need for a fun vacation retreat, and Freddy is a great host, immediately responding to any question we had. The view from the balcony is beautiful and everything is perfect. We loved the pool and jacuzzi surrounded by pine trees. There is also a grocery store 2 min down the road, which was great since we had a full kitchen. A truly wonderful stay!

Gorgeous resort. Very easy to feel at home and be relaxed without having to worry. It has everything! Cups, measuring cup etc. we had a great stay although it was so short. Will come back.

The townhome was very cozy and comfortable and extremely close to many of the places that we needed to get to. (Charlie Clark’s) The back patio opened up to wonderful hiking trails and there were bikes to use on the trails as well, which was a really great perk! The television was easy to navigate. We also brought our own fire stick, which we always do anywhere we travel. One of the TVs in the guest room wasn’t working for my son, but that could’ve been him. The other TV worked just fine in the master. The back patio was really nice and covered with a great view into the forest. there’s plenty of firewood if you were going to have a fire if allowed. Plenty of extra cooking stuff like oil and vinegar salt pepper, ketchup, mustard, etc. The rooms were also very quiet. I could not hear anyone downstairs or next-door and that was a really nice feature as well. Parking easy. For summer the pool looked nice too but we didn’t use it.

It was a great place to unwind. The recreation room entertained the kids well. Staff was super friendly and accommodating We had a good time visiting the Petrified Forest and came back to a nice place to relax.

This clean, comfortable, easy in and out location is the perfect spot in the Heber-Overgaard area. We walked to dinner at the Wild Women Restaurant.

Really enjoyed the octogon and the views. Very short dirt road to access. Celia was extremely friendly and hospitable.

The cabin was immaculate and is perfect for a family of five. We had everything we needed and then some. Or host, Trish was responsive and available. We writing definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed Ryan as a host, he is very kind and willing to help if situations arise. He has truly been a pleasure to work with.

I'm so happy we found this little gem; it was the perfect place for my husband and I. We went to Heber Overgaard for a UTV Group ride weekend, and the meeting place ended up being 1 street away. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely book again. The host Stephanie was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Wow is the word we would use to describe this Cabin. The inside aesthetics were amazing. Furniture, rooms, and space fit our family perfectly. Everything was clean and not run down. We felt comfortable and cozy. Host had extra supplies throughout house which helped if we forgot something. Full kitchen and BBQ which we utilized. We came in late due to a huge unexpected snow storm that didn’t go well and our host took time to show he cared. His hospitality was amazing. We definitely recommend this place & we will definitely rent this place in future. We give it a 10 star out of a 5 star rating.

Great cozy location with a ton of living area. We cooked dinner here both nights and didn’t have any trouble finding cookware and utensils. The fireplace and extensive dvd collection adds a homey charm after a fun day of skiing. Highly recommend!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Kip’s Buffalo Casita. Kip’s casita was very peaceful. There were amazing photos and lots of great reading material. He gave wonderful suggestions to visit around Holbrook. He welcomed my pet like no one has ever welcomed her. I really think Kip from the bottom of my heart. He was a great host thank you so much. We appreciate you, Kip and thank you for your service

Tawny’s place is very warm and inviting. I loved the decor and felt right at home especially because the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We loved that there was a grill out on the patio. Speaking of the patio it was Amazing having coffee out there every morning! The view, the cooler weather and it was pretty quite in the mornings too. We all came back feeling so relaxed and rested. There are two ponds on the property that you can fish in. My three boys did this everyday! You can rent poles from the main lobby and you don’t need a license to fish. We pretty much hung around the property, swam, went on walks around the surrounding area, and fished. On our walks we met some of the locals and chit chatted everyone in the area was so friendly! What we could not get over was how beautiful it was! I can’t wait to go back again! The only thing I’d recommend which I meant to bring but completely forgot was tin foil and extra baggies for storing our food we cooked/grilled. The great thing was Tawny had plenty of glass bowls with lids I was able to use to store leftovers.

We came up a day early before skiing at Sunrise. The condo was very modern and clean. The description is accurate. It's about a half hour from Sunrise Ski Resort. Great place to spend a night or two while up skiing in the white mountains. It's also close to many places to eat within a five minute drive or less. We will look to stay here again if available.

Our stay here was spectacular! The space had everything we needed, with a private balcony that had plenty shade for a morning yoga practice! Duck eggs and chicken eggs were available in the coop, and for purchase for cheaper than the grocery store! We swam in the pool daily, almost always, privately. The grounds were spacious, charming, and nourishing. Our hosts were cheery, helpful with anything we could need, and very welcoming to join them anytime. We would love to stay here again. It was just what we needed and are confident it will be just as pleasurable and spacious for you!

The resort is wonderful even with the kids pool and jacuzzi closed due to Covid-19. We were able to reserve a time daily for the pool and enjoyed fishing the catch and release ponds. It’s unfortunate several of the amenities were unavailable due to the virus, but completely understandable as staff worked diligently throughout our stay to sanitize public spaces and maintain guest social distancing. The condo was outstanding, spacious, and such a welcome retreat. My wife has a bad back and the bed in the master wasn’t to our liking, but bed comfort is pretty individual and we found the Murphy bed to be our cup of tea. We will absolutely stay here again and Kivaan was such an outstanding host with speedily accepting our request (during a holiday week), communication, and WiFi info. The only suggestion I would have is not showing up right at 4PM, the condo probably won’t be ready, but the Wild Woman’s Saloon and Grill will fill up any time you have to spare with great local drafts and excellent food!
