It was big enough for a family and close to everything in town. Worked perfect for us. Looked to be a newer home so that was a plus. Will def. use them again!

Katie was the absolute best host - super accommodating & easy to work with on my hectic wedding weekend. The place was amazing & so relaxing before the big day!! We will definitely be back.

This house was the perfect getaway for my wife, our 13yr old son and his friend. We enjoyed disconnecting and hanging out. The dock was nice and we really enjoyed the campfire. The house was as listed, clean and maintained.

We had a great girls weekend, and I would love to go back with my family.

From start to finish, I have to say the the stay at this place is absolutely perfect. Angela is the best host ever and seemed to help us every day from restaurants to getting our equipment and vehicles fixed to anything we had a question about.. she was right there.… The home itself is beautiful, the yard is well kept, the place is overflowing with amenities, very good fishing, fire pit and swing by the water, brand new bbq and much more… I will always use Reliant from now on when we are working in the area…. Good job.. Y’all are 110%

It was a great weekend getaway. My poor hubby felt under the weather a few hours before check in and no fault of the property but we were not able to take advantage of all the amenities this house offered. It was homey and peaceful. Also had everything needed to entertain us so didn't need to leave except to get groceries. We would definitely stay here again when we need to escape city life.

This was an amazing house and stay right on the lake! Beautiful patio with tons of lake and patio entertainment including kayaks, games, outdoor cooking, televisions and more. We went with a group of 6 and had a blast, built a fire, fished, went kayaking and enjoyed the peacefulness and fun of the house. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it if you are looking for an awesome lake house!

Wonderful home, welcoming host! We really enjoyed our stay at Kathryn’s lake house. We arrived Wednesday and left Sunday- we wish we would’ve stayed one more day. The house was incredibly clean. Brand new pots and pans. Clean bedding, floors- the place was spotless. The bathrooms are clean and modern- great water pressure. Kathryn called us prior to our arrival to answer any questions. She was welcoming and kind. I also texted her while we were there, and she responded immediately. The house has a beautiful dock- it was a nice place to fish. The backyard is huge- we brought our dog. We had tons of room to play. We all slept good. The beds are comfy. We enjoyed the screened in porch when it got windy. My son also loved the foosball table. The only negative was the neighbor had a crew working on his dock. We didn’t love the noise from their music/construction, but it was still a great trip. We would definitely stay here again. It was at the top end of our budget but 100% worth it!

We were there for a High School Fishing Tournament. Place was super nice. Great location. Kids loved the dock. After fishing from 5 am and getting back at like 5 all they wanted to do was fish. They did catch some nice ones. We got to enjoy the fire pit and cooked some dinner on it.

This time home felt so warm and welcoming! Very cozy space, light and airy. The views from the lake were beautiful! The host was kind and very responsive! Would stay here again.

Amazing view, peaceful place, lots of fish to catch….Tiny Cabin is functional and comfortable. Fabulous sunrise, you can see the sun set from adjacent lot. Lake was calm for kayaking during day. After sunset we had a great time making our S’mores around the Campfire, I Definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay at the lake house! The decor was beautiful, creating a perfect ambiance for relaxation and quality family time. The host, Santiago, was fantastic—extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this gem!!

This is one of our favorite places for a getaway and our second time to visit. Great for fishing, boating, or kayaking. Super clean and comfortable with many amenities.

Absolutely gorgeous home with an amazing view! Christy was so sweet & met us when we checked in! The kiddos loved the kayaks & swimming in the lake. We were able to keep our boat at the dock. Awesome location for firework show & the air show! We had the best weekend! Definitely a “Memory Maker”

We loved this trip! So many memories were made. The house is perfect! It had everything we needed, we felt like home. I loved that they had a keurig coffeemaker we would get up early make coffee and sit in the backyard patio and enjoy the view. We got some rain but that didn’t stop the fun, there are a lot of games to play and the grandkids played the Wii. Everything was perfect! Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

My family really enjoyed this beautiful place. Neighborhood was very peaceful and inviting. Home is how is described and we would stay there again any day. Loved the deck and tree swing. Our group spent a weekend at Bruce’s place for a mini retreat and we couldn’t ask for better. All three cabins are as described and well maintained and thoughtful equipped with everything we needed. We had a pleasant time cooking together and found the kitchens are supplied with so much quality cookware and more. It feels like Bruce and his team went above and beyond to make sure this is a great place to make people feel at home, which we certainly felt that way! Highly recommend this place!

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at Victor’s lake house! The home is beautifully situated on Cedar Creek Reservoir with a charming view. There was so much for the adults, and kids, to do while we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Kayaks, paddle boards, outside games and a game room kept everyone entertained. During our stay we had Thanksgiving and did not plan on cooking. On Victor’s recommendation we got food from Vernon’s Lakeside and had a full course turkey dinner with all the traditional sides and it was delicious! Literally everything about our stay was amazing and we’re looking forward to coming back soon.
