Naviglio Grande : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

It’s not possible to be more central in Arona than here, it’s right on the lake edge and surrounded by busy restaurants. Although busy outside, it wasn’t ever an issue with noise in the apartment. Due to its location in a pedestrian district, it’s a bit of a walk from the car irk to the apartment, there’s 2 flights of stairs to get to the door too. Not an issue for us but could be for the less able tourist. A traditional apartment with everything that’s required for a comfortable stay. Lovely terrace over the lake, it sees the morning sun then stays cooler in the shade through the day. Can tell it’s a well established operation rather than a fresh new venture. Would recommend to those looking to be central 👍🏼

Chiara’s home feels very cozy. It was clean. I was able to make some great food at the kitchen. The house is close to the metro station and there are many shops nearby. Good choice for an affordable stay in Milano!

The most beautiful apartment we have visited. Right in the most ideal place in Arona centre. This is criticised by other reviews to be too busy, please do not think this. The town has a slightly older demographic and by 11pm the town centre on a Friday night settles down. We felt very much a part of the Italian lifestyle and enjoyed this very much. There is plenty to do in the area however, we cancelled some plans just to stay close to the apartment and enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony, enjoy the town and watch the town at night. Check in was very easy and I understand that requiring all the guests details is actually by law in Italy so give a few extra minutes to carry this out. Parking is nearby and free with the apartments parking pass. A great touch. The apartment is completely spotless with a few lovely touches like fresh washing up tabs, personal cleaning items all provided.

Siamo stati per 2 notti a ridosso del Capodanno, un ottimo punto d’appoggio per : Parchi divertimenti e Aeroporto Bergamo. La distanza da Orio al Serio è di soli 20-25 minuti e ci ha permesso di svegliarci ad un orario idoneo per consegnare macchina ( noleggio ) e le prassi aeroportuali del caso. Vassi è un bravo Host , un proprietario che ci tiene all’accoglienza ed molto attento ai particolari.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage im Navigli Viertel. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe und das Zentrum war auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Roberto ist ein sehr guter Host, er antwortet schnell und gibt hilfreiche Tipps. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Io e la mia famiglia, abbiamo deciso all'ultimo di voler andare a fare un giro sul Lago Maggiore e di fermarci lì a dormire, solo per una notte. Appena individuato la meta e poi la casa, nonostante il pochissimo preavviso della richiesta di prenotazione, abbiamo trovato l'appartamento come in descrizione. Il Sig Mariano, ci ha contattato in pochissimo tempo. Una volta arrivati sul posto, ci ha accolti sua moglie, gentilissima! Ci ha mostrato la casa e spiegato alcune cose e poi, al momento dei saluti ci ha dato anche qualche indicazione su dove trovare locali dove cenare. È stata davvero cortese. Al momento dell'uscita serale, si è presentato in piccolissimo problema con l'apertura del cancello comune ed il Sig Mariano, insieme alla sua gentilissima moglie, hanno risolto all'istante il piccolo inconveniente. La gentilezza e la cortesia che ci hanno mostrato, facendoci anche trovare dei dolci e gradevoli pensieri, non la si trova sempre purtroppo. Grazie ancora!!! Super consigliato

The hostess is a super lovely and friendly person, always available and responsive, which was super sweet! She even put drinks in the fridge for us. The appartement is big and cozy, but sadly the walls are a bit thin - you can hear the neighbors pretty well, but other than that it was a perfect little accommodation for our 5 day stay :) thank you viviana! ✨

Alles wunderbar, das Einzig negative waren die lauten Nachbarn bei gleichzeitig dünnen Wänden. Ansonsten alles top!

Ottimo appartamento al quale mi sono sentito a casa fin dal primo giorno. Maurizio e Sonia mi hanno dato direttamente il benvenuto e fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino al mio arrivo che è stata molto apprezzata. Per il resto, l’appartamento è esattamente come descritto. Estremamente tranquillo e con vista sul lago (al quale si può accedere tramite un cancelleto). Se dovessi tornare sul lago di Pusiano mi fermerei sicuramente ancora qui, davvero consigliato.

Die Unterkunft ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im Monza und den in der Nähe befindlichen Städten (Mailand, Varenna, Bellagio, Como). Unsere Gastgeber waren fantastisch! Wohnen wie bei Freunden! Vielen Dank an euch!

A small place, but with everything you could need (minus Wi-Fi). Giuseppe was super helpful and answered all questions very quickly. He gave wonderful tips and was so friendly. There is a nice beach a few minutes walk away and beautiful towns all around. Parking on site is a huge plus!

Op wandelafstand van het meer, alle nodige voorzieningen in het appartement aanwezig. Je mag van alles gebruik maken wat er aanwezig is, en dat is een heel uitgebreid aanbod. Mooi groot zwembad, dat om de 2 dagen gereinigd wordt. Jammer dat we niet wisten wanneer dit precies gebeurde, want zo konden we er niet altijd in. Maar daar kon Davide zelf weinig aan doen. Zeer behulpzaam bij onze dochter toen deze een ontstoken oog had, had zelfs al naar de dokter gebeld en ons onmiddellijk het adres van een apotheek doorgegeven. Dikke aanrader!

We had a lovely stay at the really nice apartment of Edo. Only the busy road was sometimes a bit disturbing. The area is beautiful and the wine store around the corner is a must visit!

Super. Tussen de vriendelijke locals vlakbij de gedeelde tuin aan het meer. Goed zwemmen etcetera. Alle bedrijven dichtbij.
