Naxos : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

We loved the apartment and outdoor patio. But what really made our stay special was Konstantinos. His kindness and hospitality will make me come back again.

The balcony overlooking the sea and views to Naxos is stunning. The location is amazing, saunter down to the excellent beaches and restaurants. There is also a secluded swimming beach by the Church which is gorgeous. The kitchen is a bit dark and dingy and not a great place if the weather doesn't allow you to live outside on the balcony. Only kitchen chairs to sit on rather than chairs to relax in (there is space for these). The crockery and cutlery needed re-washing which was disappointing, but a minor issue. The storage space in the bedroom is completely inadequate, we had to use the kitchen table as otherwise would have had to live out of our suitcase. There's enough space to install more cupboard or hanging space but just not provided. Μιχαήλ’s was really nice and very responsive..however his time-keeping is fairly loose! We had an issue with the toilet flush which he quickly fixed

Ωραία τοποθεσία και προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια σε κέντρο όλα τα σημεία Πολύ ευγενικοί άνθρωποι, προσφέρθηκαν να αφήσουμε και τα πράγματα μας έως την τελευταία στιγμή του καραβιού. Σούπερ value for money, πεντακάθαρα, τακτοποιημένα, καφές , σεσουάρ, σίδερο Μπράβο Ευχαριστούμε

Had a great few days at Niko’s place. We were welcomed early by our host as we had to check out of another place, and we really appreciated the accommodation. Access to a lovely beach was so easy from the apartment it made for a relaxing few days. Niko was very responsive in helping to arrange transportation to our excursions and the airport. Location is great. While you feel away from town, it’s quick to access many parts of the island, and car rental was super quick and easy. I would not hesitate to stay a Niko’s place next time in Naxos.

George is the most generous, passionate, and thoughtful host you'll ever find. The listing is in Logaras beach, Piso Livadi, one of the best spots on the island. There are three completely different beaches a stone's throw from one another, within walking distance. Logaras beach (seen from the balcony in the pictures) is 1 minute away. At the end of it, there's a path that leads to the other side, where you'll find yourself on Punda Beach. If, when walking out the listing, instead of going towards Logaras beach, you go left, you'll reach Piso Livadi beach in 5 minutes. Also, that's where you're going to find one of the best restaurants on the island, Halaris. There's a bus stop right under under the listing, past the minimarket, and another one by Piso Livadi beach. Buses run until midnight, if you wish to go to Naoussa or Parikia. Thank you, George. Comfortable, quiet and clean. It was perfect for 2 couples and very conformable to chill after a beach day and sleep. A bit difficult to reach but I belive that's the standard (also Google maps only helps partially) but after you memorize the way, it's easy. Definitely recommended.

Great little place. Simple furnishings but it's clean and has everything you need. Most importantly, the location can't be beat - perfect for soaking up the atmosphere of the Old Town, and VERY close access to everything, from the ferry to the bus and restaurants, and for swimming near the port (highly recommended). I was a solo traveller and it was ideal...

We highly recommend Mary's place. Good location, close to nice beaches and the bus station. The place was clean and well-equipped. Mary is a nice and helpful host, she recommends places to go and how to go there. Me and my mother really enjoyed our stay there.

L'hébergement est propre, agréable et confortable. La terrasse a une vue à couper le souffle. Elisabeth est très accueillante et adorable. J'ai passé dix jours formidables à Naxos, calme l'hiver et parfait pour travailler. Je recommande vivement le studio d'Elisabeth.

This is my first time visiting Greece and I came by myself for a short Kite Surfing trip. The location was absolutely ideal as I could walk everywhere to get wonderful food and take my kite lessons, and I loved coming back to the quiet serene apartments and have an outdoor shower and a nap on the deck.I will definitely be coming back. The house were wonderful and worked with my schedule and we’re always at the ready when questions came up. This place was an absolute dream!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Très bon hébergement, situation super calme et proche de tout, et de la très belle plage accessible directement à pied. Un seul tout petit bémol, le manque de vaisselle pour quatre personnes., 4 couteaux, 4 couverts, pas de bols, ect… Sinon tout était parfait et très beau. Nous avons également bien apprécié le jardin et les terrasses. Nous remercions Apostolos et Alexandra. Nous recommanderons. Bien cordialement.

Juste PARFAIT ! Le logement est impeccable, les chambres sont faites chaque jour et c’est très agréable. Les petits + sont vraiment appréciables —> mise à dispo de serviettes de piscine, un rooftop avec une jolie vue, un panier garni (ça a sauvé nos petits déjeuners). La chambre est spacieuse, un vrai cocon Et niveau localisation le logement est très bien situé, près de la belle plage d’agios Prokopos, un grand parking privé, et pas loin de bons restaurants que Betty saura vous recommander. Thank you for letting us stay I the fabulous Sea Breeze. It has the best views of Piso Livadi and Logaras, both in a short walking distance. The house had everything we needed but the terrace was definitely the best! Nick is a wonderful host and sent loads of information closer to our stay. Very friendly and lovely to chat to. Can't recommend enough, definitely be back in the future.

My family (myself, husband & 2 children ages 9 & 11 years old) enjoyed our 4 days/3 nights very much at this house. The views are amazing and we really enjoyed how we could just walk to the beach. My husband and I enjoyed walks each morning along the beaches & walked to dinner at several restaurants located in the vicinity. The host offered to provide transportation if needed (but we had rented a car so that we could explore more of the island). We arrived a couple hours before checkin, and were able to get in early, which was much appreciated after a very long travel day(s) from United States. The ladies on site were also very friendly & helpful. We had a great time & would highly recommend staying here!

This place is amazing!! Litsa is so wonderful and generous. She met us at the port and walked us to the airbnb. She had wonderful refreshments waiting for us. Also, we were steps from the Sea...never wanted to leave. Aamazing place!!

We had an amazing stay at the Beach Suite Kastraki! The house is charming, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bikes for exploring the beautiful surroundings. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the patio, watching breathtaking sunsets from the roof terrace, and unwinding in the jacuzzi pool after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away and great restaurants nearby. Angelika was incredibly attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth, enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely stay there again!

excellent location in the heart of Naxos town. great restaurants nearby, unfortunately due to being late October, many shops and museums had closed for the season. however still plenty to do and it was nice to not be too crowded. Angeliki was a wonderful co host, met us on checkin and gave lots of advice.

A beautiful apartment right on the beach, a 10 minute walk from town but super quiet and chilled. Check in and communication was friendly and easy. Highly recommend : )

We loved our stay at the rooftop appartment. The terrace is just awesome, it's very spacious and you can see the ocean from two different points. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very big and the kitchen works just fine. The host was very friendly and even helped us with renting a car. When we arrived a bit early his father welcomed us already. Would go again!

Our stay at Kyriakos and Manos’s place was amazing! We stayed for two weeks and it was honestly heaven and great wifi for remote working. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the flat itself was so lovely and clean. Kyriakos was such an amazing host to us. He picked us up and dropped us off to the ferry, and was always on hand when we needed help. We also had a cleaner come a few times, which was so nice and unexpected! The flat also has everything you need. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you Kyriakos and Manos!

Todo impecable! el departamento es grande, lindo, limpio y está muy bien ubicado. Nos recibieron muy cálidamente y siempre estuvieron atentos por si necesitábamos algo. Lo recomiendo sin duda!

My stay at Glyfada Sea View penthouse was fantastic! The space was sparkling clean and well-organized, making it feel welcoming and cozy right from the start. Everything was as described and the view from the house was everything i needed and close to the beach as well. Plus, Kostas was incredibly cool and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed and even giving me great local tips! I couldn’t have asked for a better host or stay. He took care of everything i could possibly need. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay!

Beautiful accomodation! Prime spot - walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Also very easy to walk to the port near by. The place was very tidy and well equipped! Maria was very kind and responded quickly. Will definitely recommend staying here to our family and friends!
