Naxos : locations de vacances en appartement

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft- das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top! Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage ist dem Preis absolut angemessen: schöner Meerblick, auch wenn die Unterkunft an der Straße liegt (ab und zu hört man Autos). Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Ein kleiner Punkt zur Verbesserung wäre das Badezimmer- das könnte teilweise erneuert werden. Ansonsten war alles weitere super und wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Naprawdę najlepszy apartament, na który tutaj trafiłam. Bardzo czysto, pościel świeża (gdzie na sycyli nie jest to oczywiste niestety), bardzo ładne duże pokoje z łazienkami z ciepłą wodą. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, duży taras. W łazienkach był nawet płyn do demakijażu i płatki! Naprawdę dobry gospodarz. Bardzo ciężko znaleźć coś w takim standardzie w tym mieście, a nawet na całej wyspie zwłaszcza za taką cenę! Naprawdę cieszę się że na niego trafiłam!

Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt, dadurch jedoch Abends etwas lauter. Der Parkplatz von Gaetano ist ca 8 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Mit schweren Koffern diese besser zunächst im Auto belassen und nach dem Check-in mit dem Auto bis zur Wohnung fahren. Insgesamt jedoch super Wohnung, empfehle sie auf jeden Fall weiter.

Die Unterkunft von Fernando ist sehr zentral gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut fußläufig erreichar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, modern und vorallem sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem und im Haus ist es ruhig. Man hat sich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

posizione centralissima - a piedi si arriva dovunque! nonostante questo, il monolocale è silenziosissimo e molto pulito - lenzuola e asciugamani che profumano di sole. anche i copriletti e le coperte ci sono sembrate pulite. gli host sono disponibilissimi e pronti ad aiutare. soggiorno perfetto!

Alles bestens. Sauber, ruhig, gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Ideal für 4 Personen. Zentral gelegen für Ausflüge zum Ätna und nach Taormina und Catania. Empfehlenswert.

Rosa et son mari ont été extrêmement accueillants et arrangeants, ils nous ont très bien accueilli, ils ont été très gentils ils nous ont même permis d'accéder à leur garage lorsque nous n'avons pas trouvé où nous garer. Ils ont toujours été extrêmement réactif lorsque nous en avions besoin. Vraiment je recommande ces hôtes. De plus la vue sur l'Etna de la terrasse est chouette, nous étions à 50 min de l'Etna sud. Parfait !

Soggiorno magnifico! L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto: pulito, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Dispone di un comodo parcheggio interno e di un ampio giardino, perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi i pomeriggi in tranquillità. La posizione è ottima, perfetta per esplorare la zona e godere delle sue bellezze. Il proprietario è stato estremamente disponibile, attento e simpatico, rispondendo rapidamente a ogni mia domanda e fornendo ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno piacevole e senza problemi. Tornerò sicuramente alla prossima occasione!

Som alle andre besøgende har skrevet er udsigten perfekt, Maria er meget informerende og havde indkøbt forskellige madvarer. Eneste ting som jeg ikke synes at andre gæster nævner er at bygningen som lejligheden ligger i trænger til en stor istandsættelse.

It was a very pleasant stay. Location is great. The apartment is big, very authentic and nicely decorated. We loved being in such an historical building. We tried some restaurant suggestions from Marco and they were all very good. Marco is a very good host; easily reachable and solution oriented. We had a problem (lacking hot water), Marco immediately got involved and sent a technician. Problem was solved quickly. There are only two negative sides I may say; towels were quite old and worn. Maybe because of that, they did not seem so clean. And there is no window in the upstairs room which might be a concern having no natural day light.

Logement très bien équipé. On a l.impression d être chez soi Belle renovation et propreté irréprochable. La literie est très confortable. je recommande vivement ce logement. De plus Giuseppe est très réactif et amical dans ses réponses. Un véritable super hôte.

A good stop on our final few days in Sicily that placed us close to Etna, Catania and Taomarina (all of which we visited). Very friendly and communicative host who met us on arrival, showed us where to park, gave us vouchers for Etna, advice on local towns and a bottle of bubbles - all much appreciated! The apartment was very spacious, with a comfy sofa and large, fully equipped kitchen. Strong aircon in the living room, and we used the fans to channel cool air into the bedroom at night. The garden was pretty (though too hot for us to sit out during a rather warm spell on the island). There were supermarkets and eateries nearby (and you could drive to the beach, but we never made it). WiFi was a bit patchy, but there were storms going on so this may have been an island thing. All in all, this was a good spot!

Departamento amplio, luminoso ,impecable y provisto de todo lo necesario. Ha sido muy agradable la estadía en él. A pocos minutos el Metro permite la llegada al centro. Chiara respondió inmediatamente a cualquier consulta. Recomendable!!!

Io e il mio compagno, abbiamo trascorso tre notti nell’appartamento di Rosanna. Il luogo è ospitale, pulito e a pochi minuti a piedi dalle strade più centrali di Catania. L’appartamento è luminosissimo e Rosanna è stata con noi gentile e accogliente, permettendoci anche di lasciare i bagagli qualche ora in più dopo il check in. Assolutamente consigliato.

What a treat to stay here! We sat out on the 3 balconies every day and watched the world go by. Close to many great restaurants and shops. Left the car in the parking garage and had a stressful adventure on foot. Take the cable car to Isola Bella. Fun and quick trip to the beach. Enjoyed the opera in the old theater just steps away from the apartment. Would stay here again.

Esperienza super positiva , Francesco è davvero una persona disponibile, la casa è molto bella, che dire se vi serve un alloggio in centro a Catania allora questo è l'appartamento giusto. Grazie ancora per la disponibilità Francesco e alla prossima. Ciao Angelo

A very kind host that gave us a lot of information and was always avaliable. The place was clean and had a lot of basic supplies to cook and water in the fridge when we arrived. The only downside was maybe the paperthin walls where we heard both constructions and the neighbors. The pool was also closed for the season which was a bit sad. On the plus side the ocean is beautiful and the village very sweet and close to a lot of nice things. All in all a lovely stay, we recommend it!

I spend two nights here, had very good stay. Easy to go Etna. I would like to recommend to anyone who visit this area.

Everything was absolutely perfect and excellent. The stay was peaceful and restful, Paola that helps to host also was so kind and helpful. The trip was absolutely amazing and many thanks to The Lemon Tree for the great place to stay and the basic relaxing atmosphere ❤️‍🔥

Noemi’s apartment was the best one in a row of apartments in our journey. First, Noemi is very respectful and caring - all the communication with her was a pleasure. Secondly, the apartment itself is much better it looks on the photos - it is cozy, qualitative amenities, 2 spacious terraces with beautiful views on Etna and surroundings. Every time we were at home it really felt relaxing. I need to admit fast Internet (was important for me as I was working), well working air conditioners in every room and overall qualitative equipment, furniture and plumbing - didn’t have any issues with anything. As for the location: there is a pool right in front of the entrance. The closest beach is just outside the residence - crystal water, but the beach is doubtful in terms of comfort. The only bad thing about our stay is Mascali itself - not the most beautiful and prosperous place in Sicily, but the residence, its comfort and views drive you away from that

Iole's place was very wonderful, we enjoyed the swimming pools and balcony. Also it's on good location to get to the old town (if you are into some hiking tjen it's possible even on foot).

We had a fantastic stay. Taormina is on a hill and there are lots of steps but wonderful to leave the car and able to walk up to the Corso Umberto 1 and join with the locals as they make their ‘passeggiata’ (nightly stroll) to enjoy people-watching and the live music at The Wunderbar! Just amazing !

We hebben een geweldige week gehad. De accommodatie is een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor excursies naar de Etna of de Alcantara kloof. De woning is mooi en super goed uitgerust, echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Het zwembad is ondanks dat je een badmuts nodig hebt perfect. Het plaatsje zelf is niet bijzonder. Het is net alsof je een tijdreis maakt 70 jaar terug in de tijd. Er staat veel leeg en is vervallen. We zijn hier enkel naar de Pizzaria (Orso) geweest, die heeft geweldige pizza’s. Gelukkig is in o.a. Taormina genoeg te doen dus het is geen gemis.

If you’re looking for a safe, secure, and spacious accommodation that feels isolated but is right next to everything you need to see in Taormina then you found the spot. The apartment has a beautiful terrace overlooking the Sicilian coastline and neighboring Calabria. Beautiful pool, gardens, and easy access to the Main Street of Taormina. The place was stocked with supplies, plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, some food, and a delicious bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Highly recommend for a first time visit to the area!
