I stayed at Gaspare's place for 5 days in November, and it was a wonderful experience. The house is beautiful, with antique furnishings and a curated garden that adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The view of Mount Etna and the surrounding valley is stunning—a memorable sight each morning. The swimming pool was a nice addition, though the water was a bit chilly, which is expected in November. Gaspare was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome. One minor note is the £10 fee for using the washing machine, which felt a bit steep. I understand that previous tenants may have overused it, especially in an area facing water scarcity, but I opted to take my washing elsewhere. Overall, it was a lovely stay in a beautiful setting with a thoughtful host. I highly recommend it for those looking to relax and enjoy the stunning Etna views!

Melania et sa famille ont été très réactifs par message et très accueillants ! C’est un endroit très paisible, un havre de paix en plein cœur de la nature, les photos ne seront jamais à la hauteur de la beauté du lieu ! Une vraie pépite. Je recommande vivement ! Merci pour votre accueil

The house was great, and the gardens and grounds with pool were absolutely outstanding, with the most wonderful views of the coastline, and easy access to Mount Etna too, I would definitely come again (when the weather is warmer!). Our Host, Vanessa, was absolutely wonderful and was incredibly proud of her home country and the local area, and was super responsive for anything we needed.

We had a great stay at this accommodation. Everything was as described. Our host was always available for questions and responsive whenever we needed anything. When we couldn't figure out how to use the oven in the kitchen, they were able to call on a neighbour who was familiar with the property to pop over to help us. Amazing. I highly recommend this accommodation but you definitely need a car as it is a little out of Letojanni centre (7 minutes), and on a hilltop.

We had a great few days in the house. Our toddler really enjoyed all the toys inside and the big garden. It was in a quiet town and very convenient to visit the etna, and nearby towns. Very nice welcome from Rossanna, who also gave us a lot of tips for our stay.

This is an amazing house on a beachfront road in a charming little town. There is a small square in walking distance that has a nice bar/coffee shop and restaurant. The house itself is lovely with very comfortable beds and amazing views both of the ocean out the front door and balcony, and of Mt Etna out of the two back balconies. Bedrooms are good sized with two full baths on the first floor and a half bath with the bedroom on the second floor. We had 5 adults in our group and never felt cramped. WiFi is good. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and very responsive to questions and give a good list of local attractions and restaurants to try. House is in an area with easy access to both Catania and Taormina, both about 35-45 minutes away by car. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

One of the best Airbnb experiences ever. Extremely clean and comfortable apartment, with a beautiful interior. Not another soulless „live laugh love” apartment - very Sicilian, old-school vibe. The kitchen was well equipped, terrace and the balcony great. The hosts were friendly and responsive, arranged a bike rental for us with delivery at a very reasonable price and were accommodating to all our requests. Overall 11/10, we will be back, thank you Giorgina!

We really liked our stay! We stayed one night in another place in Naxos, and that was so noisy that we could not sleep, therefor it was so nice to find something this peaceful so close to everything in Naxos. It was just perfect! A very positive experience indeed! It has all the things you need, was very clean and cosy! Our hosts where also very friendly and helpful. it was easy to park our car, within a few meters from the apartment and you can walk easily to the beach, just all a very good experience! THANKS!! Highly recommended and we will surely come back to visit.

Remote location fantastic for a quite holiday. Really liked views from the hot tub. First time arriving was difficult - we found a locked gate down a very narrow access drive. We had messaged Andrea with our ETA several times, so surprising we were met with locked gate. Overall though, enjoyed the stay.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Alfio dès notre arrivée, avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue. L'appartement est très bien fourni : des bouteilles d'eau étaient à disposition et la cuisine était bien équipée si nous désirions manger sur place. Il y a de l'air conditionné, ce qui était utile pour réchauffer les pièces à cette période de l'année. Le mobilier est très confortable. Il y a de bons restaurants dans les environs. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et nous recommandons vivement son appartement.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war rundum gelungen. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen – es ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und eignet sich hervorragend für Familien mit Kindern. Besonders genossen haben wir den wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem Sohn dort und haben abends häufig selbst gekocht, da die Küche bestens ausgestattet ist. Auch die Betten sind sehr bequem – wir hatten keinerlei Rückenschmerzen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal: Es liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, aber dennoch zentral zwischen Taormina, dem Ätna und Catania. So konnten wir problemlos alle Sehenswürdigkeiten entlang der Ostküste erkunden. Auch das Parken war unproblematisch – man muss lediglich etwas langsamer einparken.

Sehr freundlicher persönlicher Empfang durch Peppe. Gute Einweisung in die Gegebenheiten. Auf Wünsche wurde prompt reagiert. Grill und Handtuchwechsel sofort erledigt. Whirlpool ist im Schlafzimmer. Aussenpool ums Haus herum den wir aber aufgrund der Wetterverhältnisse nicht genutzt haben. Abstellplatz fürs Auto im Hof mit Elektro. Tor. Angela haben wir einmal kurz gesehen zur Begrüßung. Der weitere Kontakt lief über Peppe der auch dort wohnte. Negativ war nur, dass Peppe nur italienisch sprach und das in unserem Schlafzimmer kein Kleiderschrank vorhanden war. Wir konnten aber den Schrank im zweiten Schlafzimmer nutzen. Wir würden die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. In terms of layout, design, usability and location, it does not get much better for this price. It is in the centre of a charming small city with everything you need close by, without feeling very touristy. It was great to stay here with a small child, but keep in mind that the entrance has a narrow staircase that is not super easy to navigate with a stroller.

Emilie and Alberto have the perfect spot in Castelmola. You can't beat the view and it's so incredibly easy to access. Alberto grew up in Castelmola and has all of the great recommendations. My mom and I rented the bottom and top floors, making it a perfect stay with plenty of space! Parking is incredibly easy. The beds are also comfortable, which is so important. I'll definitely be back!

tutto perfetto in questa casa, perfetta per il nostro weekend alla scoperta dell'Etna. Casa molto bella, ampio dotazione e Fernando amichevole e gentile! Speriamo di tornarci perché ne vale la pena!

Wir können Francescos Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Sie ist sehr gut gelegen, zu Fuß erreicht man den Bahnhof und die Busstation. Außerdem ist man sofort am Meer und in Restaurants, Eisdielen, Cafes, Supermärkten etc. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, auch zum selbst kochen ist es ausreichend (Töpfe und Pfannen etwas veraltet und zerkratzt zum Teil, aber funktionieren). Wechsel der Handtücher war problemlos möglich unter der Woche. Francesco ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns nach Ankunft mit dem Zug am Bahnhof abgeholt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ideal um die Gegend rund um Taormina zu erkunden.

The place is very beautiful like in the photos. Right in the mountains with a lovely big terrace and lemon trees in the garden 🥰 we loved the hosts, they were so helpful with recommendations and looked after us like we were their own family, which is much appreciated! The location is great for those who want to enjoy natural beauty. 10min by car to Taormina, or there is a bus that can take you there. Lots of beautiful surroundings. Amazing place to stay! Fabio was a charming and welcoming host. He is clearly passionate about tourism and making his guests welcome and at ease. He and his family were very kind. As a sporty family we used the gym a lot ( which we had to ourselves). We would have loved an outdoor pool but knew there wasn’t one and he is now aiming to install an outdoor pool. The apartment is well air conditioned and has everything needed ( we were a family of 5) and with plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds Lovely robes left for us and a sun hat each Really nice touches which show that Fabio cares about making a good impression - which he did. You do need a car as the apartment is quite some way out but if you don’t mind that ( we didn’t) then the quiet was good. View of etna is lovely The balcony was particularly lovely to relax on and eat al fresco Well done Fabio

We could had not have been more happy staying at Giulia’s. Rosella and her husband greeted us kindly and gave us a wonderful welcome. We even were able to check in a little earlier than expected. The interior is very tasteful, the kitchen fully equipped to cook delicious meals to dine in the garden outside. We loved it all and had a great time exploring the area. We felt the corner lot situation with front and rear gardens, are ideal. We are very grateful for this very good experience and can highly recommend the house.
