I felt so safe and welcome during my stay! L.A. checked in with me regularly via the app. There were two groundskeepers who lived onsite and were very friendly and helpful. The view outside on the little patio was so sweet with all the flowers and the little table. It felt very private and sweet. The room itself was sufficient. It was not fancy by any means but very sweet. It was a little bit of a walk out of town along a busy-ish road which I did not feel comfortable walking in the dark at night but taking a taxi at night was really easy and cheap- about 70 pesos from the town center. As a solo female traveler, I felt totally safe staying there, the hosts checked in often through the app and were quick to respond whenever I needed anything. The dogs and roosters the other guests mentioned are real- but I felt that the hosts were very upfront about it being an authentic Mexico experience so I was not surprised. I had earplugs and slept fine. As long as you are not expecting a super slick fancy quiet five-star experience in the middle of everything, and acknowledge that it is what it says it is- you will be just fine. If you don't like to walk, you may want a golf cart or be willing to taxi. I personally love to walk and enjoyed that it was a ten minute walk out of town but my friend who came to visit was not into walking on the road so I know everyone has their own comfort levels with things. I loved walking the back way to Los Muertos beach as well- that was absolutely gorgeous even though a little longer of a walk into town. I loved my stay!

This place is fantastic! The location is very close to the airport, though we didn't hear a lot of airport noise. (Probably from the new windows and good construction.) It also felt very safe. The location couldn't be better--it was a corner unit, overlooking the pool on one side and a large green space on the other side, leading to not much noise. We could walk to a nearby large grocery store to get everything we needed, plus there are great restaurants about 10 minutes walk in the Marina Vallarta area. And the pool was AMAZING! There's even a snack bar open from 11 am - 6 pm that takes credit cards. You could literally spend all day at the pool relaxing. Great for a small family, like ours, or a couples retreat. The area is also very LGBTQ+ friendly. We did have some trouble getting in, and had to wait for a while because the keypad door lock wasn't working and there weren't any keys available, but Fabian was friendly about it, and apologetic. We hope to be back!

Casa Blanca delightful, vintage feel accommodation. Beautiful views, beach accessibility is the highlight! Can’t wait to go back!!

I had a great stay and would definitely go back! The apartment is clean, comfortable bed, and in a quiet neighborhood. It is outside of the chaos of the center, but still close to good restaurants and coffee spots. Also, easy access to the beach. Communication was quick and check-in was easy. Highly recommend!

Great location with an incredible view! The place was super clean and easy to access. The pool on site was great and a very easy walk to the beach club in town. Definitely worth what was paid.

Awesome location, spectacular view, and the place was perfect for 8 of us! I loved the patio with the pool below us. We used the rooftop pool and the 1st floor pool. It was easy walking in beach, excellent massages beachside, and loved the restaurants all so close. Communication with host was very responsive and clear. I would definitely rent this place again!

Our stay at Riki's was a 10/10 experience! If you are an interior design aficionado like myself, you will appreciate Riki's attention to detail. Her place is beautifully designed, well laid out, the king bed is firm yet comfortable, & the A/C unit and the fan above the bed made for a very pleasant experience. The outdoor living room & kitchen nestled amongst the tropical plants was such a relaxing place to spend time. The house is on a hillside, so we enjoyed pleasant breezes, even during the hotter parts of the day. The location is perfect - walking distance to the restaurants, shops & beach, yet far enough away that it was quiet & peaceful. Of course you will hear roosters & dogs barking occasionally, and some noise from cars driving down the main road one block away, but all in all a very pleasant experience. Last but not least, Riki was an exceptional host. She was warm, welcoming, & generous with her time. She even offered a remedy for my husband's upset stomach which helped alot!

Angelina’s place was perfect for six adults on our weekend trip to Sayulita. The house is just like the pictures. We especially enjoyed the private pool and its access from the living room. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable enough. The AC worked great. We had no issues. The hosts are very responsive and flexible with our timing. Also, they were able to recommend local spots for us. I would highly recommend this home.

Diego's place was amazing! It was just the right distance from town to not hear the noise at night but close enough to grab a quick coffee in the morning and head for a walk on the beach before getting ready for the day. He was very responsive and had great local recommendations. We loved hanging out by the pool and getting some shade at the table. The interior was beautiful and each bedroom had a great deal of privacy- each with your own bathroom. The only downside to his place was the construction that was happening next door. This however is a common theme in Sayulita as it is becoming more developed. There was a sheet up to cover up the view of the construction and the noise only happened during the day when we were typically out of the house. Would absolutely booked Diego's place again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Thank you Janet. Our vacation in Sayulita could not have been better for many reasons; you and your place were 2 of them. Important! Two best restaurants were: ‘El Jakal’ two blocks away for coconut shrimp and the staff including the owner & ‘Mary’s’ in town for tacos, ceviche, and seafood quesadillas and of course get guacamole everywhere with every meal.

The house was wonderful! The ocean view was stunning. Absolutely loved having morning coffee on the patio and watching the sunset in the evening. It was so relaxing. The house was spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds are definitely on the firm side and the front bedroom does get a little chilly this time of year. Also, I would recommend bringing an eye mask if you like to sleep in a dark room. Hard to black out a room with so many wonderful windows. Both Christina and Brenda were extremely responsive and helpful anytime I reached out.

A great option for a large group coming to Vallarta. The location is great, especially if you have access to a car; the beach and golf clubs are only a few minutes drive. The house is spacious and well equipped, we enjoyed the pool, the terrace and the grill during our stay. I think the house could have been cleaner, we had to wash the sheets and clean the kitchen thoroughly when we arrived.

Casa Cereza is as described. It’s comfortable and welcoming. The patio is pretty well private. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook and eat. The beds are comfortable. The AC works very well. Other reviewers have mentioned construction being bothersome, there is construction nearby however, it was not bothersome. We barely heard any construction noise our entire stay, and there was no construction during the evening or over night. Even when the noise was present it was absolutely not as bad as being in a large city. Compared to other houses we looked at the value was okay. You are very close walking distance to shops, the beach and many restaurants as well as the market.

Fue una buena estancia desde el primer momento el anfitrión estuvo atento y receptivo a nuestra llegada ; la casa es fiel a las fotografías , el lugar es muy ameno y agradable , ubicado en una zona tranquila ideal para descansar y lo suficientemente cerca ( una caminata de 10 minutos) del centro de la ciudad y de todo el entretenimiento.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at this condo in the gated community of Punta Mita. The condo is as pictured and beautifully decorated. There is a huge outdoor patio with different seating areas. The two main bedrooms are very spacious and the small bunk room is suitable for a small child. The daily breakfast was delicious and such as nice treat. This condo is located close to town and central to many of the beach clubs, walking/biking path etc. which made it easy to get around by bike or golf cart. The condo building itself was a bit noisy given it was spring break so many families and kids/teens around but this made it fun for our kids also. This unit does not face the pool, rather it faces the road which can be a bit noisy especially in the mornings with the various delivery and 'work' trucks. Our Concierge was very responsive and helpful and would get back to me within minutes to help out. Highly recommend Vallarta Rentals.

Excelente, me encantó, en medio de la un de un gran área verde, muy cerca de la playa, el club, padrísimo. Lugar tranquilo, silencioso. Espacioso y de buen gusto. Los anfitriones siempre al pendiente y la llegada super fácil y muy clara.

Es un departamento muy amplio, cómodo y bastante equipado! El lugar es muy bonito lleno de naturaleza Excelente para unas vacaciones tranquilas en familia

Beautiful condo! The deck is fantastic and spacious with a great plunge pool. Sunrise every morning was a beautiful surprise which we enjoyed every morning! La Cruz is a wonderful Mexican town with the best fresh fish markets! Would love to stay here again!

El departamento de Anita está genial, las fotos no le hacen justicia, el fraccionamiento donde se encuentra es seguro y privado además la alberca está increíble, Anita es muy amable y siempre estuvo al pendiente durante nuestra estancia, sin duda regresaré . Llevar auto es recomendable para conocer los alrededores.

Excelente lugar, ya es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este lugar , todo en orden todo perfecto, gracias ☺️

Johno and Ken’s condo is wonderful! It is well furnished, comfortable beds, hot showers and great views. The location cannot be beat! It would be hard to find a location that is minutes to town but on the beach. The condo building is secure and has a beautiful heated pool and hot tub. They are huge! We have stayed at a lot of AirBNB’s and this one is defiantly top’s. We hope to stay here again in the near future.

This Condo was PERFECT. The view was GREAT. Ulises is a great host. The Condo is more beautiful then the pictures.
