A mi familia y a mí nos encantó la estancia, una zona muy tranquila y privada! Las fotos coinciden con los espacios, todo muy limpio y ordenado, la alberca fue nuestra parte favorita, sin duda alguna regresaríamos!!

Great place to stay. Very accessible to local grocery stores, great central location and reasonable pricing. Overall highly recommended.

We loved the place. Stayed for a week in Corral for some good surfing. Quick walk to the beach. Host is very friendly and helpful. Alejandro is available any time. We like the more original vacation style over the all-inclusive places in the area. This accommodation is perfect for that. Plenty of small street vendors for some great Tacos and other great food are within couple of steps. Highly recommend this place.

Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

We had a wonderful stay at David and Claus's place! The home was beautiful, with plenty of common areas to spread out, well-stocked with amenities, comfortable bedrooms, and well-located near lots of delicious restaurants. The hosts were very quick to respond to any question or inquiry and let us store our luggage after checkout. One thing to note for people hoping to work remotely: The internet is very fast and can support multiple video calls, but it works best close to the router. Thank you for hosting us!

This was an amazing rental property and location. It was all that we had hoped for and more, from the spectacular view, the spacious and full kitchen, the deck and infinity pool to the comfortable bed. Sleeping with the windows open and the ocean breezes and crashing of the waves was sublime! The attendant - Estela - was also very responsive (and sweet) before and during our stay if there were questions about transportation from the airport, or anything to do with the rental or restaurant recommendations. A couple pro tips: bring strong mosquito repellent for those nights that are temperate enough to sleep with the windows open. Also earplugs in case the ocean waves crashing keeps you awake. There can also be construction nearby in the morning hours but it didn't seem like anything got loud until after 9am. Overall A+. Sayulita was one of our very best vacations and this rental helped make it so. Highly recommended!

We came for a wedding at Sauza and the property was right across the street. It's also close to the plaza and the heart of Tequila. Great location!

This was a beautiful villa. The owners were such beautiful people. We called it our little oasis, inPuerto Vallarta all the people that were in the area were extremely friendly. I would come back here every year. Absolutely beautiful vacation very clean and extremely quiet Lupita Rafa sister was just a sweetheart

This place was great! Very walkable to beaches and restaurants. The hosts were extremely helpful in making the most of our stay. We loved the pool. The house was charming and we'd love to stay again.

This is a great place. It was perfect for a girls' trip, but would also work well for couples or families. Javier and his team were very warm, welcoming, and helpful. I hope to come back here! Thank you!

Oscar’s place at Punta Pelicanos is beautiful. It’s in a wonderful location and has plenty of room for a large group. We took our kids and grandkids and everyone had space to be comfortable as well as spread out. We’ve been to Punta Pelicanos 3 times…not all three in Oscars place, but his was our nicest stay by far! Love the area, walkability, pool and beach access and weather, of course! ☀️

The staff was very helpful and the location was peaceful. The gated community felt secure. I highly recommend the chef service, the shopping service, and the massage service. The Chefs favorite molcajetes were awesome. Overall it was a great but it was pricey. Only things to note: hot water can take 5-10 minutes, the igniter on the outdoor grill doesn’t work so you have to remove the grate and light it with fire from the kitchen stove, there is one room not really part of the house (could use an extra blanket and a fitted sheet).

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect — about a 10-minute walk from town (or 20 minutes with four kids under 4). Being right on the beach made for stunning sunsets, and the kids had a blast playing in the sand. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the view. The ocean was too rough for swimming except for 2/7 days, but the pool was a lifesaver — a great spot to cool off and hang out. The yard was also large and perfect for the kids to run around and burn off energy. One small downside was that we had to arrange cleaning from a third party. Not a huge deal, but with four adults and four little ones, a refresh every few days was needed to keep things tidy. The house is a bit dated, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway that’s close to town but still peaceful and private.

Aseem is unbelievably responsive. We had a few small issues that needed addressed (normal when you have a house) and he responded almost immediately. Place is spotless. Pool is great. Easy to host given proximity to Costco. Only thing I would say is if you want a true walkable location to all the typical downtown stuff, you are a little distance away. Highly recommend.

The setting here is stunning and exactly as pictured. Wonderful open space that flows from the patio inside to the great room. Rooms were very comfortable and we all slept well. Our private pool was nice to have at the unit and the other pools were fun to discover with each being very beautiful. The full complex property is well maintained. The restaurant next door made our short stay so easy and fun. Thank you!

El alojamiento es tal cual se muestra en las fotografías. El lugar es muy tranquilo y se disfruta muchísimo con las vistas que tiene. Como recomendación es llevar el mercado bien hecho en caso de cocinar ahí porque no hay una tienda cerca. Y llevar dinero en efectivo porque en la mayor parte del pueblo no aceptan tarjeta. Sin embargo el alojamiento te ofrece amenidades con costo extra en caso de necesitarlas. Nuestra estancia fue corta pero muy cómoda y placentera. Los detalles decorativos lo son todo. Nos encantó esta joya entre el bosque. Volveremos pronto.

Un lugar un muy bonito, rural, rústico, te sientes en un lugar muy acogedor, la atención muy buena, te procuran en todo momento, se preocupan por tus necesidades y te ofrecen toda ayuda que pueden. Son muy gentiles y solidarios. Un muy buen lugar para hospedarse, ya sea en la cabañas o en el “Hotel Principal” que es de los mismo dueños, muy bonito y acogedor, cuentan con un museo y te explican la historia de la comunidad. Una atención inigualable
