Jessica's communication was great. She was helpful with anything I needed. Check in was a breeze. Room was basic, but affordable. I pretty much just slept while I was there, but people seemed to be having a fun time in the back where the restaurant and bar were, but it didn't affect my sleeping.

Excellent location a few blocks from the Malecón but far enough from the night clubs to be quiet and peaceful. Clean spacious room with a good shower. Air conditioning worked. The pool area was nice, but don’t expect a view. Note that there is no mini-fridge in the rooms. Good value because of the location.

¡Excelente lugar para descansar en Santa María del oro! Muy accesible, cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario, cerca de la laguna, restaurantes, cama perfecta para descansar, todo muy limpio y las personas super amables. Les agradecemos mucho y claro que volveremos.

This was a lovely place to stay, very close to the ocean and to the center of town. The rooftop pool and hammocks were perfect! My partner and I both had to work while we were here but the WiFi worked pretty well (although it was better from the rooftop than our room which worked perfectly for us). Overall amazing place to stay and our host was very responsive with recommendations, ect.

Bill & April's home is a dream! I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a quiet vacation away from resorts, has all the amenities as big hotels, but more personal. Bill welcomed us at the airport and took the three of us to their home which is in a lovely neighborhood just above PVR. Their home is gorgeous! April welcomed us at the door to give us a tour. I fell in love with their backyard which has a nice size pool, plenty of lounge chairs and the most incredible porch/deck for cooking and to relax. Their home is on the canal, so there was plenty of wildlife to entertain our son for hours. As many of the other reviews have mentioned, both April and Bill go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They love what they do and it shows. We will forever have fond memories of our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future!

This is a wonderful little hotel in the heart of San Blas. When we went (Feb 2025) it was very clean and quiet. The rooms are very spacious with incredible bathrooms - the best shower I’ve ever seen! The owner is very friendly and was helpful with an early check in for us. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. It has a private feel and is walkable to everything you’d want to see in San Blas.

Estuvimos en la habitación “plata” que queda arriba en la esquina de la casa y como con un balcón privado para nosotros con su mesa y sillas. Solo pasamos una noche y nos encantó, después del ruido y caos de Puerto Vallarta, la casa de Elena es especial y se ve que ha puesto mucho cariño en todo. La cama súper cómoda con sábanas y toallas semi-nuevas y de buena calidad al igual que el champú y crema de cuerpo. Especial mención los sonidos de la selva para dormír, para nada necesitamos tapones, por que los ruidos de la naturaleza son especiales para entrar en el mejor sueño. Nos dejaron llegar pronto, y pudimos disfrutar de la paz y tranquilidad y de su hermosa piscina. La cocina era impresionante, con todos los robots de cocina que te imaginas, una pena que solo tuviéramos una noche en la casa de Elena. Se me olvidaba, que nos perdimos un poco y ya estaban fuera esperándonos y buscándonos, muchas gracias por cuidarnos tan bien!!

We loved our stay at this adorable boutique hotel and will definitely stay here again, as well as recommend it to friends. We especially loved the bathroom with the open-air shower and the stunning courtyard. You would never expect what’s behind the front doors of the front door- super cool place.

We absolutely loved our stay at agua de Luna! The staff were all so wonderful and the space is beautiful. It felt like a little escape to paradise. I woke up with a terrible headache one morning and the woman at the front desk was kind enough to bring Advil and water up to my room. They go above and beyond! Having an atm on site and a great breakfast spot just downstairs is also such a nice extra perk! Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Great place - building very well maintained with friendly and helpful staff. Great location close enough to walk to downtown and beach. Rooftop pool is excellent. As others have said - if you are at the front of the building you will hear the traffic - not a problem for me - earplugs and I'm good!

This was our first time to Puerto Vallarta and our favorite trip to Mexico so far. Teresa’s Grand Venetian ABB was just as described a good value. With a comfortable bed and good AC. The washer and dryer are very convenient. We enjoyed the property with easy access to the beach and pools. Great security, you always feel safe. Taxi and Uber respond quickly when you want to go across town. Banks, shops and restaurants are easy to get to. The caretaker picked us up at the airport, checked us in. Getting from the airport and checking in could not have been easier.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The drinks and food were great. Only thing I’d mention are there is no shower soap or face cloths and the dogs next door were very loud through the early morning. All in all was an awesome experience!

Absolutely beautiful place. Our room was fantastic and we were right beside the communal kitchen which we used a bit. I love the beautiful courtyard, pool, fountains and artwork. The peacock wall was gorgeous as was the brick and stucco work. There was always some background music on that was very tasteful. Between the A/C and overhead fans it was easy and quick to cool the room down. Close proximity to a fresh market and numerous restaurants as well as several taco stands. Very close to the main road and the bus stop. 10 minute walk to Walmart and 15 minute Chedreuis and 17 minute walk to the public beach. Absolutely loved the place.

What an amazing place to stay in Sayulita! The location was very quiet and only about a 10 minute walk from the heart of the town. The place was clean and is clearly well taken care of. The suite was private, gated and the pool was beautiful. Suzanne was very responsive and friendly to deal with! Would highly recommend!!

Liz fue muy amable, llegamos de noche y nos recibió sin problemas. La casa estaba muy linda, muy limpia con aire acondicionado y el baño muy completo tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.
