Belle maison de ville très confortable pour un long séjour. Secteur et rue paisible/calme. Près de la plage ( 900 mètres) et du centre de Bucérias (restos et bars). Tout peut se faire à pied ou en autobus /taxi. La 200 se trouve à 300 mètres pour la prise d'autobus afin de visiter d'autres régions avoisinantes de Bucérias. Cuisine confortable pour 2 afin de cuisiner. Toutefois il manque 1 bon couteau et quelques plats Tupperware et/ ou Ziploc pour les restes lorsque séjour à long terme. Séjour très apprécié et Diane a tout prévu pour le rendre très agréable et confortable. Merci !

Sin duda volvería a quedarme con Ivette, adicional su atención fue increíble, siempre pendiente de nuestra llegada y salida, de darnos recomendaciones, ayudarnos a cada momento, fue una experiencia muy agradable! This is an absolutely beautiful spot in a charming location. Multiple levels make you feel like you’re in a castle above the trees. The sound of the river across the street is very peaceful, and you are just a short walking distance from the town. Situated in a little neighborhood, you don’t feel like you are in a resort area. The house itself is stunning and romantic. Highly recommend!!

Terrie is a great host. She's very responsive, helpful and cares about her guests experiences being positive. The house is clean, having all the amenities one would need and it feels like a home rather than something just pieced together to make some quick rental income. There is a property management company on site and available in this safe, gated housing complex. You are only a 10 min walk to the beach, with access to pretty much anything you'd need for an enjoyable vacation. I would certainly without hesitation, rent with Terrie again!

El anfitrión es una maravilla de persona. Sin duda alguna un lugar nuevo para explorar y no quedarte con lo mismo de siempre, totalmente recomendado todo queda cerca y sobre todo que el lugar es Super seguro y tranquilo. Tiene una terraza súper agusto y limpia y está a unos pasos de la gasolinería. Gracias volveré sin duda

Excelente lugar. Lo máximo esa ubicación, está frente a la playa en una playa muy bonita y a pocas cuadras del centro. Es el lugar ideal para parar. La casa estaba provista de muchas cosas que pudieran necesitarse. La anfitriona respondió siempre. Volvería seguro!!! El lugar es rústico y bello lo único es que las habitaciones son abiertas nosotros no teníamos problemas pero es importante recordarlo aunque está claro en la descripción. Fantástica estadía!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay here! The three bedrooms and three bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space and made the home feel comfortable and relaxed. The open layout on the main floor made it easy to keep an eye on our child while cooking, and we appreciated having access to the backyard and laundry area. We loved spending time at the pool and playground, and the location made it a quick drive to great restaurants and the beach. Victor was responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything—thank you!

This is a lovely home on the El Tigre golf course that has option for Club membership via Playa Royal for beach and sports access on stays of 14 days or longer. There is a shuttle from the golf club (closest) but with small kids we rented a golf cart that made transportation easy and flexible. There were three bikes which we used every day to ride to the club and beach. The casa is modern and well appointed with a small private pools but there is another large pool 50 m away and adjacent to that a shallow splash pool that the little kids really enjoyed. The staff on the property (security) and those at Playa Royal were top class. The food and service at the beach club was excellent. The owners communicated promptly and were kind enough to let us stay a few hours past normal checkout time before our flight. Paty, who cleaned the casa on our arrival and once more during our stay was lovely and very helpful. I highly recommend this home.

Our stay at Adriana's place was positive overall. Hector, the co-host was very responsive, promptly providing missing items during our check-in with Esther's assistance. The town home comfortably accommodated our group of 5 people and offered great amenities including air conditioning on each room and a swimming pool. The location has pros and cons. While conveniently close to the airport, there is a challenging intersection nearby that lacks proper lighting and traffic signs. We also experienced persistent sewage odors from the street, particularly at night, though this was beyond the host's control. Also, the gates to park our car were a little tricky to open. On the positive side, the area felt secure with good security measures in place. I would recommend this property for its responsive host, comfortable space, and airport proximity. Future guests should consider the street odor issue in their planning.

Hola! Está Esta es una buena lugar, hay que tomar en cuenta que son departamentos pequeños y muchos, así que si viajas en temporada alta tomar en cuenta que hay muchas personas en la alberca y poca privacidad, pero queda cerca de playa y en general cumple alberca pie con la descripción

The place is exactly how it is described in listing. Toño (in-charge) is awesome and very responsive. He helped alot irrespective of the time. We would really go visit the place again

We were happy about the place. It was clean and close to the ocean. Had some great amenities. Wish we understood Spanish a little more but that’s an us problem. I never received check out instructions so we just cleaned up the best that we could. We had a very relaxing week. Thank you.

This condo was perfect for our family. Great pool, great location and within walking distance to many restaurants and to the beach.

La casa es súper cómoda, tiene todo lo que ocupas para una estancia feliz, aire acondicionado excelente,camas colchones muy bie, ventiladores ok, tiene lavadora 100, cocina, la alberca increíble. la seguridad muy bien, yo califico con un 100 porciento la estancia, lo q si queda a 30 minutos es el malecón ya que por lo regular hay tráfico. Si llevas auto sin problema. Mi familia estuvo feliz

Samantha, l’administratrice de la villa, as su répondre rapidement à toutes nos demandes et questionnements. Elle est une personne très joviale et avenante. L’accès à la plage seulement à 10 minutes à pied de la villa à été apprécié, toutefois, les commodités (restaurant, piscine, bar) ne l’était pas dû à la reconstruction de l’espace. Les lits étaient très confortables et les airs climatisées dans toutes les pièces fonctionnaient très bien. Certains ustensiles et chaudrons mériteraient d’être changées. Très beau séjour!

La casa está muy espaciosa y agradable. Todo estaba ordenado, cuenta casi con todo lo necesario para cocinar. La sala y la cocina son perfectas para promover la convivencia y pasar un buen rato en familia. El fraccionamiento es muy tranquilo y la alberca estaba a una excelente temperatura. Aunque es compartida, prácticamente nos tocó que estaba prácticamente sola. La ubicación está genial, ya que está a unos minutos de la playa. También hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas cercanas. Devyn siempre fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de mi estancia. Sin duda volvería con mi familia a pasar unas vacaciones de descanso!

Una casa muy comoda y bonita para descansar con todo lo necesario para la estancia, de echo nos prestaron silla y sombrillas para la playa, esta muy bien equipada te deja un plus que te apoya a disfrutar mi estadia, unos dias nos roco nublado y la señora luego luego se comunico para decirme como poner el boiler y no nos tocara agua fria se agradece su atencion
