We enjoyed our weeklong stay at Stefanie's place. It was spacious for 5 of us, clean and quiet. Having a separate bathroom for each family was a huge plus. Location is hard to beat, within two minute walk to the lovely beach with white sand and plenty of loungers. The place was clean and had all necessary supplies plus extra (beach towels, chairs, snorkels, insect repellent, etc.). The beds were comfy. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, just like the photo. Stefanie was easy to communicate with, she responded within half an hour to all our questions and provided clear instructions.

We would definitely stay here again! The apartment was great and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus at the end of a beach day, as was the convenience of having a washer and dryer for wet towels. Also loved that two comfy bathrobes were included. It is such an amazing location with everything walkable within a few blocks. We rented a car but would have been totally fine without one. It is actually easier to take the taxis to the beach vs parking. We loved the convenience of having a place right in Cruz Bay and took advantage of all the incredible bars, restaurants and happy hours galore! St. John is such a fun island and Stacey’s place was just perfect.

Teresa is a wonderful and extraordinarily helpful owner. She reached out to me soon after my booking and assisted me to find additional units for our large family for the same week in her resort. Having returned from the vacation in St Thomas, all I can say is that her lovely unit and the resort within it is located far exceeded my expectations in every way. It is fabulous. The sleeping capacity was about 6 and included 3 bathrooms. The unit is very spacious and the view from the 2 terraces is gorgeous, overlooking the property to the water. Teresa's suggestions for restaurants near by, activities to engage in etc were so very helpful to a group which had never been to the island before. All the adults in our group said, "we cannot wait to go back!" Thank you Teresa.

The condo was beautiful and comfortable...more roomy than expected! The furniture was very comfortable. The view from the porch is unbelievable. We had a few glitches with AC and fans but our host was EXTREMELY responsive and issues were resolved same day. The development is a little confusing (winding roads); I would suggest arriving when it is still light out! Our host provided pictures of the outside unit that helped us know where to park and enter the unit. Pool is further than anticipated. Overall, we had a lovely time

We rented two units of her’s that were next to each other. She had the porch door that connected the two balconies opened so we could easily access each other. Her place was great, with beautiful views and she had a book full of suggestions and instructions. It was a wonderful trip!

I'm an old engineer who worked on ships for many years, mostly research vessels, I live in Kansas now, and miss the sound of the ocean. Problem solved being close to the shore in Red Hook harbor. The bed was fantastic. Peter, the contact I had at the condo office was invaluable. We even had a flat tire as we were set to leave for St. John's on Sunday morning and I walked over to see if he was around, it was Sunday after all, luckily he was. He repaired the flat and we were on the road within a half hour. This was above and beyond normal operation. The various sail boats, catamarans and other vessels coming in and out of the harbor meant there was never a dull moment. We had a great time.

We loved our stay at Justin's condo. It was beautiful and clean and was the perfect size for us. The views were outstanding. Justin was very easy to communicate with and responded to questions very quickly! We will be back! Thanks so much, Justin!

Look no further than Paradise Palms...you just cannot beat this property. From the view - OMG the view!! - to the comfort, it really felt like a home away from home...just in paradise. Rent your jeep, stop at the the Market for groceries and your set for the perfect getaway. The community is quiet and tucked away, but not far from anything. Nothing on St. Thomas is far from anything. Paradise Palms ticked every mark on our list. Stocked with toiletries, kitchen goodies, a grill and a patio you'll never want to leave. Mark quickly responded to all of my questions as did their property manager, Cathy. The way both condos were situated next to each other gave us plenty of room to spread apart and plenty of room to hang out together. The condos are completely separate, with separate entrances, but right next to each other. We will definitely be back on St. Thomas one day, and this will be the first place we look to stay.

We loved the apartment. It truly exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s well furnished with very attractive furniture that is actually comfortable!!!! There are many beautiful places out there but some of them have no where really comfortable to sit! Jon’s place is comfortable in every aspect. And the beach chairs, coolers and umbrella are a big plus. We never thought of turning on the TV because the view was so amazing. It is also well supplied with books and games. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped of all the places we have stayed. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was more than adequate. The fans throughout and the air conditioner in the dining room kept the whole apartment very cool and we wound up turning them down for the night and off in the morning. You can very easily walk to Long Bay or Smugglers beach though Smugglers is a longer walk. The pool is lovely as well. We will return! And Jon was a very pleasant host.

We had a wonderful stay here. Two good sized bedrooms with their own privacy and bathrooms. The condo is clean, spacious, and has everything we needed for beach, pool, cooking, parking, etc. Rosie was super sweet and I couldn’t recommend her place enough. We will definitely stay here again!

Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

The condo is super private and in a beautiful location. Walkable to Sapphire Beach. You'll have Pangea and Sea Salt restaurants also walkable and Beach Buzz coffee shop as well as the snack bar at Sapphire. All of this is walkable. The condo is big enough for 3 people max I'd say. Chris is a great host. Friendly and responsive.

great location. loved the gated community. was clean and beautiful with excellent view. nice easy check in process. very spacious and clean rooms. had a library of books about local area. landscaping was beautiful. the community pool and pool table were great. wish we could have used the pool table in commons area before noon or after 9:00pm some days. originally thought we wanted to stay in Coral Bay area away from the crowds, but after driving all over the island we were glad we didn't because that whole coral Bay area smelled like sulfur. we cooked the majority of our meals. the place was well stocked with spices. the cook top was a bit hard to figure put for us since we have a gas stove at home. if you like infrared cook tops, then you are set. the y had a dishwasher and good fridge and nice microwave. pots were good but pans could be better. had one stainless steel pan that was not non stick. the only nonstick pan was warped because someone probably left it heated on stove without food and then put cold water on it in the sink while hot. Knives were okay. plenty of counter space. dining table was really neat. bathrooms were super sweet all 3 with awesome showers. washer and dryer was wonderful. ac worked well. TV options were great. veranda was awesome for morning breakfast and evening sunset meals. BBQ grill is a nice weber with clean grates and full propane tank but had to use a match to light one side. grilled a couple meals. although this was higher price range than I would have liked, it was overall a phenomenal place to stay. if in your budget, I wouldn't think twice. you will be happy with this booking.

My wife and I had a great stay. The unit was large and very well appointed with great amenities! We had everything we needed. The well-equipped kitchen made it difficult to go out, to the two nice restaurants on the property. The only thing between the beach and the condo is beautiful pool area. We loved the beach, which is private, quiet, with great swimming and snorkeling. We visited some of the well-known beaches in the area but enjoyed the private beach just as well! There towels were plentiful and nice and fresh, and there was very nice snorkeling gear provided. The unit was squeaky clean, which we really appreciated.

Staying at Kim’s place was excellent. It was exactly as described. She was very responsive, polite, and informative, and what I loved the most, we had plenty of shower towels and beach towels! This is a must rent place!

My family of 4 stayed at Jazmin’s sapphire beach condo over Feb school break. It’s our second time staying in these condos as the location can’t be beat! Being so close to the beach, pool and Sapphire restaurants, it is an easy way to spend the day right there. Redhook is only a few minutes drive for access to many more amenities and the ferry. The condo is very nice, clean, comfortable and well stocked with linens, towels and beach items for the kids. Host was fast at answering my questions too. It was everything we could have asked for!

Such a cute studio styled air b&b right next to the margaritaville resort. Felt very safe walking around the village into the restaurant right around. Owners left a binder with helpful recommendations and details as we stayed. Definitely recommend. My mother and I such a lovely time here.

great view with a mostly peaceful surrounding, great for a 2 couple retreat the bed rooms are far apart so you can have some privacy if traveling with friends or family.

Seas the Moment condo was perfect size for our family. The three baths were all updated with new and fresh showers. The kitchen also updated, was very nice and modern. The condo grounds were well kept, but noisy at times with contractors and lawn care, sometimes as early as 8am. Not that early, but sometimes you like to sleep in on vacation. The pool and beach are within walking and very nice. Ideally we would have like the food and drink options onsite to be a little better, but I realize it was not a resort. The pool bar felt like it was never open, with limited hours. All in all the condo worked out great and the updates were well done.

It was so awesome Shannon is so easy to work with and the view was so beautiful and we could have just stayed in our apt the whole time it was incredible! Definitely recommend!

We loved staying at Matts place. It was beautiful scenery. He provided extra chairs, towels, an umbrella and a cooler which came in handy! Anytime I had to communicate with Matt he was quick to respond. Definitely would stay again at property or even at one of his other ones.
