Really enjoyed our stay at Scott’s place. He was very helpful and even called prior to our check in to make everything easy on us. The Airbnb was very clean, spacious, had a gorgeous balcony overlooking the pool and even has a view of the ocean from the condo. We will definitely be booking with him again in the future!

We really enjoyed our studio. Guest services were very helpful. Free shuttles to beaches and grocery store. We were less than impressed with the Margaritaville restaurant on site, slow service. We made it work. Will definitely be back.

Host: Scott and team were great - timely and accurate communication, and willing to be flexible where possible Property: the units ar Margaritaville are great esp for an extended stay. The location is also good for proximity to a great beach and the Red Hook area for restaurants etc. Staff also very good. My only issue/warning to others is access to the shuttles needed to acces the units on the hillside was not as convenient as t should be - stopped running to early and sometimes very long waits Would definitely go back now that I know what to expect but definitely something to consider

Scott was amazing to work with. Check in/out was very easy and staff was very friendly and informative. Our room was spotless and came with all the amenities as described and we had amazing views overlooking the bay. This was a beautiful private resort with well-manicured grounds. The ocean was unfortunately filled with seaweed during our stay, but the pools were a great substitution. Good food options at the restaurant and the marketplace. We even participated in a couple of the many activities that the resort offers. We will definitely book with Scott again!

Good location, good price. Margaritaville is a pleasant place.

The limestone resort is a beautiful private resort on the island. We thoroughly enjoyed having this place as a home base, with quick drives to Charlotte Amelia, to the north side beaches, and to red hook for food. The pool is enjoyable and there was even a live band playing one afternoon. The beach here is not the best beach to swim/snorkel here, but definitely still great to lounge and soak up the sun.

It was great. Scott kept us informed and was very communicative. We would definitely go back. Great value for the price!

Wonderful place to stay and relax and reach multiple fun activities and restaurants within 15 minutes.

We'll be going back! Great accommodations. Perfectly suited kitchen for breakfasts and lunches, if you go grocery shopping. Small details included, like fresh salt&pepper shakers, paper towels, dish towels and dishwasher detergent. Our room was in Bldg 14 which could not have been more convenient, easy walk to the hillside pool. Pool was often nearly full but never felt crowded (no need to reserve chairs when the pool opened in the morning). Fabulous view. Frozen concoction machine was a hoot, plus it worked great. We purchased daiquiri fixings at the grocery store and made some every day. The pool bartender was cool (no glass, though). Free parking for the rental car. And I could always find a parking spot. Lots of storge space, drawers to unpack the luggage into. Comfortable bed. Extra pillows and towels. Very nice shower. Wish I had one like it in my home. No bugs on campus. Very clean. The building has a free washer and a dryer on 3rd and 4th floors. Detergent provided in room.

We found our place very clean and it was stocked with items that we needed. We liked that we could walk easily to Coki beach or catch a shuttle. The golf carts were fantastic, as walking up and down those stairs can get a bit tiring. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and fun.

Affordable and reasonable prices for great accommodations

Scott is a great host and was very accommodating for my friends and me. Would totally recommend booking with him! The resort is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly.

This is a great location. The studio room is clean, modern and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Scott was a great host! He communicated great with us to help us prepare for everything we needed. He even helped upgrade our room which was spectacular! My only negative about Margaritaville was the service at the restaurant. We will eat elsewhere if we ever return. The resort itself was very beautiful though! We enjoyed walking to Coki beach and went to St. John which is a MUST. Bring plenty of cash for taxis if you’re not renting a car. Thanks again Scott for everything!
