Το κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετικό από κάθε άποψη! Η ιδιοκτήτρια η κα Αναστασία μας υποδέχθηκε με μεγάλη ευγένεια και μας διευκόλυνε καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Το κατάλυμα ήταν ποιοτικά εξαιρετικό από κάθε άποψη, σε ήσυχη γειτονιά έχοντας άμεση πρόσβαση στο κέντρο και στην παραλία της Χαλκίδας.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway close to Athens. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed. The host went above and beyond, welcoming me with a delicious cake and a bottle of wine. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Will visit again!

A wonderful house, I planned it as a winter holiday. I was very impressed by the fireplace and the wonderful view. Everything in the house was very clean and new. It offers a warm atmosphere with its modern style. You feel like you are at home. I recommend it to everyone who plans to come. There is a wonderful host. Enjoy the big garden and the sea view. It will remain in my life as a beautiful memory and I will come again. 💐

Η δεύτερη επίσκεψη μας στο sunny house μας άφησε τις ίδιες υπέροχες εντυπώσεις. Είναι βέβαιο ότι θα ξαναπάμε με την πρώτη ευκαιρία. Η Ζωή και ο Κυριακος εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες , ευγενικοί και φιλικοί ,όπως πάντα . Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την θερμή υποδοχή στον πανέμορφο χώρο σας.

We had an excellent vacation and we highly recommend! A stunning house in a secluded and private area, a few minutes' drive from the nearby town, Amarinthos. Very suitable for those looking for peace and natural scenery and an excellent starting point for trips in Evia. Please note that a car is required. The house is equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. Maybe could be renewed a bit. Josh was very communicative and helped with anything needed. We would love to return there for more vacations in the future!

We stayed in this home for a week and didn’t want to leave! The views are stunning, the pool was amazing (and very clean), and it was a quick 20 minute drive to Chalkida for groceries/dining. David met us for check in and was friendly and informative. His father stopped by a few days into our visit to drop off groceries (they supply basic breakfast items for the whole week!), and he brought us a huge box of Greek pastries as well. So thoughtful and delicious! The cleaning lady also came midweek and changed all the sheets & towels, as well as cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. Loukissia itself is a small, rural village with basically no commercial businesses (we saw two restaurants), so if driving a bit to get to these conveniences is not your style, you may want to look at more populated areas. For us, the privacy and peaceful setting was excellent. We rented a car from the airport and really enjoyed exploring the area. Thank you for a wonderful week in your home!

Magical place, beautiful view, quiet and private. The Villa is designed perfectly, the rooms are clean and the living room is wide and with an open view to the forset/see/mountains/sky. All together in one view :) The pool is amazing and also the garden around it. Simply perfect. Sofia and Kostas were very kind and responsive. We simply loved every minute in the Villa and we already booked our next vacation there.

όλα ήταν τέλεια ! το σπίτι όπως στις φωτογραφίες. πολύ ζεστό με τη ξυλόσομπα αλλά και τα air-condition κάνανε δουλειά στον πάνω όροφο. ευχαριστούμε για το νόστιμο πρωινό που μας είχε προμηθεύσει η Παναγιώτα!

Πολυ ωραιος χωρος. Πεντακάθαρος με παρα πολλες παροχές. Η οικοδέσποινα ποκυ ευγενική και εξυπηρετική. Κοντα στο κέντρο της Χαλκίδας αλομα και με τα πόδια. Πολυ ησυχη γειτονία. Θα το επιλεξω ξανα!!!

I had a nice stay at the apartment. It is very quiet there, so perfect to relax and escape for a while. Apartment with a lot of care for little details. Did not miss anything in particular. Just a msall problems with the Wifi that kept reconnecting. Besides that the host was always quick to respond and helpful, no matter if you had a question about the apartment or the surrounding area. Can only recommend, especially at a very affordable price. Thanks!

We spent about 3 weeks in the beautiful apartment. We felt very comfortable, it was very clean and new. It was the perfect starting point for us to explore the area. Starting the day with a coffee on the sun terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea describes the feel-good atmosphere in the apartment well. Our host Christos gave us extensive tips for restaurants and excursions and the interaction was very polite, almost familial. Shopping facilities and everything you need for daily life could be reached on foot. In summary, it was simply a great place to spend your vacation.

Αξιόλογο παραθαλάσσιο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις στην Χαλκίδα με πλήρη πρόσβαση με τα πόδια σε οργανωμένη παραλία.μπαρ.καφετεριες.ψαροταβερνες .Σε ευχαριστώ Ιωάννη θα ξαναεπισκεφτω το καταλλημα σου . Όλα ήταν άψογα!!!
