Nea Kallikratia Beach : locations de vacances avec cheminée

We had a great vacation here. The only thing that wasn't so great was the internet connection. Also on the last night of our stay there were some problems with the electricity due to the storm and rain. Everything else was just fine.

We were 3 families, we had a fantastic time. There wasn't a thing we missed, everything was perfect.

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

Recomand cu mara încredere pe Yannis, care a făcut să ne simțim foarte bine. Am inchiriat o casa potrivită pentru două familii cu copii mari. Locația arata ca in descriere, casa este dotată cu tot ce-i precizat si pe site, in plus gazda ne-a oferit numeroase informații despre plaje, magazine, locuri unde putem servi masa, atractii turistice , etc. Este o zona liniștită la 5 minute de plajă. Cu adevărat Yannis este o super gazdă! Știu că abia am plecat dar suntem nerăbdători să revenim.

Totul a fost superb, casa într-o zona liniștită, cu multa verdeață, priveliște atât către mare cât și către munte,gazda foarte primitoare, sociabilă, pentru noi avantajul maxim a fost că vorbește și română pe lângă engleza. Vom reveni cu siguranță. Ne-am simțit ca acasă. Mulțumim Olga, Dimitra și Iorgos!

The house was lovely and in a great place. The owners were amazing, they met us at check in and responded to all of our queries directly, even popping over with some delicious cakes! We didn't see Nestoras and so can't comment on whether theya re a good host but would recommend the house and the owners!

What can I say, a super host. All questions answered, places to go ,things to do and see. Detailed videos of where to turn off the main road made getting there so easy. Video of where to park car and video from car park to the accommodation including access. Host was there to meet us and we had a nice chat about the area before leaving us. Was always available by phone if we needed a question answered. Location was perfect with the beach close by. I would defiantly stay here again. Ian

This flat is exceptional. It is very authentic and actually has all the traces of generations that occupied this flat, so you're witnessing history. We stayed as two couples. Having two bathrooms was made our lifes easier. The location is excellent. In the middle of night life, very close to Tsimiski Street, everywhere is walking distance including the new Agias Sofias metro station. That said, it is very quiet without much noise from outside. Stella helped us to check-in, made great suggestions. She was very responsive and friendly. Perfect host! Everything is tidy and clean. Although we didn't have any issues, be aware that the flat is on the third floor and you need to climb 70 steps to get to the flat. The flat is very highly recommended.

It's a beautiful homey place, an older apartment with a lot of charm. A place you want to stay at for a week or so. The entry to the pri ate part of the beach close by is marvelous and all amenities are provided as described. We had a lovely stay and Dimitiris is the kindest host. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time at Metaxenia apartment. Definitely was a good value for the money we have paid for.

Cozy apartment near the sea. Everything is in walking distance like shops, restaurants, bars, beach. Although it was very quiet during the winter period, I had everything I needed in the apartment. Having heating in the apartment (which is rare in the area) made the colder winter days manageable on my work trip. Thanos was a helpful and friendly host who went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I recommend his place for every season of the year.

This was my second stay at Vasilis' place, and once again, it was an absolute delight. I spent two weeks here, and the apartment continues to impress. The decor is truly unique—refreshing and different from the standard, cookie-cutter Airbnbs you often come across. The space is thoughtfully designed with modern touches like a large TV with proper speaker system, comfy seating, a spacious shower, heating/AC, cool lighting, etc. For those needing a work-friendly environment, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen table offers plenty of room, and there are multiple outlets right on the kitchen counter. Plus, the fiber-optic internet! Parking is another bonus for me — despite the area sometimes being busy, there’s always a spot to be found if you follow the street uphill towards the school. Vasilis is an outstanding host, always attentive and accommodating. The place is truly a gem.

Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und der Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus wunderschön. Sehr zu empfehlen

The house is excellently furnished. We didn't lack anything. The host was proactive and super kind to us. The location is good, within walking distance to the beach (5-7 minutes). We felt at home. I recommend the place. It is perfect for relaxation and privacy.

We had a great stay! The house is situated in a quiet forest, surrounded by beautiful tall trees. The nearest beach was just 3 min. away by car, which was nice. In the house, there's everything you need - clean towels and sheets, fully stocked kitchen. The host was also very friendly and communication was very easy.

One of my great stays in Greece! The host was very kind and responded to all our necessities. Also helped us to accomodate. The place was really clean, the kitchen has a lot of utilities that you can use to prepare food. Also we liked a lot the barbecue area, as it has a roof, so you can do grills even if it rains outside, which it's nice. The fact that the beach was at the back of the house was also a big plus and the hosts provided us things that we can use on the beach (umbrellas etc). Also the house it's a bit private, as it doesn't have very close neighbours which is great if someones wants that. I would go there a second time, that's for sure. Totally recommend!

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Kostas Unterkunft. Die vorherigen Bewertungen beschreiben es sehr gut. Kostas und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderschön und unsere Kinder konnten toll im Garten spielen. Alles war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Definitiv über airbnb Standard. Das Haus liegt oberhalb eines kleinen und sehr schönen Dorfes. Im Dorf gibt es 2 Tavernen und 1 Café. Man benötigt ein Auto. Strände, größere Supermärkte etc. alles in ca 15 min Entfernung mit dem Auto.

Die Villa ist einfach großartig! 6 geräumige Schlafzimmer, tolle, bequeme Matratzen und genügend Badezimmer. Wir waren zu zweit und es war großartig. Die Lage ist einzigartig, denn die Villa hat ein direkten Zugang zum Meer mit eigenen Liegen und Schirme. Der Pool ist ebenfalls hervorragend, wenn man keine Lust auf das Meer hat, kann man sich im Pool entspannen. Die Villa hat wirklich genügend Plätze für größeren Gruppen. Vor dem Pool 3 größere Sitzgruppen bieten Platz und im Wohnzimmer 2 große Sitzgruppen und ein großer Tisch. Ebenfalls in der Küche. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit den modernsten Utensilien. Es fehlte an nichts. Qualität überall. Noch sehr erwähnenswert ist, dass das Haus mit ,für den griechischen Verhältnissen, schnellsten Internet ausgestattet ist und in allen Zimmern sind die Wlan Verstärker da, das heißt, man hat überall sehr guter Empfang. für uns ist es sehr wichtig gewesen, da wir nur Online arbeiten und das immer überall. Elisabeth hat sich immer sehr gekümmert, war jederzeit erreichbar. Perfekte Ansprechpartnerin. Uns gefiel alles sehr und freuen wir uns auf ein nächstes Mal.

Clean house, you have everything that you need... nice beaches reachable by car (15–45 minutes)...Stratos helped a lot with suggestions, responded very quickly to all our needs... Definitely coming back...

O locatie foarte frumoasa, o gradina superba, bine intretinuta, plina de verdeata, curata, foarte bine pozitionata, la 3 minute pe jos de mare. Gazde foarte primitoare, amabila. De mentionat: In aceeasi curte stau si gazdele, plus mai este un apartament cu 3 dormitoare cu o curte mica in cadrul ( interiorul) aceleasi locatii. Multumim pentru tot!

The house is beautiful and very clean, located in quite place. Ria is very friendly , patient and smiley. The beach is in 3 min, there are beach bars. The territory of a complex is very clean, green and well-groomed. Absolutely worth spent money 🔝
