Nea Kallikratia Beach : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

הזמנו את המקום מהרגע להרגע בגלל תקלה במקום המגורים שהזמנו מראש. קריסטין היתה זמינה וסופר אדיבה למרות התיזמון הלא מוצלח. הבית היה מוכן עבורנו כעבור זמן קצר. היינו אסירי תודה על כך. המיקום של הדירה סמוך למרכז העיירה הנהדרת אפיטוס. הבית נעים מאד והתאים למשפחה שלנו. נהנינו מאד מהשהייה בדירה. מומלץ ביותר!!!

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zwar etwas klein für drei erwachsene Personen, aber für unseren Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend. Wir hatten auch noch super schönes Wetter (Ende Oktober) und konnten jeden Morgen unser Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Meerblick genießen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber, die absolute Herzensmenschen sind. Sie haben uns mit selbstgemachten Leckereien überrascht, was unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Zudem hatte ich die Gelegenheit mein griechisch mit Angelos aufzufrischen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

We had great time at Theodoros place. House is surrounded with amazing nature, lots of Pine trees that smells wonderful. Beach is very close and probably the most beautiful one in entire Kassandra, with white sand and turquoise clean water. House is spacious, has a big garden, very clean and has everything you might need during vacation and even more.. Theodoros is very polite and friendly. All recommendations for this place.

We enjoyed our holidays on Simos place and hope that as soon as possible! October was good period to enjoy the sun, sea and also the beach which is on the Simos courtyard :). The view is magnificient!

Wir kamen erst Mitternacht bei der Unterkunft an. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und gleich noch zu einer Gartenparty eingeladen zum essen und trinken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Küche top ausgestattet. Pool sehr schön und sauber. Gibt überhaupt nichts zum kritisieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pantelis was an excellent host. He was proactive and very kind. Communication with him was super-easy and quick. His place is well-equipped and peaceful, and only a 5-minute walk away from the great beach. Definitely recommended home!

Gerçekten çok temiz ve mükemmel bir daireydi. Ev sahibi çok sıcakkanlı ve ilgili birisi. Her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Evde arayabileceğiniz her şey var. 2 televizyon, buzdolabı, çay ve kahve makinesi, tost makinesi, saç kurutma makinesi, ütü... Tüm mobilyalar yeni ve tertemiz. Yatak çok rahat. Herşey mükemmeldi. Ev sahibine çok teşekkür ederim.

This is the sort of place you just want to settle into for weeks. It is very comfortable, has a great layout, well equipped kitchen, lovely terrace and the neighborhood is extremely pleasant. We felt very at home both with the place and all the good communication with the hosts. They made it all so easy for us. If you are driving, we had a good experience with the garage that they recommend right around the corner. Also, though we went all over the city trying various restaurants with excellent ratings, some of the best meals we had were two steps away from the apartment.

This is a nice place. It’s split with the kitchen and bedroom on one side and the living room and balcony with table on the other. The space felt roomy and clean. The bed was comfortable and had nice linen. The kitchen was comfortably equipped and had a large pot and frying pan. The laundry worked fine. The bathroom and shower were on the small side. The balcony is very nice and large. The apartment is on the 7th floor and accessed via elevator. You can hear the elevator from the bedroom, but it didn’t bother us. I would not recommended staying here with children as the stairs has an open shaft in the middle and widely spaced railing. I was quite nervous entering and exiting the apartment because the stairs are very close to the door and quite steep. Other than the stairs being a bit scary this place was quite nice and we would stay here again. The area was safe and has a local feel. The restaurant directly across the street is amazing!

Mega nur zu empfehlen und super nett

A modern, stunning, and very clean apartment ...wishing i could stay here forever. The location works perfect , super close to the airport, a few minutes walking distance to Sofouli street and "Nea paralia" the waterfront of Thessaloniki. The host was friendly, attentive and always available. There is some noise from the street (earplugs will help), but that won't stop me from staying here again.

Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και με όλα τα απαραίτητα.Βρίσκεις κ εύκολα να παρκάρεις έξω από το σπίτι. Θα είναι σίγουρα στις προτιμήσεις μου σε περίπτωση που ξαναβρεθώ στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

Maria, eine sehr freundliche und kommunikative Frau,. Der Blick auf Thessaloniki war atemberaubend. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon. Ein Ratschlag, bucht rechtzeitig um diesen Palast zu bekommen. Wer Tischtennis mag würd sich freuen, es steht auch eine Platte im Raum. Wenn ich 10 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun.

A super cosy and well equipped aparment in the middle of everything. And yet, set in a very quiet place. I really liked staying at Dimitri's place. The beds were comfortable, the living room fully equipped with entertainment options, the place even had a super nice studio from where one could work! And the apartment also has a superb terrace that is fantastic for chilling after a whole day out exploring Thessaloniki. I really recommend's Dimitri's apartment, and he is a pleasure to communicate with. Always super responsive and full of suggestions to make your stay more comfortable. Great choice!

Престоят ни беше невероятен. Като започнем от мястото за настаняване, което беше безупречно чисто, отговаряше на всичките ни изисквания, до домакина, който беше винаги насреща и приветлив. Мястото за настаняване се намира в сърцето на града и е близо до магазини, ресторанти, кафенета. Определено бих посетила скоро отново това страхотно място!

The house location is ideal for exploring Thessaloniki. Additionally, it was clean and cozy. The host was eager to our answer all our questions and help with additional information. I would revisit this accommodation.

Υπέροχη διαμονή! Καθαρό και άνετο σπίτι, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και φιλικός οικοδεσπότης. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Veranda Residence was just perfect for our trip to visit family in Thessaloniki and to go sightseeing. The apartment was extremely clean, well stocked with all essentials & has a great central location. The check in was very easy as the instructions were very detailed and clear. We particularly loved the balcony space! The location was perfect, so close to everything and lots of great cafes and restaurants. Will highly recommend and I would come back again.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολύ κάλο σε καλή τοποθεσία με μόλις 10-12 χιλιόμετρα από το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης με ευκολία μετακίνησης με πολύ συχνά δρομολόγια λεωφορείων σε απόσταση μόλις 50 μέτρα έχει στάση. Επίσης και με αυτοκίνητο είναι εύκολο το να φύγει κανείς χωρίς κίνηση. Απόλυτη ησυχία και η Σίνδος έχει τα πάντα. Από καφέ εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ. Σίγουρα σε επόμενη επίσκεψη θα το κλείσω ξανά.

Die Apartment ist sehr schön, die Aussicht von der Terrasse in alle Richtungen ist unglaublich ( zu jeder Tageszeit - ob morgens beim Kaffee oder abends leckeren griechischen Wein genießen). Die Umgebung ist sehr toll!! In 100 Meter Entfernung befindet sich eine sehr schöne Promenade am Meer zum gemütlichen Wandeln. Auch das Zentrum ist über diesen Weg kurzweilig und schnell zu erreichen. Ein Highlight ist ein Start in den Tag in der kleinen aber feinen Bäckerei gegenüber. Hier gibt es nicht nur leckeren Kaffee mit den dazugehörigem Naschwerk sondern auch ein liebevolles, stets gut gelauntes Pärchen (Tasos und Georgia). Unsere Vermieter war stets hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar für kleine Hilfen im Urlaubsalltag. Das war sehr angenehm/ nichts kann gute Hilfe vor Ort ersetzen.
