Nea Mesangala : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Περάσαμε υπέροχα στο διαμέρισμα! Είναι πολύ άνετο, με όμορφη θέα, άνετο στρώμα, και διαθέτει όλες τις ευκολίες — ακόμη και τηλεόραση με Netflix, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Η πρόσβαση είναι εύκολη χάρη στο ασανσέρ, και γενικά η εμπειρία ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Υπάρχουν δύο μικρά σημεία που θα μπορούσαν να βελτιωθούν: η έλλειψη τζαμιού στο ντους (το οποίο κάνει το μπάνιο λίγο πιο βρεγμένο) και κάποιες αντιαισθητικές ταινίες στο σκαλοπάτι εντός του σπιτιού. Ωστόσο, δεν επηρέασαν σημαντικά τη διαμονή μας. Θα το πρότεινα σίγουρα σε άλλους και θα το ξαναεπισκεπτόμασταν ευχαρίστως!

Melina ist sehr freundlich, Wohnung war schön und sauber. Terrasse und Aussicht ist wunderschön. Strand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen fast vor der Tür. Viele Tavernen direkt am Meer mit leckerem griechischen Essen. Es ist sehr ruhig. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es im Ort nur einen kleinen Laden zum Einkaufen gibt, ansonsten muss man mit dem Bus zum Markt und den Geschäften fahren.

Andreas je příjemný hostitel,který se o nás zajímal i během naší cesty. Vždy hned odpovídal a vše co jsme potřebovali hned zařídil. Apartmán je čistý a vkusně zařízený, s pěkným výhledem na moře a horu Olymp.

Η διαμονή ήταν εξαιρετική! Πολύ προσεγμένα όλα, το σπίτι είχε όλα τα απαραίτητα και πολλά παραπάνω για να νιώσουμε άνετα. Ολα πολύ καθαρά. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ιδιαίτερα εξυπηρετικός και μας εξήγησε τα πάντα με λεπτομέρεια. Η τοποθεσία ήταν υπέροχη, με θέα στο βουνό. Τέλεια επιλογή για εξόρμηση στο βουνό για παρέα 4 ατόμων. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά !

Excelenta locația, plaja cu nisip la 3 min cu mașina. Am ajuns cu mult înainte de check in, gazda era în curte și ne-a deschis sa intram, atât el cât și soția lui oameni extraordinari! 🤍 Am făcut până la mașină, roata nu mai era bună, a mers cu mine să cumpăr o roata noua la vulcanizare, mulțumim din suflet pentru tot. 🙏 In descriere nu e menționat dar am avut și mașina de spălat, călcător, televizor și terasa, nu ne-a lipsit nimic, recomand cu drag aceasta loc care îți oferă liniștea de care ai nevoie pentru un concediu minunat! Mulțumim Dimitrios pentru tot ajutorul ne-am simțit că acasă!

Η διαμονή μου στο δωμάτιο της Κ.Litsa-Panos έστω και για ένα βράδυ ήταν άψογη,το δωμάτιο ήταν πλήρες,τακτοποιημένο και πολύ καθαρό και βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλη τοποθεσία με διαθέσιμο πάρκινγκ. Λίγα λόγια τώρα για την ιδιοκτήτρια και την Κ.Λίτσα.. Ηταν πολύ φιλική,εξυπηρετική και ευγενική με το που φθάσαμε στο δωμάτιο μας καλοσώρισε θερμά σαν να μας ήξερε χρόνια και μας έδωσε σαφές οδηγίες για το που μπορούμε να πάμε να βγούμε και να φάμε καθως και επίσης μας έδωσε και κάποιες προτάσεις για παραλίες..Απο την εμπειρία της διαμονής μου σας συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα την διαμονή σας στην Κ.Λίτσα θα μείνετε ικανοποιημένοι.

We absolutely loved our time in the villa - everything was exactly as described, the villa is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for families or mixed groups. We were a group of 3 young couples in our 20’s and the pool was a blast. The host was beyond helpful, we asked for maaaaaaany details and pieces of info and reccommendations and Konstantinos always responded within minutes, which was very helpful. The villa is fully equipped but of course, if you need anything else (for example we drank a lot of coffee and of course needed more), there is a large supermarket within a few minutes drive away from the villa.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool. Die Gegend ist ruhig und durch den Wald kann man es auch bei Hitze gut aushalten. Das Haus hat alles wichtige in der Ausstattung, nur ein Liegestuhl hat mir persönlich gefehlt. Die Kommunikation und Check-in war schnell und ohne Probleme. Mit Stavronikita Beach (sehr ruhig) und Chelona Beach (ruhig, aber mit Bar) haben wir für uns entspannte und kindertaugliche Strände direkt in der Nähe gefunden. Der Eingang ist allerdings überall etwas steinig. Überall kann man schnorcheln und mit den Kindern ein paar Fische beobachten. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub!

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay in Tsagkarada .Alexia’s home exceeded our expectations. The communication with Alexia was direct and informative . All the instructions and recommendations were provided before arrival regarding check in, parking and places to visit . During arrival there was a welcome treat with traditional products of Pelion, which we enjoyed a lot. The house was modern , tidy, fully equipped with comfortable beds and attentive to every detail. The best part of our stay was the stunning mountain views from the patio, where you could sit and relax for hours.The house is located next to one of the most beautiful squares of Pelion and in very close distance of Mylopotamos and Fakistra beaches. The perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. We will definitely come back one day. Thanks for everything.

Περάσαμε όμορφα. Η Φωτεινή ήταν ευγενέστατη, φιλική, φιλόξενη και ανα πάσα στιγμή παρούσα για οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια ή συμβουλή. Ολα ήταν στην εντέλεια! Το σπίτι αν και παλιό ήταν πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει ολα οσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για να κανει τις καλοκαιρινές του διακοπές. Ισως ενα πληντυριο στο μελλον να ηταν ενα συν. Η παραλία κοντά δεν ειναι πολυ καλή για μπάνιο αλλα με ενα αυτοκίνητο μπορείς να επισκεφθείς πανέμορφες παραλίες σε αλλες περιοχές της Χαλκιδικής. Μπορείς να συνδυάσεις ησυχία και ξεκούραση (καθώς το σπίτι βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη και οικογενειακή γειτονιά) με πιο κοσμοπολίτικες διακοπές σε περιοχές κοντά. Η συνεννόηση με την οικοδέσποινα ηταν άψογη καθώς απαντούσε αμεσως και υπήρξε ευέλικτη ως προς το check in και check out ώστε να μας διευκολύνει. Μπράβο!

Host gentile e simpatica, zona molto tranquilla.

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

The place is perfect, located on the top floor so you have complete privacy. At night it was extremely quiet. The back faces Olympus and the balcony faces the sea. Everything is quite new in the apartment and it has everything you need. Christos was extremely responsive and gave us great recommendations. Thanks and see you next time 🙏

It was my first time staying at an AirB&B, I didn’t know what to expect, however I was very impressed. The apartment was perfection, absolutely wonderful and it was in immaculate condition. Everything we needed was there. It is in a great location, and we were in walking distance of everything. Also, Mario is a very kind, gracious and wonderful host, and would respond to me immediately if I had a question. I highly recommend this apartment and I would most definitely stay there again!!

Η κυρία Μαρία είναι απλά υπέροχη, απαντάει σε ότι κ να την ρωτήσεις, κατατοπιστικη, σε οδηγίες κ λοιπά, με εξυπηρέτησε σε πολλά θέματα όπως άφιξη αναχώρηση, είναι φοβερή οικοδέσποινα,σπανιζουν τετοιοι ανθρωποι!!Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ωραίο βγάζει ζεστασιά σαν το σπιτι σου ,με όλα τα απαραίτητα, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι. το σπίτι είναι κοντά σε όλα,θάλασσα,κέντρο, μίνι μάρκετ από κάτω σούπερ μάρκετ πιο εκεί,όλα είναι τριγύρω σου .αξίζει να έρθετε, εμείς πάντως θα ξαναέρθουμε!!!

Wir - eine Familie mit 2 Kindern - haben die letzte Oktoberwoche dort verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sie liegt im obersten 2. Stock mit bisschen Blick aufs Meer. Morgensonne. Die Gegend ist voll mit Appartementhäusern, da ist im Sommer sicherlich viel los. Das Haus steht in zweiter Reihe und man ist sofort am Strand. Bei uns war es eher wie in einer Geisterstadt, da die Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars bereits geschlossen waren. Dafür hatten wir den Strand fast für uns alleine. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Stets zur Stelle, wenn man Fragen hatte oder etwas brauchte!

We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!

Πολύ ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα, είχε όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανεις για τη διαμονή του. Ο οικοδεσπότης φιλικός και έτοιμος να εξυπηρετήσει. Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι απο τη διαμονή.

We had a great vacation at Thomas'. His apartment was fully furnished and spacey. Mattresses were comfortable. We slept tightly and had a good rest. The AC is positioned perfectly - in the hallway so it cools each room uniformly. Also there was no strong softener odors on blankets and bed sheets which was quite a positive surprise. We found everything we needed. I want to thank Thomas and his wife for being such a good hosts. We are looking forward to meet them in some of our next journeys!

The apartment is situated in a building with a parking sport and a yard. Inside the apartment everything was wonderful - clean spacious, with lovely small details. Nikoletta has prepared some complimentary snacks and drinks for us, which was really great. To reach the beach a car is needed and same is to get to a restaurant. But there's a local market, a bakery and a pharmacy in 5mins walking distance from the apartment. Overall it was a lovely stay!
