This was by far the most beautiful place we stayed, Angelo’s and Jason were so amazing and accommodating. The most beautiful beach house we have ever booked with clear waters, squeaky clean place. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Chios, they were so helpful when coming to book a taxi and were soooo flexible on check in! The food was absolutely delicious, and their staff were so welcoming and warming. The fact that you were two steps away from the beach, had your own chairs and balcony was amazing. I cannot grasp how beautiful this stay was and recommend to everyone and anyone!

The house and garden is even more beautiful, relaxing and peaceful than the description! John and Maria have been such fantastic hosts, Maria baked us an amazing cake to welcome us, and left us a bottle of local wine which was delicious. Sotiris and John have given us lots of interesting information about things to do and see, they are perfect hosts, very responsive, they are there if you want to ask something or need something but also leave you to enjoy your holiday. There is everything we need, the bed is very comfortable, the house is like home and tasteful, Maria keeps it looking lovely and changes our sheets every week. They have made a paradise, we will come again!

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

One of if not the best Airbnbs we have stayed at. Apartment is amazing and the views are spectacular. Felt like home since the very first moment and Catalatina and Marco are wonderfull people and amazing hosts. Will come back!!!

sakin ve huzurlu bir tatil yapmak istiyorduk ki iki günlük tatilimiz boyunca bizim için oldukça keyif dolu idi. ev resimlerde görüldüğü gibiydi ve ihtiyaç duyulan her şey mevcuttu. sadece wifi konusunda teknik bir problem yaşadık ancak hızlı bir sürede çözüm sağlandı. Tuğçe hanım sorduğumuz tüm sorulara hızlı dönüş yaptı ve restoran önerisinden araç kiralamaya kadar her durumumuza yardımcı oldu. evin yanında ki restoranın mutfağının yemekleri ve kokteylleri de bir o kadar güzel ve lezzetli idi. konaklamamizdan çok memnun kaldık ve kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Tuğçe hanım her şey için teşekkürler. yeniden görüşmek dileği ile.

The decoration was lovely, there is almost always a breeze with the view of the sea. The place had all the amenities. Everything is well thought of. Thanks for our lovely stay

Harika bir evdi. 6 kişilik arkadaş grubu ile konaklama gerçekleştirdik ve bütün imkanlar yeterliydi. Ev tertemizdi. Her odanın kendine ait ayrı balkonu var. Muhteşem bir bahçeye sahip. İki adet teras var ve balkonlar deniz manzaralı. Vassas Bey ve eşi bize ev ile ilgili her şeyi gösterdi ve anlattılar. Bizim için ev yapımı reçel ve kurabiye gibi tatlı ikramlar hazırlamışlardı. Tuğçe Hanım bütün sorularımıza hızlıca yanıt verdi. Onunla iletişim kurmak çok kolaydı. Herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Cagatay was very helpful and responded fast to our enquiries. The house was located in a quite area which we suited our family well. The walk to Çiftilik center took about 5 minutes. The beach at Çiftilik was ok but you need a car to get to nicer beaches which were about 10 minutes drive by car. We taught that the house was somewhat small for our party of 8 adults. 2 of the beds are bed soffas in the living room. Cagatay fixed an air mattress at our request which helped with our sleeping problem. The house was well equipped. Cagatay fixed most of what we missed in the kitchen in a day. I would highly recommend Cagatay as a host and his house in Çiflitik, if you are looking for a quiet and secluded accomodation in the Çeşme district.

The place is a little paradise on the not yet crowded island of Chios. The beach is right in front of the house with sunrise and sunset to be seen from the terrasse. Interesting sights (Maesta, Pyrgi, Olimpi) and the most beautiful beaches of the island can be reached by car within 15 minutes. The house is spacious, very clean and nicely furnished. And host Aggeliki is really the best host you can have making your stay from the very first minute until the last an unforgettable one. Thank you so much Aggeliki, you are the best ❤️
