Casetta piccolina ma curata e moderna. Giardino tenuto benissimo, gli ulivi secolari gli donano un tocco di classe. Aria condizionata potente un entrambe le stanze e con le persiane possibilità di fare completamente buio. Soggiorno molto piacevole.

It was a nice place to relax and have peace. You have your own beach in front of the house and it was amazing. Very clear and the colour its magnificent. House was very very clean. The kitchen is full equipped; even the coffee and spices. Rooms were a little bit small but its okey for a summer house. The garden was amazing! The big olive tree we love it. You can say good morning to sea and the night full of stars. Hosts were very very kind. They solve our problems very friendly and we got help from them anytime we wrote. We didnt want it ends but hope to go again! İ really recommend the place from the heart

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz den Bildern. Der flexible Self Check-In war auch sehr einfach zu realisieren. In der Unterkunft selbst hat es an nichts gemangelt, alles was in der Beschreibung genannt wurde, war auch dort zu finden. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen, denn ich würde sie bei Gelegenheit selbst auch noch mal buchen. :-)

We hebben een daneasrifantastisch verblijf gehad in de villa van Alexander. Alexander is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. alles was aanwezig. iedereen had een eigen appartappartement en we ontmoetten elkaar in de gezamenlijke keuken/eetruimte buiten. De kinderen konden heerlijk spelen in de afgesloten tuin met veel speel mogelijkheden. de zee was op loloopafstand en in de omgeving genoeg te zien en te doen. het was een hele fijne week met de hele familie.

Kostas and his family are truly amazing hosts! He's been very communicative and helpful all the time. The apartment was very well equipped, sparkling clean, with all amenities as described. What stood out for us is something that never happened before in an entire apartment/house booked for a week - in the middle of our stay everything got cleaned, changed towels, bed sheets, etc. That was a really pleasant surprise , which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is also great - on a walking distance to the port of Epanomi, where you can find some nice restaurants and a mini market. It is also 5 min drive to the center of the village and 15 min to Potamos Beach, which is an amazing beach that we have been visiting for a third time and will be coming back for sure. There are also other nice villages nearby and Thessaloniki is not too far away either, so there is plenty to do for a week. Look no further for accomodation in Epanomi - everything in the place is well worth it!

George's place was great, we got greeted by his son Antonis who was really friendly, spoke perfect English and showed us around the house. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was right on the beach separated by a small quiet street. The host showed us all the amenities and we sat for a quick chat to get some information about the village and places we can visit. We had a great stay overall, and visited the local village Nea Kalikratea multiple times as well as Thessaloniki which is a vibrant city. There are really nice beaches nearby as well as small taverns which provide excellent choice of fresh fish and seafood. I would say this house is not to be missed, a hidden gem indeed!

Nice apartment with garden, next to the beach with lots of tavernas nearby. It was a bit difficult to find the apartment because it is in a row with very similar ones. You cannot park your car in front of the apartment, but there is a parking nearby. Nice and cozy space. Good communication with the landlord.

Wir kamen erst Mitternacht bei der Unterkunft an. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und gleich noch zu einer Gartenparty eingeladen zum essen und trinken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Küche top ausgestattet. Pool sehr schön und sauber. Gibt überhaupt nichts zum kritisieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pantelis was an excellent host. He was proactive and very kind. Communication with him was super-easy and quick. His place is well-equipped and peaceful, and only a 5-minute walk away from the great beach. Definitely recommended home!

Gerçekten çok temiz ve mükemmel bir daireydi. Ev sahibi çok sıcakkanlı ve ilgili birisi. Her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Evde arayabileceğiniz her şey var. 2 televizyon, buzdolabı, çay ve kahve makinesi, tost makinesi, saç kurutma makinesi, ütü... Tüm mobilyalar yeni ve tertemiz. Yatak çok rahat. Herşey mükemmeldi. Ev sahibine çok teşekkür ederim.

This is the sort of place you just want to settle into for weeks. It is very comfortable, has a great layout, well equipped kitchen, lovely terrace and the neighborhood is extremely pleasant. We felt very at home both with the place and all the good communication with the hosts. They made it all so easy for us. If you are driving, we had a good experience with the garage that they recommend right around the corner. Also, though we went all over the city trying various restaurants with excellent ratings, some of the best meals we had were two steps away from the apartment.

Wir waren 4 Tage in Makis Nest und waren sehr begeistert! Netter Gastgeber. Die Anlage und Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt, schön und sauber. Der Ausflug mit dem Boot zur nahegelegenen Blue Lagoon war der absolute Hammer. Wir haben sogar Delfine gesichtet. Gerne wieder!

Το σπίτι είναι ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό και με όλα τα απαραίτητα.Βρίσκεις κ εύκολα να παρκάρεις έξω από το σπίτι. Θα είναι σίγουρα στις προτιμήσεις μου σε περίπτωση που ξαναβρεθώ στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

Even in the wintertime the apartment was perfect. Starting with a free parking place and easy check-in, you will have everything at your disposal. Me and my wife felt at home... a very luxury and well-designed one! We will be back for another child-free weekend... for sure.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb war einfach fantastisch! Der Whirlpool war außergewöhnlich groß, die Düsen individuell anpassbar und sorgten für pure Entspannung. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass jedes Zimmer mit einem eigenen TV ausgestattet war. Auf dem Balkon erwartete uns ein beeindruckendes Soundsystem mit starkem Bass – perfekt für entspannte Abende. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich herzlich und gastfreundlich. Er lud uns zur Begrüßung in ein Café ein und schenkte uns sogar Gutscheine dafür. Dort probierten wir das mit Abstand beste Bougatsa der Stadt sowie viele andere köstliche Leckereien. Außerdem bot er uns eine Stadtrundfahrt an und zeigte uns persönlich das Apartment und gab uns Tipps zum Ausgehen – er fühlte sich wirklich wie ein echter Freund an. Die Unterkunft selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen: Von Salz und Pfeffer über ein Glätteisen bis hin zu einem Erste-Hilfe-Set und Feuerlöscher war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man sich vorstellen kann. Absolut empfehlenswert.

A super cosy and well equipped aparment in the middle of everything. And yet, set in a very quiet place. I really liked staying at Dimitri's place. The beds were comfortable, the living room fully equipped with entertainment options, the place even had a super nice studio from where one could work! And the apartment also has a superb terrace that is fantastic for chilling after a whole day out exploring Thessaloniki. I really recommend's Dimitri's apartment, and he is a pleasure to communicate with. Always super responsive and full of suggestions to make your stay more comfortable. Great choice!

The apartment was good. All 5 of us had space and did not felt crouded. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, we did not used it but it is there if you fell like cooking. The beds were comfortable. The house is surrounded by a lot of green so is very cool compared with the outside temperature. There is also a large garden with a lot of shade. Even if it’s located near the national road and the main road to Nea Vrasna resort, the windows isolate very well. From the house to the beach is not so far, it took us around 5 minutes to reach the beach on foot at children’s pace. Maria was a great host. Very friendly and very receptive. The communication was perfect! We even checked-in earlier than the check-in time. All in all it was a great experience! Thank you, Maria!

Престоят ни беше невероятен. Като започнем от мястото за настаняване, което беше безупречно чисто, отговаряше на всичките ни изисквания, до домакина, който беше винаги насреща и приветлив. Мястото за настаняване се намира в сърцето на града и е близо до магазини, ресторанти, кафенета. Определено бих посетила скоро отново това страхотно място!

Veranda Residence was just perfect for our trip to visit family in Thessaloniki and to go sightseeing. The apartment was extremely clean, well stocked with all essentials & has a great central location. The check in was very easy as the instructions were very detailed and clear. We particularly loved the balcony space! The location was perfect, so close to everything and lots of great cafes and restaurants. Will highly recommend and I would come back again.

Wir verbrachten mitte bis Ende September2024 einen herrlichen Urlaub in Argiris Unterkunft. Mit Wetterglück noch spätsommerlich🏖️☀️☀️ Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist über eine Treppe direkt mit dem Strand verbunden. Bei ruhigem Meer können mit dem 2er Kajak die nahgelegenen Buchten erkundet werden 😃. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt um die Chalkidiki Region zu erkunden. Sehr saubere, eifach eingerichtete Appartements abseits vom Massentourismus. Ca. 15 min. Von Nikiti entfernt.

Die Apartment ist sehr schön, die Aussicht von der Terrasse in alle Richtungen ist unglaublich ( zu jeder Tageszeit - ob morgens beim Kaffee oder abends leckeren griechischen Wein genießen). Die Umgebung ist sehr toll!! In 100 Meter Entfernung befindet sich eine sehr schöne Promenade am Meer zum gemütlichen Wandeln. Auch das Zentrum ist über diesen Weg kurzweilig und schnell zu erreichen. Ein Highlight ist ein Start in den Tag in der kleinen aber feinen Bäckerei gegenüber. Hier gibt es nicht nur leckeren Kaffee mit den dazugehörigem Naschwerk sondern auch ein liebevolles, stets gut gelauntes Pärchen (Tasos und Georgia). Unsere Vermieter war stets hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar für kleine Hilfen im Urlaubsalltag. Das war sehr angenehm/ nichts kann gute Hilfe vor Ort ersetzen.
