Neapoli : locations de vacances en appartement

Το διαμέρισμα φαινόταν ωραίο από τις φωτογραφίες, αλλά όταν φτάσαμε πάθαμε σοκ!!! Ήταν όλα τέλεια, φοβερή διακόσμηση σε όλο το σπίτι, το παιδικό δωμάτιο ήταν καταπληκτικό με ποιοτικά παιχνίδια και έπιπλα. Εξοπλισμός για τα πάντα και όλες τις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Σπάνια πετυχαίνεις ένα τέτοιο σπίτι. Η Σόφη ήταν φιλική, άμεση και πολύ πρόθυμη στη φιλοξενία. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Το ευχαριστήθηκαν παρά πολύ τα παιδάκια μας αλλά και εμείς φυσικά.

Όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά στο κατάλυμα. Πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο, ιδιαίτερα cozy σπίτι με όλες τις ανέσεις. Οι οικοδεσπότες απαντούσαν πάντα στην ώρα τους και μας εξυπηρέτησαν ιδιαίτερα με τις ώρες άφιξης και αναχώρησης. Σας ευχαριστούμε και θα χαρούμε να μας φιλοξενήσετε ξανά!

Ο Αλέξανδρος ήταν εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης και κατατοπιστικότατος! Εξαιρετική και η τοποθεσία και το διαμετιασμα

Πολύ καλή επιλογή! Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετικά βολική, μόλις 2 λεπτά από το μετρό. Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός και πρακτικός, ενώ επικρατούσε ησυχία χωρίς ενοχλητικούς εξωτερικούς θορύβους. Το WiFi ήταν όντως πολύ γρήγορο, όπως αναφέρεται στην περιγραφή. Συνολικά, εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής!

Όλα ειταν τέλια το δωμάτιο καθαρό και ο οικοδεσπότης ειταν απσωγος. Περάσαμε τέλεια. Θα το ξανπροτημουσα στο μέλλον.

The place was perfect for 6 days, it was 5 minutes walk from the city centre, the elevator music is fantastic. I would recommend it

For this price the studio has everything you need, lovely balcony with furniture to sit outside, a washing machine, lots of facilities, a double bed with good matrasses, a good but small bathroom with towels, soap and toilet paper, all you need for a low budget stay. I find Thessalonians very positive people! Ariadne is a friendly host who was available when I had questions and polite. The studio is very close to the seaside, to the port, old town and you can make many lovely promenades, there is a lot off choice in restaurants, different prices en much cheaper then those closer to the marina port and tourist area. A lot off coffeeshops, sweets and a big variety off supermarkets just around the corner. The airport bus stops near the studio X1 and all other bus can take you to the city center for only 0,60 cents or seaside (Peraia).

Die Lage ist Perfekt, 2 Gehminuten bis zum Meer und in einer sehr belebten Gegend mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften. Danai ist sehr nett und freundlich :) Sollten wir nochmal nach Thessaloniki kommen, würden wir uns definitiv wieder für Danai‘s Wohung entscheiden.

Maria was very friendly we spend a few days at this amazing apartment you have everything you need! Everything was in excellent condition. In case you need any help she was always reachable and responded immediately. And the view was obviously amazing !!! Sunrise and Sun downer was stunning !

Hlias was communicative and helpful with any question I had, which isn't always the case with hosts so it was a pleasant surprise to have a host who actually answered the questions I had. The place was nice, there is luggage storage on site which is a big plus if you're arriving early in the morning and want to go sightseeing or if you have some work to do. Would definitely stay there again.

Ένα όμορφο και φιλικό διαμέρισμα σε μια περιοχή με χαρακτηριστικά γειτονιάς. Βρίσκεται κοντά σε στάση λεωφορείου που επιτρέπει την εύκολη μετάβαση σε κάθε σημείο της πόλης! Ο Αλέξανδρος, ο οικοδεσπότης, εξαιρετικός, ευγενής και ευχάριστος στη συζήτηση! Για ένα ή δύο άτομα αξίζει να το επιλέξετε!

The location of this unit is fantastic. It’s conveniently situated near markets, shops, a wide variety of restaurants, and the waterway, all just a short walk away. Essentially, everything you need or want to do is nearby. Aristotle Square is also within walking distance. For those looking to visit tourist attractions, access is easy. I stayed in this unit for a couple of months, and it genuinely felt like home, allowing me to feel connected to the community. The unit was spotless and well-maintained, equipped with all the essentials like towels, dishware, and an incredibly comfortable bed, making it hard to leave when the time came. The host was always just a message or phone call away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this unit and will definitely return to Thessaloniki. This unit is worth the price, and I would stay here again!

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.

πολύ καλή διαμονή, άριστα εξοπλισμένο κ πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα. σίγουρα θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή όταν επισκεφτούμε ξανά την Θεσσαλονίκη!

Η Κατερινα απανταει αμεσα και είναι πολύ φιλική!!!! Όλα όπως πρέπει. Αρκετά Κοντά όλα! (Περίπου 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια). Ότι καλύτερο το πάρκινγκ!!!

Katherine is a great host, very welcoming and responsive. The apartment was clean and all we needed for our short stay.

A super cosy and well equipped aparment in the middle of everything. And yet, set in a very quiet place. I really liked staying at Dimitri's place. The beds were comfortable, the living room fully equipped with entertainment options, the place even had a super nice studio from where one could work! And the apartment also has a superb terrace that is fantastic for chilling after a whole day out exploring Thessaloniki. I really recommend's Dimitri's apartment, and he is a pleasure to communicate with. Always super responsive and full of suggestions to make your stay more comfortable. Great choice!

Katerina is very friendly and gives very precise instructions. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and has everything you need. There is AC in every room (although the house is quite fresh in the summer and you won't need to turn it on that much) and also a TV in the living room and main bedroom. The house is really nicely decorated and you feel at home. You can see the sea from the kitchen window and in 2min walking you're at the beach. You have several supermarkets near you and lots of restaurants to choose from. You can go for long walks in Perea (which is very nice) or travel by boat to the historical part of Theassoloniki. I totally recommend staying at this apartment.

Great apartment in a central location in beautiful Thessaloniki, meters from the White tower and a large parking lot. Spacious and filled with lots of light. We had everything we needed. We would go back there again. Thank you!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, ήσυχο και πάνω από όλα καθαρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι ένας αξιαγάπητος άνθρωπος που ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επισκεπτόμουν ξανά.

Situé aux portes du centre ville de Thessalonique, l’appartement de John est idéal pour découvrir la ville sans être dans la foule. Une station de métro et de bus pour l’aéroport à 5 min à pieds, l’appartement en lui même est calme et fonctionnel. Une adresse que je conserverai si je devais revenir à Thessalonique
