We had an amazing time at the villa! Super clean, all amenities needed were there, and more!! Tish and her team on the ground in Sri Lanka were so helpful. Travel to the beach available at anytime with the help of the villa phone that calls a Tuktuk to any location. Rasi and the staff were super helpful and helped out with everything we requested. Tish was super responsive from the time of booking and helped with transfers and recommendations for activities on what to do when we were there. Amazing family memories made from start to finish.

Einfach UNGLAUBLICH Beach trigon ist ein Stück Himmel auf Erden! Wer hier als Gast ankommt, verlässt den Ort als Familienmitglied ♥️ Wir haben 2x unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und möchten bald wieder hinfahren. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend, die Location ein Traum und die Mitarbeiter sowas von nett! Die Cabanas, wie auch die Zimmer sind in einem tadellosen Zustand, modern, geschmackvoll sowie auch praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist ein ruhiges Plätzchen, wer auf der Suche nach Entspannung und Seele baumeln lassen ist, ist hier, fernab vom touristischen Trubel genau richtig! Ravi bereitet auf Wunsch köstliches Essen zu und wenn man lieber selber kochen möchte, ist in der Küche alles dafür notwendige vorhanden. Wir reisten mit einem Kleinkind, und es war die beste Entscheidung hierher zu kommen. Der schattige Palmen Strand bot auch in der Mittagshitze viel Gelegenheit um zu erkunden und zu spielen. Der familiäre Flair ist ein zusätzlicher Bonus ! Wir kommen bestimmt öfter ♥️

Amiable hosts, Rangit and Kusal are very supportive in all manners. Pros - 1. Private and calm neighbors 2. Security officers are around the corner in night (We parked two of our cars away from the home, nothing to complain) 3. Clean and comfy bedrooms (Owners asked us to change bed linen after 7 days, got fresh ones) 4. All listed amnesties were there Cons - 1. Bathrooms need some renovations (Water drains are not working 100%) 2. Water pressure can improve 3. Can add more kitchen utensils (pots an pans and knife....)

For the dehiwala apartment review : The apartment was clean and well presented. We enjoyed watching the sunset each evening from the balconies which all have an ocean view. The location was great, the bedrooms and aircon comfortable and the bathrooms were clean & fresh. The hosts were responsive and flexible giving us a late check-out as there was no booking after us. The assistant organised for check-in and check-in was easy to liaise with.

Am booked in for one week, only a five min walk to the beach. It’s ideally located and has a great open space garden area. You don’t hear any traffic only the sounds of mother nature. The room is spacious and the en suite bathroom has a nice shower. A kettle and basic crockery are provided. There’s ample storage space, plug sockets and space to hang your clothes. It’s very affordable and immaculately clean. The mattress is very comfortable and the ceiling fan keeps you cool throughout the night. There’s a washing machine on the property and the host is very accommodating and kind. The dogs greet you upon returning home. Chathura the host has expert knowledge of the surrounding area and is only too happy to assist you. He’s the consummate host, a well deserved five stars.

Simply, it was our home for a short period of time. Everything was so perfect that we didn't even want to make a call to get clarification. Genuka is a very friendly person, and from the moment we placed the reservation, he was carefully concerned about what we wanted. And his father, who handed over the key to us, was also a very gentle and professional person who explained everything in the house clearly. The neighborhood is very relaxing, calm, and safe. There's a grocery store very close to the house where you can purchase almost all the things you need to cook (the house has a nice kitchen that includes all the related items to make your own meals). And the Galenigama highway interchange is much closer, so you can access most of the places very quickly. So Genuka's property is highly recommended; it is a nice, clean, safe, and calm place to relax and achieve your requirements closer to the main cities. Good Luck! 

Förvänta dig inte lyx. Detta boende är basic men samtidigt väldigt charmigt. 10 meter till stranden. De dagarna vi bodde här kunde man inte simma i havet pga stora vågor. Närhet till Hikkaduwa center och se på sköldpaddor. Boendet ordande med bbq grill (fisk) på stranden vilket uppskattades mycket!
