Chase’s Big Fish Hideaway did not disappoint! We were very happy with the space and all the amenities. Our girls trip was a success!

Literally perfect for the 6 of us (2 adults - 4 teens) to enjoy our stay. Cabin was beautiful and completely equipped with everything we hoped. Walking distance to river - gorgeous view for early morning walks and fishing. Private location of hot tub and fire pit. Cabin sets at the mouth of a quiet, clean and cozy rv park. I had read of the highway traffic being a nuisance in another feedback, but it was actually less than what we have on our street in our town so traffic/noise was not an issue and seemed minimal. My kids are teens, but there was a smaller playground right next to the cabin that appeared fairly new that would be a great addition to family fun for smaller children. There were many board games my teens enjoyed playing. One fun surprise was a telescope viewing out the loft window. They also enjoyed sitting on the balcony. I had asked a few questions and Chelsie was very quick to respond and accommodating. I will 100% recommend Eagles Roost Resort to anyone/everyone.

The lodge was great. Plenty of room for a big group. Beds were very comfortable. It was everything you could ask for and more. Kelly and Judd really went above and beyond to make our stay great. Truly great people and the perfect host.

Pinecone Beach was such a beautiful stay! Both inside and outside. We visited the area for family and there was plenty of room for them and us to gather and spend the time comfortably. Anything you might need was provided in the house and Joe was a very responsive host as well. Definitely a place we'd stay again if we ever needed to go back!

Beautiful cabin! The drive to the cabin itself is scenic and breathtaking. The cabin is very modern and clean. Spacious yet cozy! Each room has its own thermostat which we personally really liked. Washer & dryer was a plus. Hosts are communicative and friendly. Check out instructions were very simple and minimal which we appreciated! Made the check out fast and easy. The ranch is beautiful and we’re very impressed with the views. Thanks for a great stay!

My family and friends had a great little weekend getaway! The house was gorgeous and the views were beautiful. Our favorite was the kitchen, it was a great area for us to hang out and eat our favorites. Would definitely stay here again, Cara was very helpful!

Great little spot. Very quiet and scenic. If you don’t mind being a little ways away from Ponca State Park, this spot is great.

Linda’s place was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stop in Spalding. Linda was very friendly and welcoming. There property extends down to a lovely creek, which made for a nice morning walk.

What a gem! If you want to actually "get away" while having a spectacular view, perfectly equipped lodging, distinctive touches, and hosts that exceed all expectations.... this is your place. The photos are completely accurate. You ARE that close to the river! April drizzle kept us mostly inside looking out the kitchen greenhouse window while using the binoculars to check out the feathered friends on the sandbars. Everything you'd need in a kitchen (and more!) is close at hand. We even got to enjoy the very cozy stove in the living room with its cute flickering flames. That paired with scrumptious kolaches and sourdough bread from the Dannebrog bakery were a an ideal combo. If it were just the surroundings, the wonderfully equipped house, and well-written instructions you'd be hard-pressed to pass on this spot. But, Dan and Susie are absolutely the nicest, most responsive hosts EVER. Completely and whole-heartedly recommend if you want to stay where people CARE about you & your trip.

Love the floor-to-ceiling windows and the amazing view of Lewis and Clark lake! Curtains on the windows would have been preferred. We use towels to cover them up while showering. The fire pit was nice with plenty of wood to burn and we enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you for letting us stay.

The tenant owners were great through the entire stay. Very responsive to questions I had and gave privacy to us. All questions were answered with in 10 minutes or less. The place was exactly as described, very peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Jackie was an excellent host. The property was as advertised and the entire process with quick and easy. Our stay was very comfortable and simple. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

The house layout worked well for 6 adults and 6 children. Large kitchen stocked with pans and utensils made meal prep very easy. The beds were comfortable. The house is in a private, quiet location. Enjoyed family time around the fire pit making s’mores and walking to the river. Cindy was very responsive to questions and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to book another stay with Cindy.

Absolutely blown away by how great this place was! The cabin was very cozy, and the walking trails were a delight! I'd recommend using the trails for xc-skiing in the wintertime! The cabin is far enough from Omaha that you can see quite a few stars (with clear skies and the right moon-phase), yet close enough we were able to venture back into town to get some groceries. Before we even left we decided we want to return sometime in the next few months, the cabin was that charming!

Loved staying here! Very clean and comfortable! Walking trails, parks, good restaurants, beautiful area. Will definitely be staying again in the future.
