Had a great July weekend! Jay’s Airbnb was exactly as described and was a perfect place to meet with old college friends to hang on Cayuga for a summer weekend. It is exactly as described and would love to come back again. Also, King Ferry Golf Club (1 min drive up the road from the house) is a terrific place to play a $22 twilight round with a group of friends, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun 9 hole course.

We were lucky enough to find Victor's place for a last minute snowmobile weekend to New York for the first time! The area did not disappoint. Victor was very proactive, and graciously allowed us to park ahead of an early check in, which we very much appreciated. The space was clean, had comfy beds, and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed. We loved the area and the rental and would definitely recommend it. Thank you Victor for your great hospitality and helping to make it a memorable trip!

Owasco Lake is beautiful - crystal clear - and staying in Adam’s place almost felt like staying on a house boat since it’s RIGHT on/over the water. We loved hearing the waves lapping up against the shore and seeing the sun rise over the lake in the morning. The use of the 3 kayaks was great, and we also brought some inflatable SUPs for our kids - they had a blast on the lake. The house is also close to a Wegmans, a beautiful waterfall (Carpenter Falls), and a great brewery (Aurora Brewing Co). We all had a great time! The neighbors were SUPER friendly and Adam was very responsive to questions. The outdoor fire ‘pit’ on the patio was lovely, and there were plenty of life jackets and towels for the lake. My only complaint is that the house was a bit run down, and the middle bedroom was a bit warm because there was no AC in there. Overall though, a wonderful trip!

My husband and I were just looking for a nice place to get away for a couple of days, and while this place was way more house then we needed, it was still comfortable and the amenities were great. Everything was as described, our bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the use of the home theater, jacuzzi and pool table. There were cute touches like the coffee bar, and fire s’mores kit with marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolate bars and peanut butter cups. We would definitely recommend this for both a quiet, private getaway, as well as a large gathering of family or friends.

I was in for a long stay with work. This place was very peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed the scenery of the lake and nature surrounding the house. House was very clean and up kept nicely as well. Thank you for the stay and absolutely recommend!

Adam was a great host - super responsive and helpful. His home worked perfectly for a quick visit to Hamilton College as its only a 15 minute drive away. It was clean, comfortable, and easy to get to. Thanks Adam!

quiet, cool, place . Codey was laid back and informative. very promt when messaged with questions. we would stay here again if in the area. communication was great , house was clean and beds were comfy

Vernon & Merrie were wonderful hosts and were always very responsive before and during our stay. The house is a perfect fit for 2 families. It is very spacious and we felt like we had 2 homes in 1 with 2 full kitchens. This was a huge plus as our stay was over Thanksgiving and the extra space with 2 refrigerators, multiple ovens, etc… all came in handy. The house is very well stocked and it’s clear the hosts put a great deal of care and thought into creating a great vacation for their guests. Highly recommend!
